first 7 reviews - common theme - can't quite put my finger on it??????????????

1) Pay could be better amd looking at each individual as some do more than others -- colin???
2) Early Friday finish, great people, relaxed work environment. - good to know busy busy busy
3)Poor training, disorganized management. Pay staff properly and get a grip in organising the manafcturing process. The most disorganized place I've ever worked.
4)Poor management Poor training High turnover of staff
5)Good work life balance, only work 28.75 hours per week but still get a fulltime wage. The shifts are long but you don't do anything 80% of the time.Terrible management structure and culture, no respect for staff. No leadership and constant blame on mistakes on staff, despite frequent request for further training. Serious health and safety issues not addressed or enforced. No accountability or traceability; documents and stock go missing and take hours to find. Shocking to see the government giving this company so much money and 10s of thousands being wasted every month because no one has any idea what is going on.
6)No progression, no organisation, no support.
Everything said by them in interview and recruitment process is just glitter to get you in the door
7)poorly organized management structure and poor performance feedback.

i tend to give people the benefit of the doubt. though no doubt there have been posters on here that have been pumping whilst trying to get out. probably some of the ones who have accused me of not holding stock. i have been super critical of colin but always thought that something would come up to rexcue SP....tests in a bl**dy pandemic should attract some interest.

i don't think we will get a placing - as colin would know that there would be calls for him to go from most shareholders.

i do think that he should have tweeted one way or another about any placing though. if it was going to happen then it needed to be out quickly..because this erosion means that any placing would be at a very low price. if as i suspect there is no placing 9which they have said previously) then they needed to reassure investors.

A director buy would put an end to any placing rumour as well

if they did need a placing i can't see II being interested - the market capital is now too low - we are almost in penny share territory...plus which II would invest in colin and his bunch of merry men

tbh what the gov does has no relation to odx. that ship has sailed.

oke - the point i was making wasn't about us tendering. it was that more tendering was going on and a) either colin did not know or b) did not see that the chances of odx being used were disappearing very fast bearing in mind the expiry date of his contract.

there was no way they were going to tender and use ODX

i totally agree that colin can't sell - and unfortunately this is the whole portfolio. firstly he does seem to have no coherent strategy (selling to chinese and pro test in usa seemed doomed before you even start) and secondly no sales team. he seems to want to defend poor performance at odx - no doubt to cover himself

it is just a shame there are no significant II to hold colin to account. he needs to do something and fast

trader - all she seems to do is pick on someone and follow their every post. when she gets bored she just moves on to someone else. i just put her down as one of those who generally has little to say about odx but a lot about other posters - she is not alone in that - however she is a bit like a dog with a bone.

as i said arguing with some people is like wrestling with a pig in mud. no point. all that happens is that you get muddy and the pig gets happy - as the proverbial happy as a pig in a sewer. so don't waste your time....best just to skim through her posts - not like you will miss anything informative

twatcher - your post resonates with me because although i have been a severe critic of colin for many months - even i did not believe he would so royally screw this up. and i am not just talking about the gov contract. the reality is that nobody's money is safe under his stewardship

on the 25th bombshell day we went down to 29p ish from memory and then dropped further after colin "cant sell a test" mumbled his way through a presentation. i felt that was the bottom and that yes we could go to 20p but also bounce to 33p and oscillate in between depending.
with possible approval at least some sort of recovery would be possible

however calamity had more in store - the shambolic Q&A and then extended holiday announced which damaged the SP just before xmas. the silence whilst what i sincerely hope have been malicious rumours of a placing in the last week has been disgusting. again the colin brigade won't say anything bad about him - but are happy to stick the boot in on anon avatars on this BB.

he is a liability in so many ways and needs to go before he destroys any investor sentiment forever

bear - i still have approx 80,000 shares out of an original 150,000 ish. average price is between 70-80p from memory though trying to forget if i am honest!

I really did not expect it to go this low - or for so long. I think the malicious rumours of a placing have been responsible and Colin has seen fit not to respond - unlike whenever there has been a pumpy rumour on nothing

I still see it going back to 20p fairly easily.

Approvals could come any time - if they have completed the form correctly - finally.
the big question is what is the selling strategy when they do drop
