That is the problem - no leeway for error - hence the low SP.

It is the way the shares are offered that really matters - if it is a direct investment by a strategic partner - all is well and the SP will quickly recover - with dividend yields the only negative.

Likewise if it is something like an accelerated book build at around the current SP the result will not be to bad.

What we don't want is a direct offer to shareholders - that would be at a substantial discount to the SP - in my view the SP has this worst case scenario priced in at the moment.

Bottom line is that AK is running at about 22k per day until the pipe is fixed - not the end of the world!

The fact that the AIS was only off for a few days would certainly indicate that the total shutdown only lasted a few days.

The total shutdown happened when the weather was good, so it wasn't a direct result of bad weather.

Also it happened when Heather was hooked up and she had to leave without a load - indicating a total shutdown - but she managed to return a week later for a full load.

Hook up was around 06.45 this morning - no messing about, so we can conclude that AK was full.

The problem with financial markets is that they always see the negatives - even positives are negative most of the time - money and profit is king - nothing else matters.

From the markets point of view everything about Sirius is negative - not making money - spending to much - danger of running out of money - long time frame - danger of dilution.

But as shareholders we see something that the markets don't even consider - potential - that is why we invest - that is our edge.

I think it is simply lack of understanding and patience - I guess most of the traders sold out yesterday but today some long term holders must have panicked and sold or reduced - but there was nothing in the RNS to justify the fall other than what we already knew.

The fall is now well overdone and the SP will probably go back above 20p tomorrow and stay in the doldrums between 20p and 21p until we get some news.

Yes, the good thing is that CF has lots of options and a reasonable amount of time to sort things out.

We could see the cash for the cost overrun raised first - that would easily fund the project until stage 2 completed.

Stage 2 is certainly on track but it may be into Q2 before it concludes.

That leaves us with the extra cash to be raised - I have high hopes that ADM will invest as a strategic partner for Europe and provide the extra cash - this would have a very dramatic effect on the SP.

However, if Sirius have to go back to the shareholders we find the reason why the SP is so low at the moment.

Wall Street was closed today - I guess that was the reason for the fall - it just shows how the Americans are pushing the SP up.

Todays RNS made no mention of conclusion in Q1 - it looks like this could go to the wire - especially with the Government involvement - but we will get there in the end !!!
