Since April 2024 shareholders have been waiting. Supposedly lots of other people interested in a JV yet nothing in all that time. If there is an offer, any offer, Sherman needs to take it. Here's an idea, accept an offer and maybe someone else will make a better one. Get on with it!

Only a total low life would keep posting negatively over a long period of time when they aren't a shareholder. Obviously got nothing better to do.

What I want to know is how long they are prepared to spend talking. We are fast heading to 18 months since the last JV ended. They need to get something done. I'm beyond caring which is the best deal. If there is a deal on the table they need to take it and stop wasting everyone's time.

As for Toffeeman's comment about DS I 100% agree with him. You think DS has a genuine interest in the success of the business? His desire for the businesses of Professor Conroy to fail is blindingly obvious.

Also the fact that Demir didn't put down one single drill hole to depth at Clontibret was laughable. One of the primary reasons to do a JV was to see if the deposit extends to depth and whether grades are higher. They couldn't even manage to do that. The period of negotiation and the JV and the period after the JV adds up to about 4 years and counting. 4 years wasted.

Supposedly they are looking at options that offer the best long term reward to shareholders. What about some short term reward? Over 25 years this has been going. People have grown old and died waiting for something to happen. I'm sick of it and I'm a relative newcomer. If they can't get a deal done with gold at $3350 then they might as well pack it in.

Another unwanted thing that hangs about for year after year is you. There is no purpose of you being here. Shareholders are well aware of the situation cgnr are in so the views of bitter ex holders aren't required.

Like watching paint dry being a shareholder here. We don't know where they are with talks. We don't know if they have received any credible offers. Sherman talks about doing what's best for shareholders but year after year passes with no real progress.

It's all hopes and dreams. They have no proven resources in Finland and no proven resources in Ireland. No chance of bringing in external investors with such flimsy 'evidence'.

Okay Goldbug. I applaud your diligence. So we're saying it's unclear how much they drilled during the JV. Like everything else about the JV it was a disaster. So only a few thousand metres drilled at Clontibret at most. Some of that at Corcaskea which is some distance away so not much effort to step out from the current resource. In truth Demir should have done virtually all the drilling (infill and step out) at Clontibret. They did nothing much of use in 2 years if you ask me.

You can easily find out how much they've drilled at Clontibret since the 2017 JORC. Just look back through the RNS releases. Nowhere near 18,000m.

Not sure why you would say they have no interest. Don't you think the significant shareholders want some return? What about the shares of Professor Conroy? Won't the family which Sherman is a part of want a return on them?

In terms of whether they have received an offer, if they have then they should take it. I'm sure most shareholders are way beyond caring whether it's a good offer.

That figure for the amount of drilling includes the drilling that went into the JORC resource. They haven't drilled 18,000m at Clontibret since the 2017 JORC. You must know that.

Make an announcement about JV progress. Make an announcement about a crypto strategy. Do something. Earn your director's fees. 25 years of delivering nothing for shareholders.

Nearly 6 months have passed since they said anything about the JV. They really should be keeping shareholders updated on how things are going. Terrible comms and they wonder why the share price is so low.

It's all old news. I think the primary focus of Demir was supposed to be Clontibret but I'm not sure they were ever interested in that. They were probably hoping to hit some high grades somewhere. Maybe sell their percentage for a nice quick profit. I don't believe they were ever serious about developing mines.

It hardly matters. They need a new partner to advance Clontibret or anything else.
