In view of the uncertainty over how long it will take to sign a deal I think they should do a placing. That's my opinion.

Marian didn't leave Conroy Gold because management couldn't get a deal over the line Goldbug. She got a very good job at BHP, that's all.

So they hire someone as Head of Prospect Evaluation who publicly endorsed Conroy Gold as a great opportunity. According to you then they hired someone with poor judgement for a job that requires very good judgement 😂

BHP offered her the job though didn't they. Conroy Gold was on her CV. If it's such a bad company why did they hire her?

One thing for sure is that Marian being on the board didn't do a thing for the share price. Went from 10p to 2p. Hard to believe that having such a senior mining executive join your board results in an 80% share price fall.

The potential conflict of interest line is strange. They didn't need to say that. They could have just said that Marian will be busy with her new job.

Can't make my mind up if this is good or bad. Can Marian send people CGNR's way at PDAC now? Has she already put them in touch with the relevant people?

Well they are involved in multiple partnership discussions. That's better than nothing! Going to need to convert one of those.

PDAC meeting of course can involve discussions away from the booth. All I'm saying is that things happen slow. Any deal discussions with a new party at PDAC would take months. If it's an existing party then PDAC is irrelevant because they are already talking to them

As for my other comment about rampers selling down from 4p that is obvious truth. Shares race up to 4p and back down to 3p. Why do you think that is?

Fact remains they need cash. No way they can be sure of announcing a deal before cash runs out. Very small raise in October just isn't going to last much longer.

PDAC Monday isn't going to magically throw up a deal by Tuesday. I don't think people are stupid enough to believe that.

Are they getting ready for a raise though? In some ways they would be stupid not to as the timing on any deal is very uncertain and money is tight. £200k from October isn't going to go far.

Taking an optimistic view they could be saying that a deal will likely be done in the near future and PDAC is an attempt to see if they can tempt anymore to come forward.

The CFO did say that they are not going to wait and wait for the best deal. That is a welcome change from the approach of Professor Conroy I would say. They need to see what serious offers are on the table and close a deal.

Loads of positive spin being put on another disastrous raise. Funny how some of the most positive posters always have funds to buy more after each raise. People paying 1.4p a week ago but not the chief rampers. They knew what was coming.
