Money was put into the company by new investors last month for a reason. At some point they'll have to say something.

Must be getting close to some drill results. Some good copper results and then some good gold results will send this on a run.

Goldbug I put the question back to you. Why haven't they said a damn thing about what they are doing? A month has passed with no update. No drilling plans, no plans to update the resource, nothing. You tell me then what they are doing if it's not working on a deal?

How can it be anything other than putting together a deal? Either that or the people that invested in the last placing don't care that they're doing nothing which seems unlikely.

How many £2.5M explorers have a mill? They obviously need a partner to get that up and running.

That's what they've done though. It still seems to me that without any obvious work plan they must be trying to close out a JV or sale.

The copper and gold drill results haven't even come in yet. Not sure what all the selling is about.

The question remains: what are they doing? £2M raised. The new investors must know or they wouldn't have agreed to put money in. Small PIs on the other hand treated with contempt.

That loser said it was a strong sell when the shares were just over 2p. Anyone listening to him lost out big time. I think his entire posting history on LSE is telling people to sell which is a sign of an obsessed loser. No normal person would keep on about a share they're not interested in.

Obviously the sell off today is due to the falling gold price. Irrelevant to prospects as gold was closer to $2000 when the hopeless Demir cleared off.

What I don't understand is that they have money. They have about £2M with the recent placing and warrants. It should be full steam ahead. They also have the new investors from America. They aren't going to put up with nothing happening for months.

Another strange thing is the total lack of PI interest. Normally you expect rampers to be all over this in a gold boom. Not even the rampers can be bothered.

Something has got to happen in the next couple of months or why bother bringing in new investors.

Gold over $4000. The have money in the bank. What are they doing? A drill campaign should have been planned months ago. They should be drilling now. I hope there is an imminent JV or sale to end the boredom. No drilling for over 18 months in the middle of a gold boom.

Well the new shares represent about 24% of the company (less than 23% after the latest warrant exercise). Schmidt and Matthiesen took 5.5M of the roughly 17M on offer so there's about 11.5M left which is approx 15% of the company. So yes where are the TR1s? Surely Schmidt and Matthiesen have to submit TR1s? Wouldn't the other 15% require some TR1s? You'd think so. Would have to be more than 5 people for them all to be under the threshold.

I hope one day in the not too distant future that they can alleviate the boredom here. They have money. It would be nice if at some point they told us exactly what they're doing with the money. Presumably the new investors expect something to happen other than putting it in the bank.

Still don't think we've got the full picture here. New money coming in from American investors and oversubscribed but no specific details about what they're doing on the ground. Makes me wonder if a JV or outright sale is close.

If someone asked you at the start of the year whether to buy cgnr shares you would have told them it was a dog. You're a broken record. Up over 500% since year lows and plenty more to go.

Yes but professor Conroy did a placing last October at sub 5p. That was after telling shareholders that other JV partners were queuing up and he would do what's best for shareholders.

Sherman on the other hand raised money at 10p when the shares were sub 3p and has brought in North American investors.

Which one had the interest of shareholders in mind?

I wonder if the financial backing they just got is a precursor to a JV announcement. If the company was seen to be in a very weak position they may have been waiting until they were bust to pick the assets up on the cheap. Not going to happen now.
