Seeing the disappointing data from Curevac ( 47% ) we should want Scancell to take as much time as they want to ensure the trial results are the best they can be.

It is frustrating having to wait but we know LD will not rush these platforms out of the labs just to influence the SP.

This 6 month silence is either very very poor communication from Scancell to its loyal and steadfast investors or they are bound by one or more NDA's not to utter even an "everything is ok" tweet.

As has been stated on here many times, if this was a one product binary investment I would have equal concerns as potential excitement, Scancell is capable of launching at least three or four platforms so the NDA scenario fits perfectly. In my humble opinion.

In the latest RNS on the subject of MODI1 the text states :

"The Company continues to progress the Modi-1 Phase 1/2 clinical trial for regulatory submission in the first half of 2021".

So from the horses mouth, we have not yet applied.

Thank you for your responses, I'm trying to create a timeline based on all our current insights.

SCIB 1, it could be at any time we are told that the trial centres are open to enrol new patients.

MODI 1, actual Trial Start and First Patient Dosed now looking to be Late August / Early September ( based on the comments just received ).

AvidiMab, the collaborations being turned into actual deals could be at any time as we have no clues how we are progressing those 3 tie ups.

Covidity, so many facets to this, but an important one is the Trial Submission. Possibly before the end of July, which again will mean that the Approval / Trial Start Date will be September earliest.

I'm not trying to be pessimistic I'm trying to adjudge what is realistic in terms of our expectations based on what we know.

All in my humble opinion and I welcome alternative views.

In this latest RNS the MODI 1 Trial, the Submission to do the trial is by the end of June 2021.

Question if anyone can answer,

How quickly will the Submission be dealt with and when could we expect a Trial Approved / Start Date, RNS to be posted ?

This announcement of a new joint broker is more than good news. Add this new appointment to the two recent Vulpes 400k buys.

These bits of information tell us that Vulpes are so confident that the science is working and on the cusp of delivery and now Scancell are already looking towards the post trial data reports from THREE Phase 1 studies.

The positivity in this news is music to my ears.

Some clarity on the MODI1 trial start.
My instinct was correct that the last RNS was a copy and paste error as there was not enough time to actually start that trial in H1.

We are now told that the submission is still on track to happen in the next two weeks.

This should be the start of a flood of news that will be landing between now and the end of August.

CEPI is a large organisation so anything they promote is not mentioned by chance. To continually tweet out their message and not adjust the paragraph on Nottingham Uni and Scancell must mean that to CEPI that the acknowledgement is still very relevent.

Plus over the many months no other proposed platform has supplanted the choice of Covidity.

It has to add up to something !!

2 ) MODI1 - Conjugated Drug Manufacture Complete. Application to conduct a Trial. Possible Trial Sites.

3 ) SCIB2 - What are we going to do now its definitely back in-house.

4 ) AvidiMab and Glycan Mabs - What improvements have we been making.

5 ) Mab FG2811 - Are we going to develop this ourselves and will it spawn yet another platform.

6 ) Covidity Delivery System - Is it Up and Running ? Is it a Good Fit for future trials of Immunobody and Moditope.

7 ) Covidity - Cobra deal, the drug formulation is fully decided SN15.

8 ) Covidity - Laboratory Data - How is the data progressing and what is the expected date for a trial to start.

9 ) Karolinska Institute collaboration seems to be focussed on Auto-Immune conditions.

10 ) BionTech collaboration will be more meaningful once we have MODI1 in the clinic.

11 ) With the new positions filled at Scancell are we planning our own Car-T platform ?

Yes that does help me understand what Newcrest are targeting, thank you.

I was as surprised as anyone that this week's report was concentrated on so few metres of drilling. It feels like the core reports are being very tightly managed. We get to know what and when as it suits the pathway to the PFS.

I only say this because it was strange to see so few metres when the considered view was that they would report around 20,000 to 25,000 mtrs.
From 8 rigs drilling 24/7.

The July report must be an improvement on only 7 cores and only 7 / 8,000 mtrs, I bet there is a good chunk of that report already sat labelled up in the Core Store.

Before Wednesday nights Newcrest report we were discussing if there was the possibility that the MRE would be upgraded on that report, in the July quarterly or even 'not until September in time for the PFS. You said the later the better and it was my thought that if this latest report was 'muted' that it would lead to the July report being very special in terms of moving the SP much higher.

This latest report we were only treated to 7 new holes but at very interesting depths, what is your feeling now about how much will be revealed in July ?

Will the MRE be a much larger 'Inferred' figure or a full conversion to 'Indicated' so that the PFS can be achieved in September ?

I'm really interested on how you see things based on the information we have been given this last week.

So we are back to the conundrum of whether Vulpes count as a Director Buy or a slightly distance Large Shareholder Buy ?

If it is a Director Buy then we can expect a delay in any SP altering RNS by 30 days ish ( not sure on the actual time allowed ). As I've said before Martin Diggle will know a lot more that the average Pi.

If somehow Vulpes could be seen as acting without a 'nod and a wink' then we may have news before early July, but I doubt it solely on Insider Trading rules.

So what their 2nd Top Up really says is, Scancell are on track with no sign of any hiccups. When the news does land I'm going to guess it will be bigger than we think, so not just Trial Ready or Trial Approval !!!!

Those two 400k buys do signal a lot of confidence by Vulpes. It is very reassuring to know that such a large investor is happy to increase their holding. They must be also see 19p / 20p as a bargain.

My post was a bit blunt...

I am presuming that the first we will hear on the two new trials is that we have been approved to begin said trial in 'X' weeks time.

If that assumption is correct then the actual Modi 1 Trial couldn't possibly start in H1 because there is not enough days left to achieve it.

However, if Scancell already have approval and are not at liberty to say, then that is a different scenario.

Also, that you are ok to go home and isolate, means you are on the mend, which is good to hear.

I've been out all day but did notice the uptick in the SP and the Vulpes extra nibble.

I looked at the Modi 1 paragraph stating 'Start Date H1 2021' and I do think its an error of 'Copy and Paste' from the last Holdings RNS. We could still hear that the Mod1 1 Trial has been Approved but 'Start Date in June' I don't think so.

On the very positive side I see the Diggle Bros making the most of a slight delay and at a price they think is well worth another £80k ish.

To me its a further positive signal that the Scancell pot is about to boil over ....... makes me Very content with my Investment.

Regarding Tweets, I've just looked and we had a SCLP tweet on the 30th April to say Vulpes had increased their holding, the next was a re-tweet of a Bemudashorts tweet on the 16th May and the third and last was another re-tweet on the 19th May.

So nothing for 3 weeks which isn't that unusual for Scancell but just adds to the silence and the potential conspiracy theories.

I'm quite chilled because I fully expect an update on something in the next two or three weeks.

If we cruise past the 1st July and don't hear a word then my calm demeanor will be sorely tested.....
