I thought 80p per valentines massacre with the review very much unknown was a fair estimate - one of the broker forecasts was in accord. The review update was pretty good but the poor wording ..change of cash flow forecast and scare of finance is d was always going to cause a bloodbath.. I thought 50p was reasonable.

I can't see it much above that at the moment..and I think it could take weeks to get back there

Exactly....how on earth did the market allow a 60% drop...on 10-15% of the shares.

Those that sold at huge losses are going to look back in a couple of weeks when the storm has calmed....realise that the company although having serious issues is not going bust..and is actually business as usual

Thing is they have not had issues with getting finance before ...wasn't a positive cash flow and huge debt too..so not sure what has changed to make everyone think finance will be a problem?

however the business has not collapsed - they have forecast positive cash flow in 2026 and have debt arrangement until October 2026.

the shorts are doing what they do and PI are naturally spooked. typical that 10-15% of shares were traded on Friday and yet the Mcap falls by almost 60%.

it is going to be a brutal time on the SP in the short term- and I really think we need to hear something from BOD - ideally resignation.

Ryan ..they didn't go from fcf positive to negative overnight. So they have been holding on to information that should have been revealed previously.

I think it could have been timed better for minimum effect on sp. The sp was already distressed from previous trading update.

If the debt is 20 months away then they will be looking to renegotiate in 8-12 months time surely.

The review will be out and hopefully the sp improved as well as more contracts

CEO need to look out for the sp..the company belongs to the share holders and they need protection.

The current sp is based on the company going bust..if that is the case then fair enough ..but I don't think it is

So another party would prob wait until review is over and then come in aggressive.

I don't think anyone will buy before review is over. They are getting free due diligence and would want to see the extent of the damage.

They will be looking and sharpening the knives.

With current management the sp is going to struggle.

They don't seem to care about sh and their communications make things worse.

The change in fcf could\ should have been alerted before. Could have been buried over Xmas/ new year.

I am also not sure why they had to panic everyone on debt due in 20 months time. Surely they have a year before even worrying about it?

They clearly saw the issues when they did their due diligence after making an offer.

Sounds like the legacy issues are being resolved and more than priced in.

A decent team taking it over and able to finance the debt could really put it back on track.

The only real change was the swing from positive to negative cash flow...and even more loss of faith in management.

So much so that people are now questioning whether there will be financing issues in 20 months time.

Yesterday. Was like watching a car crash...it opened 20% down went to 30% then back to 20 % which I thought was reasonable..and we might get away with 15%. The craziness to drop it to 55% was sheer panic. The company isn't going bust and if 2026 is cash flow positive do we really think there will be a financing problem?

I am expecting a bounce back ..but as always with stock market it crashes quickly but takes an eternity to recover.

The shorts made a killing yesterday. They may but the boot in more considering the current lack of any sentiment..but realistically can the company go much lower?

They have a strong order book and time to turn things around ( 20 months) before the debt is up.

We were all expecting the focus on the review..many gambling that it was already priced in and probably not going to be as bad as dreaded. This was actually the case.

What we didn't see coming was negative cash flow / bonuses / and the clown saying he was " disappointed" ....intersting that the pod cast yesterday had the expert say he thought the update was as usual until he saw that comment.

The CEO has handled comms really badly..

Todays crash must have been to shorts opening increasing..so agree could go down to mid 20s and then oscillate between 25p and 40p
