Q..I don't think it will go back to 2s ( yet,) with no news . They had a good result in keeping most of their cash.

The rinse and repeat team will emerge just before next trading update for usual pump and dump. Don't expect toouch cos the summons will still be hanging over. Also every update gets harder to pump as the share is off the radar

Seems nobody is interested in the rns...more interest in trying to provide posters on here than the share some claim to hold.

The interesting thing is that your green stripe has had nothing to say on the summons....in fact nothing to say on the share until we posted. My guess is they have been logging on continually in hope that one of us posted and they could then engage.

It is clear that they need attention and someone to have a go at...probably quite lonely in the real world

The SP went down to 50p on complete panic. I think that time is over..we are prob just treading water until they actually do release an update.

The MMs don't want to be exposed either way.

Like it or not the population is going to keep going up ..a lot...many of this new population will be in social housing.

I think this gov is going to cause a big recession ...prob why the market is hard at the minute

IMHO they would be risking a lot not to think about closing pretty quickly. The risk reward ratio is looking more in the favour of longs at the moment.

65-66p is a steady base and I think any good news in trading update andj this will go up

With a court case summons in March - this is going to hit sentiment hard..undoing the good from the result from the gov dispute. Such a shame

i did think that LR would be better at playing the "aim game" - news and sentiment drives SP.

but it seems that he is not that bothered..i suspect the fact that he currently has all the money he needs might be behind this

There is no delay on review as they never gave a time line..these things take time...often the cynic in me cos the party doing the review are on a good earner and so can seem to drag it out.

We know there is an issue..hence the drop.

I think most of us thing that the market has done the usual and over reacted. So I am expecting any issues to now be priced in

The trading update is later than last year.. I suspect they may wait to see if they can include the results of the review at the same time .

As far as I can see the biz is doing as normal..getting new contracts etc etc.

The market and shorters are kicking the sp around..but I still think the company will resolve all issues and do well from here

It was interesting that the cnsl rns rather than state cnsl has been summoned as a witness in the case of ncyt v HSE.

They said taking legal advice and will consider what is best for stake holders .

Could it be they know that once they attend the blame might be shifted ?
