We've been told in the RNS that the market will be updated with more flesh on the bone, so I'm now expecting a MODI1 RNS followed by CH being interviewed on Proactive Investors to discuss both platforms by the end of next week.

The Safety Trial approval is SA should be through quickly, we could have that news ( Trial Start ) by mid July.

There is a lot of news coming down the track......

My initial thoughts were that it was to hive off one of the platforms and I wrongly feared that would be to our detriment.

However, having calmed down and been given explanations by Berm and GF it is correct to assume it is to allow for deals, licences or partnerships, possibly on this occasion solely for the Glycan Mabs platform.

It will be wholely owned subsidiary of Scancell Limited which intern is wholely owned by Scancell Holdings PLC, where our shares reside.

The science and IP owned by Scancell has so much potential value that this may be just the start of separating out the different elements making the process of out licencing and partnerships much less messy.

If it is to separate out one of the platforms its a big bold step, we are so unaware of how close we are to one or more of the NDA's being about to bear fruit. Always a bit of Left Field to keep us on our toes...

On the PDF of the Incorporation Filing it states that the holding company is Scancell Limited I always thought we were Scancell Holdings PLC.

What reasons could there be for creating a shell company outside of Scancell ??

It is important to at least have some idea of why it has been created because we all have our hard earned invested in Scancell Holdings PLC.

That's the way I see it, Baby Steps...

This is just the very early stage of Scancell opening up as to why we have had to endure 6 months silence. The process of getting the South African safety trial underway should be very fast tracked, so maybe news of First patient dosed ( not by needle ? ) could be as soon as 3 weeks away.

News media will pick up the story soon enough.

A very worthless first post !!

Without the Size and Scale of Newcrest as the JV partner Greatland Gold would be still organising the financial structure to begin the intense drilling phase.

The money would have to come from dilution so the SP could well be back under 1p. Why do people keep spouting this nonsense about giving away a chunk we could have kept and financed from where.

We have 30% of a huge gold and copper find and are rapidly approaching the mining stage with one of the best underground miners in the world doing all the heavy lifting. We're the lucky ones owning these GGP shares.

We have to accept that this is just the start of the Covidity journey, as the many stages towards the completion of Phase 1 the interest in Scancell will increase steadily.

By the time the safety study begins to report we will have MODI1 in Trial Submission or maybe even close to Approval, plus SCIB1 / Keytruda Trial Centres up and running.

This is a very exciting time to be an investor in Scancell full stop.

Maybe the efforts to test the SN15 construct against the Kent and South Africa variants then rolled into the Brazil and Indian variants producing the SN17.

We know LD will want it as effective as possible in a real world environment.

Let's hope there is no further reasons to delay the start of the Trial.

Amazed that we keep on having to rely on these 'found' pieces of the puzzle but also appreciate all the efforts put into this board.

At this precise moment any potential tie up with CEPI is hidden from us.

Let's just believe for a moment that the Covidity platform is now producing really strong lab results and it's a sound delivery system with no inherent side affects.

If that is the situation then CEPI would want to back it all the way.

I honestly think this is now all about 'If Covidity works and has the full potential we all hope for'. CEPI only mention Notts Uni and Scancell because it fits their brief perfectly.

What we need from Scancell is the confirmation that the platform is Trial Ready and then we will find out what has been causing this long Radio Silence.

Having just posted about a possible re-tweet by Scancell, here's an interesting thought that occurred to me after I'd posted.

Why would Scancell 'not' re-tweet that article, it is actually very relevent to the Covidity project and whoever looks after the Twitter account has been busy re-tweeting Bamudashorts posts on a few occasions.

So logic dictates that the question should have been 'why haven't they' ......

I thought the fact that Greatland Gold are taking part in a Proactive Investors ONE2ONE in two weeks time would have had the board buzzing with speculation of what nuggets of info will be gifted during that presentation.

Also the question in my mind is why Greatland have signed up ?
