kate - i read the recent rns and that is why i sold out. specifically the sale of alva as I do not believe that odx have the capability to really "sell" the non covid portfolio. Could you explain what you read that made you realise what the positives are?

Mip - not much of a rationale seems more like blind faith....and certainly no answer to my question of what news is coming that you think will drive the SP higher.

if the civilians are arming themselves then there are a lot more ukrainians than russian soldiers. they also are fighting for survival whereas the russians may have mixed emotions. Also a lot of top military have said that the russian soldiers do not seemed to have be trained as well as expected. so it may not be such a distinct the case of professional v amateur.

where russia do have the advantage is on more lethal equipment and probably being prepared to use it.

i doubt it. i suspect more a case of buy when it has spent a bit of time dropping as traders take profits....see it rise and wait for it to drop again....repeat as necessary to buy at the best prices. why rush and pay more when you can wait and buy in the dips.

i suspect the DHSC will not be until after GLP have started their case (May?)

if people are averaging down then the first question i would ask is what news do they think is on the horizon to drive the SP?
do you think there will be any sales of covid tests? bearing in mind they sold alva
do you think there will be news / improved sales on CD4 ? bearing in mind they talked of just closing it down
do you think there will be news/sales on food intolerance?

with the placing the bod were talking about a couple of years time. without the placing cash and by their own admission a loss making business - is this the best share to sink money into or would it best to look elsewhere?

rather than the usual slugging me off - how about articulating the driver behind continuing to hold or even buy more?
i would certainly be more interested to hear the rationale than the usual swag man bad

Having seen the SP crash from £1 to 7p or whatever it was and the action of OSAG at the of the zoom call. it was clear that the bod were under scrutiny. People had lost a lot of money and wanted to see if the bod were competent and professional etc. to allow their remaining holding to be further diluted and also potentially plough more money in..

I don't think he did himself any favours by seemingly not making an "effort" and dressing down. He looked like he had been in the garden all day and not working hard for a business fighting for its survival. Some shareholders were always going to find it disrespectful. If he cannot make an effort for a pretty serious presentation then what will they take away from that about his attitude? remember he had not even bothered to introduce himself to the company on taking over the CEO position.

i dislike formal attire myself but know when trying to get away with not wearing it could be detrimental to the outcomes i am trying to achieve.. good attire is not a sign of talent or competence but the SP has indicated little of this in the first place . .
jag has been paid to sell the company and products to potential buyers with quite very frankly poor results- is he making the necessary effort? presentation is at times everything

i suspect if he has to apply for another job - because ODX ceases to be a going concern under his watch - he will get his suit out

there would seem to be a surge in germany at the moment. I have a lot of friends who are coming down with it. seems also to be a lot more in uk than is being highlighted. luckily omicron variants ba1 and ba2 do seem to be milder. I wonder if the uk will do away with free lft tests as planned? think it will be a big mistake. As for odx i wonder if the sale of alva was maybe a bit premature ? there could have been a market still in eu - and i fear come winter there might be another variant. maybe getting in some international sales team would have been a better option?

quality taste in music! one of my absolute fave bands.
however do agree it is more like 6 steps forward 2 steps back compared to where we were only 3 /4 weeks ago.

it is all building nicely...will be some profit taken along the way by traders. however i am hoping next month will bring a good future plan ...some nice operating/sales updates and more bio buying

On the occasions I do out of curiosity look at their posting history...other than slugging off other posters..they don't really have anything to say.

Let's be honest the only thing they find interesting on here is having a go..judging by the tumbleweed the last few days!

just more incompetence - along with a) not being able to sell anything to anyone b) not being able to read contracts c) insult and alienate shareholder base d) not able to submit approval applications in a complete and timely manner e)seek placings after denying the need etc etc

this was my thinking - in which case odx would seem have added zero value from their efforts . no significant existing repeat orders / contacts etc

if they are already talking about closing cd4 - then they don't have anything of value associated with it at all....more cuts to keep directors wages going a bit longer with cash left

for a company that had a great portfolio - antigen / antibody /food intolerance/ hiv tests - it is mind boggling how they can not only a) not make any money but b) make heavy losses. what do the management do if/when they bother to get out of the their track suits and go to work?

oh well i am sure walt mitty will say it is all going to plan as a long term investment

they have been responsible for turning a covid test company in a pandemic into a heavy loss making company....but give them more money and the same team will make it all ok in a few years time .....yep. sounds realistic

actually being removed from the indices i think has done evraz a favour. less profile and less news interest.
if/when the war is over i can see them just un suspended and back to trading.
sure they have lost some trackers as potential buyers for the next 12 months at least - and there will probably be a bit of selling.
i am not sure if they will ever get back to previous highs or how long it would take. however the demand for product will no doubt go through the roof eg replacing tanks lol...
