I am hoping that the MODI1 'first patient dosed' will be well before that date but a word on Covidity in that release would be very welcome.

Question about Covidity Subject enrolment see 21 mins

In the Q&A session at the end of that presentation Prof Durrant said 16 enrolled and she said 14 dosed earlier in the presentation. When asked about the pace of dosing LD said that initially there was a cautious approach and a gap of 5 days between each new subject. Later she said that as there had not been anything to report they would be stepping up to 6 subjects per week.

On doing some rough timelines it would be fair to say that all 40 subjects would be 1st dosed by Mid January and all 2nd doses by early February. Sample blood tests from patients 6 to 8 weeks after their second doses would mean Scancell will begin to see if there is the kind of Antibody and T Cell expression they would expect. That timeline for blood tests is around this time in December or in the next week or so.

I doubt that their findings will be shared until at least half the subjects have reached that point. Prof Durrant did say that there is a possibility that we would be informed towards the end of January / early February.

Plus hopefully the first MODI1 patient dosed early in January, plus the possibility of further SCIB1 Ph.2a patients also in January.

My understanding is :

Grail process DNA cancer cell fragments of dead cells, so there blood biopsy is a sift for DNA markers.
Parsortix captures complete living 'circulating cancer cells' which can be multiplied in the lab and then analysed / categorised.
The Parsortix capture will also enable specific cancer drug testing on those unique cancer cells.

Grail would be improved if they offered the Parsortix collection as an additional service, a Win - Win for both companies.

The consolidation was definitely 1 : 100 which means that the CEO has increased his holding from 32,277 to 50,201 shares since that date.

As Exosomes become more in fashion, so to speak, Reneuron's IP and CTX Cell Line Technology will be worth more than the market cap. Sentiment of the whole stock market is at a low ebb and with the addition of the new Omicrom variant it is another drain on investors confidence for the medium term.

I agree that a more upbeat line from the CEO would help the SP but we have never seen that kind of rhetoric from Reneuron. What we do see is a company strengthening its talent pool in anticipation and readiness for future successes.

With only 57 million shares in issue set against the potential worth of the company as deals emerge, I see the current price as an opportunity and not a disaster as it is mainly market sentiment driven.

All indications are that a fair market price, for what has been discovered so far, is circa 24p.

As someone said earlier, 7 shares for a £1 not a bad deal for the potential of this huge gold mine.

More drill core information due out tonight, probable expansion of the size of the ore body leading to additional gold ounces, possible high grade intercepts (again).

The selling at this time goes directly against all the relevant information to hand.

The elasticity in this downward pressure will have to give eventually because the value of GGP is actually going up with every hole drilled at Havieron. I hope that tonight's drill results contain another best ever result. Something like 200mtrs at 10 grams per tonne would certainly worry the shorters.

I decided it would be sensible to ask GGP direct.

Email reply came this morning saying that the 5 JV cores are still held up at the labs but hopefully they will retrieve them in the next two weeks. It has also delayed the Scallywag cores.

So they are hoping to report the missing five cores by the 22nd December, if positive they will certainly be an early Christmas present......

What we do know is that Scancell built a solid Platform in Immunobody and it worked extremely well in the initial SCIB1 Trial.
Therefore we should have confidence in Prof. Durrant and her team to have built both Covidity and Moditope to the same exacting standards.

Juri JV announcement on the 1st September 2021 :

Total Targets 9 = Los Diablos 1, Parlay 1, Saddle Reefs 1, Goliath 5 and Outamind 1.

These were the reported results from the first 4 Cores sent to the Labs.
Saddle Reefs Target : 3.5mtrs @ 1.88/t AU from 226.5mtrs
Goliath Target : 1.0mtr @ 1.49/t AU from 651mtrs

The missing 5 cores now due back from the Labs early November :
Los Diablos, Parlay & Saddle Reefs + Sections of Outamind.

Selling Covidity on positive data would rack up the price, to then adding the whole Immunobody DNA Platform would certainly reward us investors and reward Nottingham Uni for all the back up and support they have given Scancell.

Price wise, not a clue but I would expect it to be bigger than our current MCap.

Modi 1 ?: NHS R&D holding up Clinical readiness. ( initial Trials always need the facility of an ICU bed, just in case ).

Modi 2 : Clinical Trial 12 months away, Formulation Underway.

Scib 1 : In Trial - Recruitment will be better now the new trial structure has been agreed. More patients soon but again they also need NHS capacity.

Covidity : 16 Subjects now in the trial. Ramping up recruitment to 6 per week means the total of 40 will be completed and 1st Jab in 4 weeks time. Early January all 40 1st doses given and approx 16 on 2nd dose. Possible part read out of Data at some point in February.

AvidiMab : Deals to be done at much higher revenues, proof of Data Needed ?

I think Lindy qualified about Omicron by saying that it was the Delta version that covered the mutation.

So they have already started to analyse Omicron v Covidity 'Delta'

We can submit questions once signed in to the Webinar, if they are chosen to be asked is another matter.

If pushed on the Omicrom v Covidity question we may glean something from the way it is answered or side-stepped.

ModiTope first patient, at the AGM Lindy said 'Shortly' and the leading scientist running the Modi1 Trial reportedly said : after some minor technical issues at the trial centre are sorted the first patient should be dosed 'Imminently'.
An update on both those comments would be good.

Tonight will be interesting to see Prof Durrant present and may even give some more clues towards the array of questions we all keep asking ourselves.

Should be worth the watch.
