spindok - yes, the timings seem wrong for today - Thursday much more likely now - NO needed to arrive at first light today to take advantage - Tuesday and Wednesday are very stormy.

NO is just 70 nautical miles from AK now and is still scheduled for an early afternoon hook up.

She will need to go straight in for a hook up to take advantage of a fast closing weather window.

The next opportunity seems to be on Thursday.

I am very sure that we haven't backed the wrong horse Alan but the fact is that most of us simply got the timing of our investment wrong.
It is far to early to say what return we will get from the shares we have purchased since SM first became a PLC but I think that it is very clear that we face dilution in the next few months and maybe even on subsequent occasions after that.

Navion Oslo is off the Danish coast and is making her way to Kraken via Skagen.

She is travelling at a good 13.3knots and should be at Kraken on Monday evening.

The weather will dictate the hook up this time - at the moment it looks like we may have to wait until Thursday for a weather window - but this may change.

I totally agree - Trump has goaded the Iranians - firstly by revoking the nuclear deal - secondly by provoking them into retaliation. The nuclear deal was by no means perfect but it was a stepping stone to further de-escalation of tensions in the region - a way to give the moderates in Iran political control.

As for the Americans - not dependent on oil from the Middle East anymore - a war in the Middle East is a great option - it would hurt its competitors if oil supply was cut - its armaments industry would profit - Trump would probably get a second term.

The Russians would also benefit - higher oil prices - sale of armaments to Iran and her allies.

I just checked the whole fleet - Ingrid Knutsen and Petronordic are the only two shuttle tankers that could possibly do a Sunday hook up - no sign of movement yet.

Yes, confirmed - just off Orkney now - it looks like she may be heading for Lerwick Bay to await the weather window later on Sunday.

I think that HK is probably much closer to AK and will arrive at the Kraken field sometime tomorrow.

If you follow her last position from yesterday afternoon directly towards Kraken - right up the middle of the North Sea - you will see that she has followed a blind spot in the AIS.

Hopefully she will be picked up soon - when she gets just south of Kraken - AIS is better here.

HK hasn't been picked up by AIS since yesterday afternoon but she should be quite close to Kraken by now.

The weather window showing on Sunday-Monday still seems to be the only chance of a hook up in the next 7 days plus - everything crossed!

The weather off Shetland is still very stormy but Its still looking like there might be a weather window Sunday into Monday that looks long enough for a normal offload. After that it turns stormy again until the following weekend.
