The problem is that any long term shareholders have been wiped out. If you invested 10 years ago you need 80p to break even. Those that have shown patience will have given up by now.

He knew he needed a name to sell the fantasty which is where Nag comes in. Change the name to something with AI in it, give yourself a load of cheap options. Worked a treat.

No that's not right. JS was talking about it being unrealistic to raise money at the current sp to develop the project. They still need working capital.

I can see that capai have hit upon an idea and that idea is to sell some kind of fantasy of how they are going to create lots of very successful companies with a couple of hundred grand. It's proved very profitable for the chancers so far.

Well clearly they want a deal but there is no cash injection until a deal is agreed. They said they're hoping to get a deal done by Q4 at the latest. How are they going to keep going if the deal isn't signed very soon? What evidence is there that a deal will be signed very soon?

They had €160,000 in November. They dramatically cut expenditure in that period but they need to cut it again. Even if they got it down to €30k a month they'll be broke by the end of the month.

They said they were going to try to get a deal done this year. This year! There is no way they have the cash to last that long. I'd be amazed if there isn't a placing by the end of this month.

Yes but the immediate question is not whether they can get a deal but whether they can raise money. Clearly they believe they can get a deal or they might as well pack up. Trouble is they can't wait because they're running out of cash fast. Why drag it out? Raise money if you can instead of waiting to the last minute. The worse their financial position is the worse the financing terms will be.

The idea that they are going to make serious AI investments with a couple of hundred grand is a joke. They are playing the old pump and dump game like a lot of AIM companies.

With £275k they could open a café and sell sandwiches to AI businesses.

They only raised a couple of hundred grand. This Professor Nag has seen a way to make a quick buck through a load of hype and it worked. Reality is with the paltry amount raised they can't make any serious investments in AI. You couldn't even buy a house with the amount of money they raised.

Looks to me like the directors here can make a lot of money by floating a few ideas and keeping the show on the road for a while. I can see why Professor Nag wanted to get involved. This is like a licence to print money. The warrant exercise prices are already way below the share price and they have the option to issue themselves more warrants to replace the ones they exercise!

Where are the so called performance incentives? If they sold the shares they bought in the placing a couple of weeks ago they've already made ten times their investment. They've also handed themselves shedloads of warrants at a fraction of the current price. They can exercise now and cash in and they've made millions already. Without doing anything!

The usual. As soon as a few buys start coming in the sellers aren't far away. Even with gold at record prices the shares go nowhere.
