Just for info. This is the internet's description of PDMR trading :

"PDMR. Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility. People similar to board directors, who have access to price-sensitive information on a regular basis and who therefore must not deal in the company's shares in a close period (eg after the year end but before the results are announced)".

So it a way of dealing with share options in a closed period.

May well be that for LD to be awarded the new incentive package they had to legally wrap up the employment shares options. The PDMR route was the only way causing the instant sale.

Just adding my pennies worth, Lindy is Scancell, the company came out of Nottingham Uni and it was Lindy and Dr Richard Goodfellow that brought about the science as I recall.

Why would we not want our CEO incentivized to create wealth.

This could be the beginnings of a perfect storm. The SP has not been over reached prior to tonight's report. We know it's going to be a bumper crop of results and with the continued recent positivity we can expect that they will be good quality intercepts as per the last seventeen times.

There will be some elements of infill and growth drilling with a bit more about possible extension's.

Are we still open left right and centre ? Probably.

PFS close on the horizon with an Indicated Resource either before or with that PFS.

Tomorrow's interview with SD could also be about the Juri JV where we know 5 core results will be back from the Assay Labs any day soon.

Good to hear from you, I do hope you are keeping well.

There is so much to look forward to in the next year. I suppose what we all want is for the trial data to be positive if not outstanding. We can dream of great results because LD will have made the platforms the best they can be.

I would like us to hit some high points along the journey so the SP can rise and give guys and gals like yourself that extra boost to your possibilities. I'm happy to go along for a good few years yet. My ultimate would be MODI1 going from 4 to around 15 different cancers and it transforming the outcomes of those cancers.

I assumed that the Trial Approval RNS meant just that. If what you say is the normal route I would have thought that the Pandemic in SA would mean a negotiated streamlined path for our important 2nd Gen Vaccine.

I think it's worth an email to Scancell to ask if they have negotiated any special exemptions to the normal pathway.

Sorry it's taken me a while to respond I had to go out.

I would think that the screening would be less that 3/4 weeks but they have to be incredibly sure the right people are accepted so I'm hedging my bets by giving that part enough time.
The original vaccines were put through at double quick time but I reason that Scancell will be overly diligent with the aspects of safety.
It's a very critical first in human step for Moditope it has to be done right.

If everything goes to plan on all fronts 2022 is going to be a very special year.

Covidity news should be soon'ish as the approval was 6 weeks ago this coming Thursday.
I've changed my thoughts as to when we will hear about the first subjects being dosed. I'm now of the opinion that we will not hear until the Safety Data is actually achieved.
My timeline expectation has changed to, 4 weeks from approval to 'clinic set up' and staff training, another 3/4 weeks to screen volunteers and then 3/4 weeks to monitor initial side effects ( just like those with the current vaccines ) and then we will be given a full Safety Data report.
That's a timeline of 10 to 12 weeks from the 29th July Approval RNS.

By that timeframe I'm now expecting the Covidity news to arrive at the end of this month and maybe up to the middle of October. That also means that the initial Antibody and 'T'Cell data will be could be 6 to 10 weeks later ( Jan / Feb 2022 ).

The reason for the not expecting a '1st Subject Dosed' RNS is because the most important first step is patient safety.

By the time Spring 2022 arrives we may be in a far better place to debate the future possibilities of the Share Price.

If Covidity has passed Safety and the first Data has been announced. If MODI1 is up and running in just two out of the four cancers and if SCIB1 / Keytruda is also treating patients our discussions will be much more grounded in realities.

We will also be joined by a new wave of avid posters. Now that will be worth all the many false horizons we have endured these past 10 years.

Those great possibilities are about to be tested and hopefully realised.

You make a good point about the possibilities that will unfold once the full potential of Moditope is known.

Our main obstacles to a higher SP are Safety and Performance, both yet to proven.

We have seen many companies go from penny sharevalues to £'s in a relatively short period of time and Scancell is now heading towards the all important pivitol 'clinical' data.

I weigh up all the facts we have to go on :

The very positive and encouraging lab data in both mouse models and donated blood.

The fact that Moditope is an offspring ( of sorts ) of Immunobody and the SCIB1 trials.

That I trust Prof Lindy Durrant to only move forward when the platforms are fit for purpose.

I'm really looking forward to the day when we are reading an RNS that spells out how functional Moditope is. I have the belief that it will be positive, even very positive, but that is my interpretation of the facts as I see them. Rose tinted glasses or an intelligent read, we will have to see.

Having read that article I would say it's similar but different to SCIB1. In mouse models they achieved a reduction of the cancer tumours but needed the assistance of a checkpoint inhibitor. Probably there were some side affects as seen with all CI's.

The leap forward that Moditope promises is the total removal of the tumours without that CI toxicity.

MODITOPE is the revolution given that it works equally as well within the human immune system as it has been demonstrated to work in the humanised mouse models.

Moditope promises to still be way ahead in its modality and tumour clearance.

Scancell News Pipeline :

1 ) Covidity Trial Approved on the 22nd July "Is it Up and Running" - We should be so close now to opening the Clinic to the first Covidity Subjects?

2 ) MODI1 - Trial Approved by MHRA. We now await the first patient dosed.

Prof Lindy Durrant said "This is the first of several vaccines that we are developing from the Moditope® platform and look forward to updating the market on our progress in due course."

3 ) SCIB1 / Keytruda Trial already Approved - We are waiting for the first patient to pass all the strict criteria and be dosed.
This should be also be very close as the NHS has started allowing Cancer Trials to be conducted.

4 ) SCIB2 - What are we going to do now this platform is definitely back in-house and now that we have the new delivery system being tested in the Covidity Trail we should be able to move away from the TriGrid Electroporation delivery method.

5 ) AvidiMab and Glycan Mabs - What improvements have we achieved and how many contacts are ready to have signed off ?

6 ) Mab FG2811 - Are we going to develop this ourselves and will it spawn yet another platform ?

7 ) Karolinska Institute collaboration is focussed on Auto-Immune conditions. News in the form of a released Paper could drop at anytime.

8 ) BionTech collaboration will be more meaningful once we have MODI1 in the clinic. Mid 2022 ?

9 ) With the new positions filled at Scancell where are we going with our in-house Car-T platform ?

So much potential in one small Bio-tech.

I've had a look at the Angle website and under 'Career's' there are 11 current positions that are advertised. Mainly in Guildford, Surrey but a few in America and one in Toronto.

The company is not sitting on its hands waiting for the FDA to give it permission to grow, AN and co are pushing forward with the Pharma Services Labs. More contracts must be coming in the near future.

Perfect summing up of the reality we face. We need the breakthrough that a fully working and safe Covidity offers. Being a LTH I'm well aware that I have a bias in my positivity towards Scancell, may even have a pair of those rose tinted glasses.

What I do know is that SCIB1 worked for 14 people and was non-toxic. I cannot see why Covidity should not show equally as good results.

The clock is without doubt ticking down to the day when we finally get the 'in human' clinical validation we have always wanted.

September is a good possibility based purely on the number of days since we submitted the extra data.

You could say we are now closing down the weeks / days to that decision. I think late October or into November is the FDA dragging their feet. Parsortix is a hugely beneficial device in the care of cancer sufferer's and will be treated as such by the FDA.
