Three Steps to Heaven.

1 Safety Data Proves Positive.
2 High Levels of Antibody and T Cell Responses against the 'S' and 'N' Proteins.
3 Good Efficacy Data after subjects become infected with Covid 19 in any of its variants.

The step 3 data by no later than January or February next year.

That's my Dream Scenario

Once the safety data is in and it's all positive and sound, I will allow myself to starting imagining where the SP could be in 12 months time.

Due to Immunobody being proved to work in the past SCIB1 Ph1 trial there is a very strong possibility that we could be sitting on the world's next unicorn biotech.

It's not wishful thinking we just need good safety data topped off a month or two later with Immunobody / AvidiMab proving as potent as has been seen in the lab results.

With strong responses in both Antibodies and High Avidity T Cells, Covid will be toast and we will become THE company to own shares in.

Good luck to all shareholders big or small. If it all goes to plan it will make an amazing difference to our lives and in turn could help turn the tide against Covid and Cancer treatments.

Just watched the presentation for a second time and Prof Lindy Durrant does have an excellent way of putting over the science and imparting confident enthusiasm.

Which in turn makes me more confident in my Scancell investment.

We are very close to being 'in the clinic' meaning that long sort after data is not far behind. My point being why would anyone sell in 'such quantities' at this exact time in the Scancell journey. A few profit takers ok, someone needing to pay bills ok but the only reasonable conclusion to what we are witnessing is that DE is proceeding as he said he would.

Being so close to what will be game changing news why sell now. That's the lack of intellect I'm referring to.

And if you don't understand the image of the 'old gits' then your sense of humour is missing out on a bit of fun .......

Giving the FDA plenty of time to reach a conclusion I'm going for the latest by mid October.

Can't see any reason other that more questions raised that need addressing. We have not heard anything up to now.

I reckon at the most we have 8 weeks to wait. Any longer and they are just dragging their feet......

I find it very difficult to understand that anyone with a smattering of intellect would actively sell SCLP shares right now in the volumes we are seeing.

I don't think anyone will see this as an opportunity to Short the stock with so much upside potential.

So we are left with DE selling as he himself stated, but why not wait until early next month. After all his years of faith in Scancell science it seems he's not prepared to take a chance on a positive outcome.

I hope the 'T Cell' and 'Antibody' responses when reported are devastatingly positive.

At the end of July, Shaun said that the 'Exploration' cores or rock chips were held up at the Assay Labs but should arrive in 7 weeks or hopefully in just 5 weeks due to investments ongoing at the labs. That means we find out in either 3 or 5 weeks from now. Also that there is a large build up of cores ( 15 or so ) waiting to be reported by Newcrest.

The Newcrest Drill Core Update is due on Thursday 9th September ( late on the 8th in the UK ) that is just 4 weeks from today.

My point is that the share price will now start a continual rise towards the 9th September due to both fear of missing out and traders taking early positions as is always the case. The SP has continually dropped after 17 solid drilling updates but this September 9th feels different , we know its going to be a bumper report because we've been told it is at least 15 cores plus any others that were also ready by the 31st July.

Plus the Exploration reports just prior or just after. And why the need for new roads ??

With the South Africa trial approval announced on the 29th July and considering the speed necessary due to the circumstances surrounding the pandemic both in SA and the UK, I'm expecting the 'First Trial Subject Dosed' RNS inside 21 to 28 days from that date. My assumption says that we should see that RNS by the 26th August.

Part of my assumption is that while we were waiting trial approval we were already working on the training protocols and the enrolment procedures. On the day of approval everything should have swung into action meaning that 3-4 weeks would be more than enough time given that prior organisation.

I got it right about the speed and seriousness that SAPRAH dealt with out application so I expect the same diligence and speed in setting up the actual trail.

Just being nosey, but I'm wondering if you asked them about how cancer trails are doing, if they are back up & running and also are they starting new trials.
We have heard nothing about SCIB1 / Keytruda which I've put down to Covid making new cancer trails nearly impossible to start.

You are usually a pretty good investigator of such matters.

Another outstanding study showing the leap of clinical information gained when using the Parsortix system.

This will become the Blood Biopsy of choice when dealing with many cancers giving patients the possibility of far better outcomes.

The FDA's positive decision (which will happen the coming months) will transform Angle into a very large global company.

I do get your point but anyone putting their hard earned into GGP without knowing the path towards a fully operational mine is taking a punt because they have done very little or no research.

My main investments were BioTech stocks until I found myself looking at Greatland Gold and you are completely right, I didn't understand what people were discussing so I did internet searches until I had a better understanding.

My post was adequately written and could be totally understood within 5 mins of reading about mines, how the resource is define over time and how the resource becomes a mine.

I'm not trying to be clever or rude to you just being factual.

The most important point of the 'Indicated' figure is that it's an important step towards a 'Measured Resource'. Which is a bankable asset.

Even a slightly lower Indicated figure carries a much higher degree of confidence and may allow some Investment Funds to take a modest position. The PFS is another step change followed by the actual FS and finally to the DFS accompanied with the Decision to Mine.

Over the next 10 years or so the Resource will grow as the Mine is developed.

PJT12 you are quite right, most boards have a Mr Rampy that throws out the £1B MCap comments.

However ...... a successful FDA approval opens the flood gates for Angle as it allows entry into the vast global hospital market.

Every Oncology department with its own labs will want / ultimately need a Parsotix system on site. The ongoing supply of the Parsortix Plates will produce yearly revenues in the 100's of millions.

In Angles case, FDA approval will over time ( 5 - 10 years ) create an MCap of many billions.

Just to ensure that everyone fully understands the next step in the Maiden Resource.

Your calcs are for the New Indicated Resource but shouldn't we also see the current Inferred Resource increase?

The current 4.2m ounces AU equivalent could rise by roughly what amount ?

I'm going to suggest up to 6.5m ounces AU.

Does that sound somewhere near to you or could the Inferred figure be slightly larger.

The whole of the Covidity Project is a huge collaboration of expertise. Lindy and Co will have picked their way through all the very best opportunities / science offered up.

I am confident that when we are eventually allowed access to all the mysterious bits of this project there will be some amazing surprises in store.

Only a few more months to go and considering the many years we've stayed steadfast in our faith that Scancell's science will eventually deliver, I feel we are right on the cusp of all our hopes becoming a reality.

I really hope we are a long way down that track. I would also hope there is a big Pharma partner sat in the wings ready to step forward on positive data. There is every chance that Covidity will do 'what it says on the tin' and I'm sure Scancell are not sat wondering if anyone will take it, once proven to work.

You would expect in these circumstances a lot of the potential deals will already be drafted.

3-4 weeks for First Subject Dosed'
+ another 4-5 weeks for safety data
+ another 6-8 weeks minimum for Antibody and T Cell response data.

Whilst my main expectation is for a rise in the SP to come from the Covidity Trial the other main event could drop at anytime.

That's the MODI1 trial submission or it may just bypass and be trial approval.

To know that the MOD1 trial is actually on the move and heading towards the clinic is something I am really waiting for.

I hope our new CEO can end all the speculation soon with something like a Proactive Investors interview.

RNS first and then a full update interview. I'm looking forward to that happening and hope it as soon as possible.
