Comes back to my question. Where is the resource update? What is happening with the re-logging of drill core? No timelines, no updates. This company is a joke.

Well supposedly they were doing a resource update weren't they? How long has that been going on? They seem to have forgotten to tell anyone the results or are the results not worth talking about.

The ODM results won't move the dial. Same as the last RNS didn't move the dial. The much heralded permit won't make much difference either. It is basically a formality albeit one that took forever. Millions needs to be spent proving up the assets before any mine. Where is that going to come from?

Do you agree that without an update on JV progress very soon they will be a shell? The assets they have are effectively worthless unless they can be developed.

Why is this still worth £1.5M then? Surely it should be worth nothing if that is true.

If Rio Tinto were working with Karelian a lot more would have been done to prove up the potential of Lahtojoki and the investigation of Kuhmo would have happened much faster. It's wishful thinking.

No confirmation of drilling plans in today's RNS other than to say 2025. With the drilling window closing fast I bet that means next winter.

Lahtojoki needs a lot more work i.e. money, to demonstrate what percentage of coloured diamonds it has. Only then might it be of interest to a JV partner.

A lot of talk going on but share price not moving. That's because they have very little cash and it would take millions to prove that any of their diamond deposits are commercially viable.

They need frozen ground for drilling. Rapidly running out of time this year. My guess is they won't be drilling this year so that means a raise is coming to keep the lights on for another year.

What's the cash position? Down to maybe £150k. Not going to do much drilling with that. When's the next raise?

The big question is why has there been no update on the progress ofJV talks. 9 months since Demir walked and nothing. Doesn't bode well.

Anyone given the choice between Anglo Asian and Demir would have gone with Demir. Clueless.

Demir were a bigger company with greater financial resources. It was a better offer. That's all there is to it.

Conroy Gold is finished if they don't get a new JV but there is no evidence that Anglo Asian walked away. We don't need fake information on here.

Wonder if the directors of this sham are selling. They will if they have any sense.

While we're on the subject neither kdr nor cgnr have an asset that would be of interest to majors do they. Both need to be able to prove that the asset is much bigger and that takes money, which they don't have.

Both companies could be worthless in 6 months unless someone wants to finance them. Trying to raise money in the market now would be disastrous.

The share price of cgnr is going down the toilet. Same with kdr. They both need a partner with money and time is running out. PDAC is a red herring. They've been going there for years. They already know the people that might have been interested. Turning up there with a stand makes no difference.

I don't think there is a floor at 3p.

All the stuff you say is fine although I don't know the living arrangements of John Sherman. Isn't the real truth though that without a JV partner they are finished. What evidence is there of anyone being interested? There was talk of significant interest but if that's true why has nothing happened since the last JV partner left?

If anyone wanted to do a deal with cgnr they've had plenty of time to do it. There hasn't been one offer or even an expression of interest. Nothing to stop them disclosing that even if a deal hasn't been done. Conclusion is there has been nothing.

Both cgnr and kdr are running out of money and who is going to want to put more in?

This does look more and more like a deception. When the JV ended there was talk of weighing up the different offers and doing what's best for shareholders. Fairly obvious now that there were no offers.
