yep learnt some valuable lessons on AIM directors who are incompetent - means i am getting better at spotting signs. Unfortunately pointing out the failings which resulted in a crash from £1+ to 3p has upset some who seem to want to blame me rather than the bod. So much so that they are now "stalking" me whichever board i am on.

if the company is vague it is because they have nothing to say. it is always tempting for lth to say ah but stuff is going on in the background...reality is that salad man has been in charge best part of a year and we still are no nearer knowing the "big plan"

reality check number 2 - i think bio were as disappointed with april fools presentation as many of us were...i strongly suspect any future tr1s will be selling. i think we have only been saved by the collapse in SP - they would be selling at a loss.they will no doubt wait for a change in sentiment

salad man may not last until LTIP target date - in the meantime he will have creamed off enough in salary..next year will be another pay rise - lord knows what state SP will be by then? sounds like dispute with dhsc is in for the long haul

they are not spending a large amount of cash in case they have to pay back dhsc. FWIW i still think they will win but any prudent accountant will have ringfenced the cash.
i suspect they could spend a little on acquisition but salad man prob does not know what he is looking for..tbh i hope he doesn't as so far he does not strike me as someone who really could spend it wisely

i thought it might be a painful summer with a bit of hope in autumn .....not sure any more

the new finance guy has hardly been a hit with LTH - have presided over a year of SP crash. however he has disposed of all their assets - as cheaply as possible - and helped get placings arranged.

firstly the sp starting getting frothy before rns. blue's article came out on here and around that time sp got further excited and then the rns was released.
this was the first we have heard of them selling the russian parts and sounds like it is a lot further down the line that many of us suspected.

i think in the short term the sp will do much better than now if the sale goes ahead. personally i would have preferred an end to the war and the company staying whole

i doubt jag would pay to ramp a share that he is not in the slightest interested in - even though he is running it supposedly. so only leaves one other option

in defence of caley - my guess is that after a long time being a critic of odx he has suddenly bought in more - and sees it as an opportunity to ramp and make some of his money back. nothing wrong in that if you are honest.

obviously would be better if there were some substance to back it up - but that is not his fault - odx dont exactly help themselves or give suitable ammunition for LTH to use.

i can see how some don't like his posting style / frequency but - like many on here you get a feel for the tone pretty quickly and can easily skip past any posts

unfortunately there are creepy stalkers on here. seem to be logged in 24/7 waiting patiently so they can chase their prey around the board as soon as they post. easy to see if you just look at postings
