I think the markets are cautious on future earnings here with regards to the Evelyn purchase and the background UK macro from a political point of view (by election at the end of this month and May council elections) are not helping - I am down around 5pct here atm but happy to keep adding on dips - NWG yielding 6.5pct atm which is one of the best available in terms of UK stocks right now - will continue adding and will reinvest the divi in a few weeks time - gla dyor etc.

Should go north today, beat on analysts estimates and already sold off heavily already due to the Evelyn purchase - will be looking to add on any dips today - gla dyor etc.- gla dyor etc.

Decided to buy some more at cop for 133p - TRST are still buying back shares for cancellation and cancelling them - the recent buybacks at these prices buys back a lot more shares - latest one yesterday at 170,000 - prices ranging between 141.80p and 153.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 146.95p per share - this hardly looks like a company that is in trouble to me - I am well down here but happy to wait for results next month to see the cards turned over - hopefully it will be bought back before then - lets see - gla dyor etc.

Decided to take a few here today at 443p - gla dyor etc.

JPMorgan cuts NatWest price target to 730 (750) pence - 'overweight' - Very bullish call from JP only one day before results are announced - I wonder if they know something😊- lets see - all will be revealed tomorrow - gla dyor etc.

Denby - I don't worry too much about shorts unless it is a distressed company where the shorts are looking for a pay out - Wace will be hedged on their short with swaps and options - as will the rest of them, so not "naked" shorts - UK GDP figures out this morning and growth is stalling which gives the BOE more incentive to cut rates and also an incentive for the Gov to bring back HTB - UK Long Gilts up this morning and now above the 91 handle so the market thinks a rate cut is more likely sooner rather than later - gl dyor etc.

The Gov debating with regards to bringing back HTB - this must have a good chance of hitting 120p were that to happen imho - my target here is 120p - lets see how it plays out - gla dyor etc.

Decided to add a few more at 428.7p - the sp looks ridiculous to me - it was muted yesterday that the Gov is mulling a return of Help to Buy - this would be a big plus for RMV - results in a couple of weeks - I would be surprised if this didn't go north before then - lets see - gla dyor etc.

140p target -typo

avocet i asked you a while ago what math calculation you did in order to come up with a 140p target, you haven't given me the answer yet - i am still waiting - i have come to the conclusion that you are basing your figures on the square root of **** all - i added today at 184.3p and given you the basis for this worked out on company fundamentals through various value analysis in previous posts - now can you do me a favour and not post on here anymore until you provide me with your calculations to attain your 40p target - gl dyor etc.

Dividend yield now over 3pct here, I have been adding in the high 470's and low 480's and will take the dividend next week and add some more when it goes ex divi for 13.2p to average out for a lower share price - EZJ expanding routes good style and the investment in Italy will not just expand the flight schedules but more importantly it will expand the holiday packages - gla dyor etc.

Decided to sell the remainder of my holding at 475p - around 12pct overall profit - I am over exposed in terms of UK Retail atm so something had to go and at the end of the day a profit is a profit - could and probably will go higher here now I have sold!!! - gl to all remaining holders -

I am down around 2pct here but will keep adding - not a lot changed since the last set of results from a company point of vie - finals up on 5th March - I am expecting minds to be concentrated before then and AV. to rise - lets see - gla dyor etc.

Citigroup raises easyJet to 'buy' (neutral) - price target 600 (490) pence - Nice start to the morning, hopefully a good blue day today - lets see - gla dyor etc.

Never really understood why Shell didn't bid for BP tbh - Shell reserves dwindling and BP reserves growing - why increase spending on projects to find oil/gas when you can buy take it over all ready in place - will keep adding here on any further weakness - gla dyoretc.

Plenty of support shown for MRO over the last few days which have been turbulent as far as the UK macro is concerned - results in a couple of weeks time - will be interesting to see if support for the sp increases before the 27th - at the end of the day nobody wants to be short on the announcement of good results - just ask the short sellers of RR when the sp was bobbing around the 90p mark😊 - gla dyor etc.
