If wg were planning this immediate equity raise then what stops sidara buying all the shares and getting control of the company at the huge discount offered? We have already been told by one fund they need £4 00m+ which would have been a 3:1 dilution with the mcap at the time

As for current sp....that has largely been down to CEO lack of communication and arrogance.

The market over reacted to the review..then when we found out it wasn't so bad the company released another shocking rns and presentation.

It was a mix..review..management and financials

Eg Negative cash flow...and CEO handling the debt very badly and leaving people think a placing was possible.

Sidara want the company as cheap as possible..what we don't know is how much of a hole the CEO has left us with?

If there are finance issues then that along with the sp plays into sidaras hand.

If the finance issues are not issues at all then the sp will recover.

I can see 90p being a realistic figure with the recent poor sentiment.

At this stage I think most Sh would take it

The fact that sidara have done their due diligence means they know already what they are prepared to pay. So shouldn't be too long before they give their top offer and CEO responds.

Unless he has finance sorted he is gonna gave to take it or get booted out in an EGM

ceo can't really afford to refuse sidara offer unless he has finance in place - in which case it will be the same result for the SP

Sidara wont wait a month..every rise of the sp will mean they have to pay more.

my guess is they will try to low ball offer first ....go up to what the they think is the max..if it doesnt work..let out the details and let SH vent

Its going to be embarrassing to the management accepting 70 pence when they rejected £2.40 last year. Still 70 pence is a lower offer but 100% higher than now. So I will take it. Good for anyone buying at this level. Great upside.""

Unfortunately this management don't seem to get embarrassed otherwise we wouldn't be where we are now.

Sitara walked away from their previous offer - it wasn't rejected.

They will come back and try to get a bargain...ceo will hopefully play hard ball...he is going to be out of a job and to my mind unemployable

Makes a lot of sense. I had thought outstanding review would put any buyers off...but sidara also prob know the extent of what will be found anyway.

The only bad thing is the market makers will prob keep price down until shorters exit..I have had experience of this before.

This is great news because sidara have already looked under the bonnet and know what price they think it is worth...and it will be a lot mors than current sp.

CEO either hAs to have new finance in the bag WITHOUT EQUITY or accept..no two ways around it

He can't do an equity raise..which was the big fear all along .

They have time to try out a variety of finance options.

Placing at this price will affect II..it also shows that they won't care about any new share holders.

If they have enough assets to sell them they can keep going until cash positive

The company has to protect its reputation..and it won't be that hard to get another CFO.

I think that the CEO thinks by letting the CFO go that he protects himself..but in reality he has just made himself look more incompetent by not authorizing robust background checks

As for finance. Wood have secured it when they have been in a worse position.

They probably have a lot of assets they can sell..which although not ideal..could potentially tide them over if they can get cfp quick...and they are doing as much as they can savings wise
