I think there is a genuine question over whether cgnr is finished. Hard to believe with gold at nearly $2900 an oz but what is happening? The senior geologist Kevin McNulty seems to be spending a lot of his time on kdr. Considering he seemed to be the only active employee at cgnr then you have to wonder if anything is happening at cgnr anymore.

Yes I'd like someone who is positive about cgnr to explain why this stand at PDAC will make any difference. They have had since May last year to talk to anyone that may have an interest. From what we've been told so far there's no evidence that anyone is interested. What can be said at PDAC that couldn't be said in a video call?

Do they have any desire to tell anyone what they're doing? Gold at record levels, share price at all time lows. Is there nothing of interest in the re-analysis of drill core. It's either unbelievable incompetence or they've got nothing to say.

There's also millions of liabilities on the balance sheet which begs the question of whether this is actually worth anything. Without a JV I would say it's worthless.

The interview where Professor Conroy was "angry" about the share price only being 20 something pence is a telling indictment of the share price destruction here. He also said numerous times that lots of people were interested which seems to have been very misleading considering the silence since Demir left.

As for the podcast they are a disgrace. That Charles Archer fool was telling everyone to fill their boots last year at 12p a share. You can tell from his laid back attitude that he didn't follow his own advice.

What are the timescales for another JV? I don't see any possibility of it this year as they haven't even said that anyone is interested. 9 months since the last JV ended and they haven't said a word about JV talks.

If they do another placing without any news to give investors confidence the price will be terrible. 1p wouldn't surprise me the way it's going.

There's only one reason to invest in this and that is a JV. That would require a crystal ball or inside knowledge.

The likely outcome is they will go to the wall.

Amazing judgement too. To know that they would sign a JV which was no more than a vague hope back in 2019. Oh and of course you sold almost at the peak. You probably knew the JV with Demir wouldn't work out.

It does have the hallmarks of a placing coming although I can't see how they would get anyone to put money in. Would be a disgrace to do a placing if there isn't any interest in a JV.

They don't even have a recognised resource after all these years. They're not drilling for the source of the green diamond. There would be an RNS if they were.

A lot of positive talk that has no correlation with reality. Both kdr and cgnr are heading to the graveyard. Both running out of other people's money.
