trader - unfortunately your posting of the trades - a whole 8 in total - shows the total lack of interest in odx. they only became seexxy because of covid. lets be honest even cd4 was a seexxier product than food intolerance. so not only do odx have to turn the table around and learn how to sell but they have to win back trust and sentiment or attract new potential investors. no easy matter in the current economic climate which is going to get a lot worse in the autumn.
even if they increase sales - if no one cares it won't translate to a higher SP

there will be a bit of froth on cd4 sale. how much? ....the pre rns pump could be better than that resulting from the actual figure .

i think we will have at least 2 weeks of drift before the "pump" starts from twitter boys with a few chosen odx tweets no doubt

Personally I am pretty confident ncyt will win dispute and get cash off gov...it is the only saving grace. So can wait for that ..Obviously in hope salad man doesn't bankrupt company in the mean time...but it is very painful.

Caley - I don't think anyone is scared of an odx recovery. I would be happy to see any lth recover their losses here.

In reality I suspect nothing that is written on here's makes a blind bit of difference...only actions by bod will change things. The future of the company will depend not on cd4 but what they can do to monetise their only remaining product line...or come up with something else

I know some on here have accused me of singlehandedly destroying the SP and wiping hundreds of millions off the market cap...but believe me I don't have this power..if I did I would reverse it and make my losses back!

Dr - looking at some of the other dhsc contracts I suspect there were penalties if they could not provide enough product but no responsibility for ensuring enough stock was held.

Ncyt prob thought they would sell anything they got and were not worried...not expecting dhsc to play silly baggers.

It is a pity they didn't / couldn't sell it elsewhere

caley - i have always said that i doubt they will sell anything in china...i suggested one batch and then surprisingly orders would disappear.....can you guess why?....seems i haven't been proved wrong on this yet

usa - is a tough nut to crack. you need a good footprint and sales team...i don't think odx have either. remember a presentation where they spoke of their "one guy". remember odx could not sell anything substantial from their entire portflio in uk or eu - which i suspect would be an easier

well in the autumn we are going to get 64% increase in fuel...and that is only the beginning. food prices going to rocket as the crop that farmers paid 4x fertiliser prices hits the super market.
the public is already lost interest in ukraine - nothing much on news etc. so lets see the appetite to keep funding.

no western funding for ukr - and war could be over pretty quickly in my view.

it is a very good point. though i can understand ncyt not wanting or able to go into detail at this stage. it is going to be a long slow progress and it is what it is....til it isn't...as they say.

however added to the complete shambles of a forward plan that we waited until april for - you can understand potential SH being reluctant to get involved at the moment...

not necessarily. i am sure knowing that the sale of cd4 will go through in about a month (subject to DD) some of the twitter boys might shortly be pumping trying to froth up SP. if the sale does go for several million then SP could go above 4p.

i don't have much faith in it going much above and staying as there are a lot of placing shares to churn through - the bucket shop flippers will want their outlay back asap...and have lots of warrants with absolutely no risk if share price takes off later

The issue is that even when sp goes up by an advertised 10% Like the other day..the sell price actually only went up by 3-5%..it was hidden in the spread.

personally i would trade it in the froth/pumps to above 4p and bear in mind that there will be large sells going through from bucket shop flippers.
even with great trading updates on food intolerance it will be a real struggle to churn through the placing shares....12p is a very very long way away

the fact the figure was not disclosed suggests to me the possibility that the full amount might not have been obtained?
tbh doesn't matter as any income at this stage is good - keeps the bod in wages!
