It is very strange that it is taking such a long time to reach the clinical starting point.
The one thing that helps me to have more patience is my belief that Prof Durrant will not allow the start of the trial without crossing every 't' and dotting every 'i'.

We can be sure when it is finally announced that it will work to the very best possible level.

As long as we achieve positive 'Safety Data' it will not matter if its this December or next February .

On the 8th July 2021 Reneuron stated that the trial had been given the ok to proceed in the USA and regulatory approval would be sort in the other jurisdictions.

Todays RNS is great news but given the above there is some ambiguity so I have emailed the company for an explantion.

At the moment 'Jurado' guessing 0.62p is currently the closest, with one trading session to go, unless there is a very positive RNS in the morning to bump up the SP, I'm sure Jurado wouldn't mind if that happened .... : )

For those of you that remember my making this suggestion last September 'Where has the last 12 months gone' ??

Covid has held back many businesses in the health services and hospital markets but Tissue Regenix has pushed on despite those difficult challenges. Sales have held up well and the new facilities in the USA are now fully up and running. If the pandemic can be brought to heel by the proposed 2nd Generation 'Universal' Vaccines it paves the way for TRX to reach profitability in 2022.
The next 2 to 5 years are going to be all about the growth of the Market Cap.

On our 'Bit of Fun' prediction competition here is a reminder of the 'Runners' and your 'Guesstimations' of the Closing SP this Friday 1st October 2021.

Thank you to all of you that said you would take part and donate £25, I do hope we are still able to raise some money for the winners chosen charity. The winner being the person with the nearest guess to the Closing SP this Friday and that person may nominate a Charity where the £25's can be donated, it would be great if we could raise a few hundred pounds for that charity.

Agree that RENE have not been the best at keeping us PI's up to date on the RP trial but hopefully something will be RNS'ed by the time we reach Christmas..... in the meantime an Exosomes deal would be very welcome news....

You are missing the 'Update for hRPC therapy candidate study' in June this year explaining that one patient had experienced an eye infection in the treated eye 5 days after the injection. At that time the enrolment was put on hold.

On the 8th July we were told,

'hRPC stem cell therapy candidate for retinal disease:

· Efficacy signal seen in phase 2a subjects reaching 12 months follow up with some variability of response seen between subjects

· Regulatory approval has been received for the expanded Phase 2a study in US, UK and Spain. This Phase 2a extension study incorporates a doubling of the previous dose, which with other study elements was designed to build on the efficacy signal seen in the earlier cohorts of the study whilst trying to remove some of the variability

· Four out of the nine additional subjects have been treated to date but a presumed case of bacterial endophthalmitis led to precautionary temporary study enrolment suspension; however, following a completed investigation, and with Data & Safety Monitoring Board approval, the study has reopened to enrolment in the US with amendments being filed to reopen in the UK and Spain

· Three-month data from extension segment of Phase 2a study to be available in Q4 2021'

We reach Q4 on Friday so an update is possible during October.

There is a very good chance that the SA Trial will report First Subject Dosed inside the next 2/3 weeks.
If that does happen what is a reasonable time we will need to wait before the Safety aspect of the Trial will be reported.

Could we expect that report by mid / late November ( say 6 weeks after First Injection ) ?

We are still due 5 drill core results from the Juri JV. The RNS said that the missing drill result's are expected in October along with the Electro Magnetic surveys.

Shaun Day is now ensuring that we don't have long to wait between news intervals.

If that is the case I would expect those Juri JV Exploration results to be reported early October, so around 3 weeks from now leaving 3 weeks until the Newcrest September Quarterly.

So we wait until we know but I am hoping that MODI1 is dealt with reasonably quickly to realise Scancell's wish that the trial can start by the end of December.

We have endured many a missed delivery date so it will leave me with a very warm glow if Covidity and MODI1 meet their starting dates....

Will it be considered Oxford area or Nottingham ?

MODI1 Application was approved on the 26th August and just as the Covidity Trial we are now awaiting their Ethics Committee approval before we can start the Trial.

Scancell stated that Enrollment into the Trial was expected H2/21.
Does anyone know when the next MHRA Ethics Committee sits ??

Could the PharmaJet announcement be due to the imminent '1st Subject Dosed' in the Covidity Trial.

The PharmaJet BOD will be in constant contact with Scancell and know exactly when we will be using their product for the First Injection.

Timing is everything with these snippets of information we glean.

No PFS for us in September....
Sandeep was talking about Red Chris and Lahir.

At 10 mins 15 secs he says Havieron PFS later this year. Simples...

SD says at 10 mins 15 seconds that the Havieron PFS will be later this year... No mention of September as when he said about PFS's at the end of the month he was talking about Red Chris an Lahir.

PFS at Havieron probably late October / November earliest.

The PFS as a document does outline the basics for there to be a mine. It's the first real step on that journey and I'm pretty sure it becomes an asset,as you can use a PFS to gain finance towards the DFS and the
ultimate Decision to Mine.

I think the PFS document will allow some Institutional Investors to take a modest position, the DFS a greater investment and a Decision to Mine even bigger.

My misunderstanding of what the recent SAHPRA Approval meant has lead me to read up on the stages needed to have a new trial reach '1st Patient Injected'.

Our application has been formally accepted by SAHPRA and now moves on to the Research Ethics Committee. It is their job to look at things like:

'the aim of the trial and how important the issue is for patients
how the research team plan to recruit people'
'whether the likely benefits are greater than the possible risks'
'the qualifications and experience of the team running the trial'
'whether it’s been peer reviewed'
'if the patient information sheet (PIS) is complete and easy to understand'
'if extra information such as GP letters, patient questionnaires or forms are well written'

The committee then decides if the trial is safe and ethical to do, and whether it can go ahead or not.

So at this moment in time we are awaiting the SA Ethics Committee approval, once they sign off our trial we can move to Trial Registration and then Start.

Thank you for digging into the details. Our common sense tells us that there has to be a genuine reason for the disposal and not that it's only because LD took this opportunity to make some quick cash.

There is always a rational answer if you are prepared to roll your sleeves up and search.

It's in response to FTSEBUYER's narrative that LD made the decision to dispose of the Employee Options rather than hold on to them. The conclusion that LD has no confidence in the future of the company. I'm just putting forward that we don't know the full facts and there "probably" is a good technical reason or legal reason why those Options had to be sold on instantly.

Could the reason be that to accept the new Options as the CEO those Employee Options had to be disposed of ?

I'm not knowledgeable enough to know but my assumption will be nearer the truth than LD just has no confidence in Scancells future value.

My apologies for not keeping up with the monthly summary of the 1st October Prediction of the Closing Price.

Over the last 11 months the SP has reached .90p and then slid all the way back to .59p
The current price of .65p is very good value set against the potential growth we now have with the Phase 1 upgrades ready to go.
