Jim - "slight rise in dividend" - I don't think a 22pct rise in the dividend is slight Jim - these figures are based on up to Dec 31st - Jan and Feb haven't been great in the UK - snowing raining and cold - March can be pretty cold also - these months will be factored into the July preliminary results - markets looking forward to future earnings and the nuclear investment and the increase in divi- Kums right to hold imo if he doesn't need to sell - I will be adding more should it go sub 175p to average this morning's buy - gl dyor etc.

Decided to add a few at 473.5p at around 6p over ex div - next stop on the graph looks to be 470p then 458p - will add on further weakness - gla dyor etc

Middle East tensions and rising oil actually wiping out the ex div today at around 6p - sp currently up 2p - as me old dad used to say "there is never an ill wind that doesn't blow some good" - horrible for the people caught up in it over there but good news for BP - gla dyor etc.

I sold my holding here at 190p a few weeks ago as I felt the sp was overbought and it turned out today that it was - having said that I like that buy backs have been suspended to invest in future projects especially nuclear which will be an absolute necessity for the UK going forward - the increment in dividend suits my portfolio so back in today for a small amount at 180p - will add more on further weakness - gla dyor etc.

I wouldn't be surprised to see this plus 650 pdq - buybacks supporting, chunky upcoming dividend supporting, broker recs supporting and an interest rate cut to stimulate economic activity looks like it is nailed on for next month - why wouldn't you buy in now? - gla dyor etc.

Rivaldo - I would be surprised if MTI have not guided low here - no point in missing your targets next month - Next have been doing this for years and surprise surprise they always come in ahead of broker expectations - I am looking to add more on any further weakness in the sp before next month - gla dyor etc.

Been holding this share for what seems like a very long time adding around the 50p and sub 50p mark - It is the only share I have on AIM - I don't particularly like buying AIM stocks as they are imo too volatile on low volumes, but I made an exception for this company which I think has great potential across several businesses, - I agree with Chelsea here, more upside once 60 is broken - patience is a virtue and patience paid off today - well done all lths and Da Matser - well timed purchase matey - gl dyor etc.

Unemployment figures out this morning - now unemployment at a 5 year high, moreover wage growth decreased more than expected - March rate cut now looks on - good news for TW. - gl dyor etc.

JP Morgan reduced their holding today - I think that has basically forced the sp down further - gla dyor etc.

Always difficult to catch the bottom Josey - I am well down here but as I said before - happy to keep holding to see the cards turned over on results day next month - it would have to be a catastrophic update to go much lower than this after the update they gave only a few weeks ago which was excellent so I am hoping other investors/institutions see it the same way and start to buy in closer to results to deleverage their positions - its a waiting game now - gla dyor etc.

Slick/Debrug - I would agree with the both of you but at the end of the day a 40pct premium has been about the max in the last 12 months or so - gl dyor etc.

Interestingly the spread on that last purchase was at 0.02pct - very tight - must be quite a bit of two way trade here for the spread to be that low - gla dyor etc.

Decided to bite the bullet and add a few more here at 407p - could well go down further but I have now taken the view that 407p is a good add on price regardless of further falls and if that happens I will just add some more - gla dyor etc.

"they may be negotiating another bolt on acquisition or even received an initial approach from private equity' - JG/SG - Maybe waiting until demotion which may well push the sp down further - say a 35pct premium at the current sp or 405p is 546p whereas if the sp goes to say 390p then a 40pct premium is at 546p - 40pct reads better than 35pct at the end of the day - same price achieved but more appealing to shareholders at the end of the day - gl dyor etc.

"Normally that would be a serious buying signal to day traders like Carrie and I" - for clarification, I am not a day trader Tom - I usually hold for a number of years before selling which is why I have little in the way of sells posted on my profile - I will trade on the odd occasion if I am over exposed in a sector in order to keep 10-15pct of my portfolio in cash, - I did this recently with Tesco, but generally I invest not trade - gl dyor etc.

There appears to be some resistance here around 403/404p - not sure how long it will last and tbh I am surprised directors have not bought some significant amounts by now as we are not in a close period - buy backs good at these prices though and still going through ok so one can hardly say the company is in any form of distress - lets see what plays out this afternoon - I am looking to add more but want to see this resistance hold - gla dyor etc.
