Just looking at the volume of trades in the last week that fall under the £1.23817 says that it is very probable that the 250k trade is a buy. The other evidence is the relationship between that price and the effect it had on the overall SP as it was pronted. A sell of that size would have been at a much lower price, around £1.21 ish.

I agree, on the balance of that evidence it looks very much like a worked buy.

you must have missed our discussion regarding the time frame for a 'heads up from Scancell' along the lines of 'The Injections have all be well tolerated' as we don't expect to hear the Safety from the trial until all 40 subjects have been dosed + many weeks to collate the data as set out in the Trial Study Plan.

So my comment refers to 'No Adverse Effects' which would be announced immediately, therefore, 'No News is Good News' on the SA Covidity Trial only.

I hope that clears that up.

Exosomes Deals will now happen - Proof of Concept in the Bag - could be as little as 4 weeks to get ink on paper.

So the SP at £1.16 is a bargain with 3/4 Potential deals before the year end + RP readout in March 2022.
The SP and the tiny Market Cap will easily Double. If the Exosomes Deals come with Up-Front Cash then the SP could reach £3.00 + per share very quickly as we have seen before.

Yes its been a long waiting game for the science to come of age but a leading position in the supply of very High Quality Exosomes and a Lead position in RP across all those who suffer will change the course of Reneuron's fortunes.

The Market wants to see deals with the ink dry, then the SP will Re-Rate for sure.

I think in light of what Thompi posted about the Options that mature mid November, I would think AN and Co are trying their best to tie up a few more Clinical Labs deals to land before they expire.
So lets presume there is no word from the FDA by Mid November could one or two fairly good deals push the SP over £2.00 ? It would depend on the numbers involved but its very plausible.

To be fair I do think there is every chance of an FDA decision this month, it fits with all the various timescales and allows for the obvious delays created by the pandemic.

So there is a very strong chance of our chosen Ethics Committee making a judgement by the end of October, which would be welcome news.

Scancell have stated that they hope to start the trial in 2021 so that would give them 6 /8 weeks ish to Enrol, Screen and ModiTope the first patient. Which is pretty tight given the lengths they will go to to ensure the qualifying candidates are a good fit for MODI1 to work at its best.

My hope therefore is that the Approval arrives in the next few weeks and we do see the trial start this year.

The MODI1 Trial Application was approved by MHRA on the 26th August. We know that for the full trial approval we need it signed off by the Ethics Committee.

Has anyone been able to find out which committee we have applied to and when that committee has their next full approvals meeting ?

It's been 7 weeks since the initial Application approval....

Don't forget that this PFS is just as important to Newcrest as it is for us PI's.
They need the mine design in place, the decline built and the ore travelling to Telfer at the earliest possible date.
Newcrest will table the best PFS possible with all the drilling data they have, which is at least two months or more ahead of what we know.

The Indicated Resource cannot be far away and the Quarterly Report in 12 working days.

Good luck everyone, not that you will need it if you stay put for 12 months.

I would like to thank you and everyone who took part in our year long quest for 3p a share : ) , it started in the height of the Covid gloom but it is very rewarding to see that between us we will bring some much needed benefit to those in need of some TLC.

That is not a bad effort in raising £ 350 for Macmillan and it would also be nice to have an idea of what we did raise for Soft Touch Arts, I've had a look at their website but I cannot find any list of donations from Virgin Money Giving.

Anyway not to worry, many TRX holders have stepped up and that is brilliant part.

I think this news will seep out over the coming days or weeks. If one of those collaborators want to stake their claim in a hurry we won't have long to wait for that 'Deal Done' RNS.

These technologies have taken an age to convert from lab based possibility to actual deliverable science. Exosomes are like the new kids on the block, it's only in recent years that a therapeutic use has been investigated and this in VIVO positive result is ground breaking news for RENE.

There have been some large pre-clinical deals done in the Exosomes space in the 18 months so given today's announcement we have every chance of up to 3 licensing deals with big numbers attached to each.

If Reneuron was trading in the US the SP would already be heading towards the 10,s of dollars per share.

Anyway I hope you can grab a few while there are cheap...... : )

HoopyHoop you are mixing two very different Reneuron technologies.

The Study into RP was held due to a patient that developed an infection after the Stem Cell Injection. This was fully investigated and the trial has been re-started. That infection could have been caused by many things and the procedure has now been rigorously investigated to prevent the same infection from happening in the future. That is what happens during a trial. The data from that Ph2a Study will now report Q1 2022 ( March ish ).

This news today is about the Exosomes Technology and the fact that it has now been demonstrated in VIVO that a payload can be targeted beyond the blood / brain barrier. This is a huge step forward for Reneuron in an area that major pharma is very interested in.

Just discussing these various side issues of the Parsortix Device shows just how complex the submission must have been and its a credit to Angles technical teams in putting it all together. Also shows the depth of understanding that the FDA must go to enable them to reach a positive outcome of such a device.

Due to the fact that medically it is purely a diagnostic tool and after a blood draw the patient is no longer involved in the process means that the approval of the medical side, is as Yuyus says, all about the control and security of the Parsortix Plates.

If we do see a kick back from the FDA it will only be technical in nature and will be overcome by Angle given time, so any retrace in the SP would be temporary and dependant on how severe, such a fall would represent a buying opportunity.
Therefore I agree with BOJO2020 its a fierce hold from me.

I am trying to estimate when the information may arrive that the injections have been well tolerated and your answer is a big help.

To screen and dose 40 subjects two full working weeks at 5 subjects per day. To see any early adverse effects that could stop the trial a maximum of a further two weeks.

Full data collection to enable an announcement to say that the injections have been well tolerated, a further 4 / 6 weeks.

This would mean no news is good news until around late November or early December.

So hopefully the next important news we hear will be to do with MODI1 'First Patient Dosed'.

What AISC will they settle on ?

I know it's only the beginning of the journey in designing the mining plan but it will infer so much detail of Newcrest's inherent confidence and perceived value of Havieron.

Hi Bemudashorts

The Trial Study is for 40 subjects and as you pointed out we may see some data on what the initial reaction is to our injection.

Both of the original Oxford and the BionTech vaccines caused some mild to severe reactions within the first 15 / 20 mins and then some mild / severe reactions over the next 24 / 48 hours.

Do you think we will be given news of those kind of reactions once all 40 have been dosed plus say two weeks ?

Also the First Injection was announced on the 5th October, with all the pre-injection vetting, what is a fair guess as to when all 40 will have been dosed ?
