i suspect you are in recently at what you think is a low price and this low quality pump and dump on selective copy n paste and fanciful extrapolation of other companies SP is your strategy to eek a bit more out - at the expense of newbies who don't know the history. good luck with that too.

kate -they sold £700k or whatever it was to DAM - so sales have already been made outside uk - as they could not use them in UK with no CTDA approval.
since they notified on a relatively small order previously I would have expected the bod to announce any other further sales of the same magnitude. one would have thought they must be hungry for some good news to release

The trouble is that ODX are unable to do it. if you say you are out of covid and CD4 is making a loss so might be abandoned...oh and it will be a couple of years before food intolerance will take off....what jam is being offered?

the bottom line is the share is dead man walking - market thinks so with the continual drift down. nobody is buying . i think a lot of people dont trust the bod

1) if you post the next two lines of the rns figures it shows it made a loss - you chose not to add those. therefore you are trying to mislead. profit is what counts not revenue. they could take a zillion pounds but if they don't make a profit they wont stay in business for long

furthermore the increase in revenue is not impressive ..the previous figures were during the pandemic where they obviously sold almost nothing. they were just getting back to the very poor pre covid sales. so not hugely impressive growth

2) you are saying it as a fact that they don't have to pay back the cash. it is far from that

3) you intially posted the full quote but now you keep cutting the full quote and accuse me of saying something different. you say i said nothing when in fact i said not "substantial"

Yes i lost on odx. always been honest on my losses and transactions and opinions. i might not be popular on here but i have never been deceitful

I think ncyt is a much better share..with a war chest of 100m illion and an aggressive competitor looking to make a merger or deal or takeover.

no but it is representative of how the business is being run. jag was previously responsible for sales and internally promoted on failure. since he took over ODX has become even more of a laughing stock.

i would probably be looking for the current bod to issue themselves lots of free options/shares before guessing any takeover was imminent..

tbh i hope they do get taken over...best for any current employees and existing share holders...but I am not sure even at this price the food intolerance tests alone are value for money. I do not see a competitor needing their current site or management etc

hedgie - no they were bucket shops willing to buy at a 50% discount - buy at 5p when the SP was 10p. they would have forward sold or quickly flipped as the sp crashed to the placing price. they were not invested in the long term growth - as they could easily buy at under the placing price now if they really wanted to..it was a quick profit at existing shareholders expense and anyone who thought they were going to be buying "cheap" as it kept dropping. of course the bod also get their salaries guaranteed for another year..so win win win for some...lose lose lose for others

as for unsubstantiated claims - most seem to come from you eg not having to pay the gov back when i suspect you haven't even read the gov contract? or are a lawyer? ODX can say what they like their history with contracts is hardly inspiring confidence
