This does look more and more like a deception. When the JV ended there was talk of weighing up the different offers and doing what's best for shareholders. Fairly obvious now that there were no offers.

How does writing reports justify these crazy valuations? If this was just a team of people writing reports on early tech opportunities nobody would be interested. Throw in the word AI and suddenly it's worth tens of millions? The published turnover figures are only a few hundred thousand a year. A corner shop does that. The CEO is only 28 and has no track record in building a successful business. Is this just one of those big hype things again? Like a few years ago when anyone who mentioned they were working on something to do with COVID got a crazy valuation.

Where are they at with the re-logging of drill core. How long has that been going on. Strange thing to be a listed company and not tell the market anything.

All depends if they have any interest in a JV. No details on JV talks since the last partner left. Not inspiring confidence.

The answer is Dalradian is not relevant. Nowhere near any of their projects and different circumstances.

You said it could be pivotal for cgnr. Their main project is Clontibret so how could it be pivotal for that?

Also Dalradian are operating in an area with special environmental protections. How does that apply to cgnr?

Why's that? Clontibret is in Southern Ireland.

No I don't think so. They admitted they need a JV partner to move forward. Don't see anyone putting money in again If there is no prospect of that.

I can't see them being able to raise money anymore without some JV news. Investors who put money into the last raise in October must be regretting it.

I think it's about time the company gave shareholders an update on where they are with securing a new JV partner. For a start is anyone interested? A basic question that they should be able to provide an answer on after all this time.

Just doesn't look investable. Management give investors nothing to go on equals share price decline.

Diamondhunter the JV ended in April last year. Not a word has been said about the progress of new JV talks since then. Why is that? If they haven't had a single offer in all that time then what makes you think they ever will.

I think the concern for investors would not be the potential of the project but why there have been no offers of a JV since April last year.

Do we know for sure that there are no interested parties? It's an extreme measure to take if they are in talks. If no talks then they could consider a new leadership team but still going to need a JV partner.

No directors have put their hand in their pocket this year in any of the raises. Options are a cop out. People say it gives an incentive. Not as much incentive as if you buy in the market and risk losing money. No risk with options.

Is he like the board joker or something? He doesn't know that dividing your shareholding by the number of shares in issue gives your percentage? Some people really shouldn't go anywhere near shares.
