Last year it was 5th February with the full year on 21st March.

This year the full year results are 24th March - no date for the trading update but probably early Feb.

Ingrid Knutsen is the designated tanker for the next load - no ETA yet - she is still to leave Milford Haven.

The weather at the moment is awful and is not set to improve for a hook up until later on Saturday or Sunday but after that it is ok.

Saturday would be just 8 days but AK probably had several days of production on board when NO left.

It would be a good idea if the Government used green hydrogen powered trains on HS2.

With the project budget running way ahead of initial costings this would be a great way to save money - no electrification needed.

It would also make a massive statement in the fight against climate change.

The simple answer - I would guess - is that the Institutional Investors have made the assessment that they think this deal will go ahead so they buy shares as they become available at the offer price - or close to it - then before AA make a firm offer the Institutional Investors sell their accumulated holdings to AA at a profit.

The firm offer could be lower or higher depending on the state of play - if the Institutional Investors have provided enough equity for AA to gain control then the firm offer could be much lower than 5.5p if they need more equity they will have to pay more or walk away.

This was the load transferred in early December to the Eco Bel Air - more crude was added to the load at Rotterdam by STS in the outer harbour - she has been waiting outside Port Said for several weeks now - she is a super tanker her draught is 17.2m so she may have to unload some crude to get through the canal?

Vessel Finder now has a new destination and ETA - if this is correct I am not sure what to make of it - her destination is Fujairah in the UAE on the 22nd January - has anyone any ideas - the only thing I could think of was that the load was being used for bunkering, if it is Enquest is now exporting oil to the Arabs!!!

NO has finished the transfer to Nordic Skier - she is on her way to Denmark - not Rotterdam as indicated by Orkney Harbour Authority - although this may not be her final destination - her draught is 11.1m - indicating a probable load of around 500-525k.

It was 12th March 2019 - the SP fell from around 18p to 15.3p - the year low.

Its worth while reading what Moody's said about Enquest last time they upgraded the stock in November 2018 - below.

We haven't heard anything more from them since then apart from when they did a periodic review in July 2019, so we are probably due at least another review and hopefully another upgrade.

One reason bunker fuel is more expensive in Singapore could simply be that demand is higher there due to the amount of manufactured goods coming from China and the Far East - full loads use more oil - but on the return trip the ships have less cargo so they use less fuel - hence the imbalance.

On the load before Christmas - load 54 - the one where the small shuttle tanker Betty Knutsen went to Alma first and then came on to Kraken - we observed that the Alma crude was transferred to AK presumably to be used by AK for production purposes.

This would make sense now if as HMHn says, Enquest is getting a big premium for Kraken crude.

Since the summer we have seen a total change in the market destination of Kraken oil - before the summer most loads went to the US - now most loads go to Rotterdam with some going to the far East and two to the Bahamas.
One load I observed went directly to a bunkering company in Rotterdam.
Another load is still waiting to go through the Suez Canal - presumably on route to Singapore or India following previous cargos.
There have also been two loads that have gone to Freeport in the Bahamas - probably to be used as bunkering fuel?

The current cargo aboard the NO is due for transfer to a large tanker - Nordic Skier - she is bound for Rotterdam - she may not offload her cargo in Rotterdam - she may take more crude in a STS at Rotterdam and head for Suez just like the Eco Bel Air did - this is the tanker currently waiting to go through the Suez Canal.

Just think what it would do for the SP if Enquest became a major player producing hydrogen from sea water using wind or wave power.

SV would be an excellent choice for a Hydrogen Plant using this new technology that's just being developed in the US - Hydrogen from Sea Water.

ITM looks very good - I put the last of my SM investment in there on Thursday - up over 10% already.

The hook up ended in the early hours - so in excess of 500k - maybe even 550k.

NO is on her way to Scapa Flow for a transfer - not sure where the load is heading yet - her draught is 13.2m.
