The Q&A by Shaun was like 'Night and Day' to the difficult OneToOne presentation Thursday night.

We learnt a more in the Q&A than we have been allowed for sometime. If a GGP investor cares to put all the new information into their perception of the future they would realise that the SP growth potential over the next 12 months is worth all the pain of waiting.

I don't think he expects a take over but he does want the SP higher asap.
So as our CEO I think he will be proactive in adding value, especially once the PFS is confirm and we add it to the accounts as an asset.

I would imagine that as we are not all
trained in doing the Lateral Flow Test many people will inadvertently get the procedure wrong.

It is difficult to hit the tonsels without touching your tongue, well I find it difficult anyway.

The LFT is a guide only and not definitive. I would say if a person did three tests and they are all negative then that would be 99% correct.

There is definitely a control over what we are allowed to know at this point and not allowing information that may get ahead of the actual documented drill cores. It is odd that Sandeep can wax lyrically about the quality and size of Havieron in front of his shareholders but Greatland Gold have to tread on egg shells.

You could tell Shaun knows how big this find is but as the CEO of Greatland he needs Newcrest to prove it up before he can say anything.

I absolutely agree that South Africa is a good fit for the trial but there are other countries that could have been chosen.
My idea that CEPI may have guided that decision is pure conjecture, adding 2 plus 2 to equal 5 probably.

Anyway we will find out in due course, lets hope that we know something next week........ : )

Also, a question was raised as to why South Africa. I'm not aware of any specific Scancell tie up but if we are being guided by CEPI it could be their influence and their relationship with SAHPRA that will help speed Covidity through the process. Just my opinion based on how these things get worked out .

The MODI 1 Trial Application must be very soon and I would expect an RNS to say it has been submitted.

It has been posted on here that SAHPRA say they will deal with a Covid Vaccine Trial Application in 7/10 days, working days from the date of the RNS brings Tuesday 6th July. This fits with RuckRovers stats prediction that the most likely day for a Scancell RNS is a Tuesday.
Anything before that is a bonus.

The presentation tomorrow night should give Shaun ample opportunity to spell out his vision of the next 12 months.
He really does need to show he is now moulding the future direction, even if its his intention to part with some of the other licences or his preference of those licences labelled for further development.

I do hope we get chance to have some Q & A at the end, even to find out his first impressions of the completed exploration drilling to date, we know he will have the initial core reports on his desk..........

I'm only saying what most are thinking as the last two RNS's were confident enough to suggest that we still had a good chance of getting the application away in H1.

I know it's trivia but I'm really looking forward to that trial starting.
I am more excited to learn how 'MODI 1' performs in the clinic than the Covidity platform because I still see Scancell as a cancer vaccine company.

Just the sort of question would ask if I were new to Scancell.

The Immunobody Platform that is the underpinning technology of Covidity has been tested in the clinic some 10 / 12 years ago in Melanoma Cancer. The program was SCIB1 and treated 16 patients all who had resected cancers and their treatment options had run out at that time.
The results of the trial are available on the Scancell website but the upshot was that 14 patients were still alive after 5 years when the trial ended. Afar as we know some are alive today because of SCIB1.

That trial proved that the science worked very well with little or no side affects.

So to answer your question I would say that Covidity has a very strong chance of meeting all the trial endpoints and if it does, it will become an extremely important tool against today's Coronavirus variants and any future mutations due to clearance via CD4 and CD8 T Cells attacking both the Spike and the Nucleus of the Virus.

However, as soon as Scancell reveal positive data that will be a different story.

There is no rule that says a company cannot provision a shell company ready for the BOD to act on a pre-agreed strategy. Its the boards job to envisage the future needs of the company and prepare the way ahead.

So the possible reasons why it has been created may not yet have fully come to pass at this stage in Scancells development.

We can however now assume that the reason for the six months of silence is due to ongoing discussions about a major deal or a partnership for one of Scancells technologies, therefore the directors all agreed that the shell company became necessary. It was set up on the 19th May so the decision must have been made at least a month before, if not earlier. Due to the Mabs collaborations from a year ago I would guess that the reason for Zakari will turn out to be about one of those Mabs tie ups.

It is all supposition until we know but I would say that whatever the reason its all good for the future value of the SP and for us PI's.
