mip - actually it does not bother me if sp goes down or up. i am not invested emotionally or financially any longer.
i am interested to see how the story plays out. looking and learning. odx is an education in so many ways

just saying that in my observation the people who are critical of the company don't attack others first. they are actually focused on the company.... it is those cojone deep that start getting abusive , stalking etc etc. eventually after enough attacks people will bite back. then the originators plead victim hood.

tbh if they lose money after being warned and attacking others for warning - they can't really expect any sympathy

right back at ya...i know you might be worrying about your share holding but try to get out and stop looking in here and getting agitated.

completely agree.
i stayed in waiting for salad man's future plan and the thought that ncyt had a strong case. Bio be interested seemed like a good insurance. and with the thought that if ncyt lost they would still have some cash and a future with good science in the company.

april destroyed any thought of "future plan" but could still see dispute / bio as rescuing my losses.

bio is out in my view - they will sell as soon as sp gets near their buy in price.

with potentially no cash left if the dispute goes against - it has become a binary play on the dispute outcome.

have to disagree larry....i had always assumed there would be a pot left at the end which could give some justification of the current market capital at least.

very different scenario if they need a placing to pay off the debt. not only would the sp be destroyed but sh would get severely diluted.

this has come as a rather nasty surprise - especially having read the annual accounts. i honestly don't understand how the company can say the polar opposite so soon afterwards - without having rns something

well it looks more and more likely that it will go to court. and that will depend on a judge to weigh up both sides of the argument. my only experience of commercial court was positive with an excellent reasoned common sense judge who did not bow down to the side which had the money and was the bully boy.

however the worrying thing is that there are more doubts on the strength of the ncyt argument which is due to this wording. my intial impression was that they had a strong case but could pay off should they lose and have £30m + still in the kitty.

i can't see how they can even contemplate serious M&A at the moment...not that i would particularly trust salad man to do a proper job anyway. probably end up talking the price up!

i don't see trader as taking delight over people losing money. however i can certainly understand that after awhile of continually being harassed /abused / stalked etc etc that posters might not care if people who carry out those tactics lose money.

if people behave unpleasantly or are nasty why should anyone care if they lose money? they certainly should not feel entitled to the milk of human kindness if they behave like a xxxx

my suspicion is that bio won't sell their shares quite yet - they prob don;t need the money - for a huge loss.
i think the only good thing about the drop in SP is that it has stopped them disposing of their holding

if they wanted to make a move for NCYT - now would be the time. they have clearly given up for whatever reason

the thing is that it is easy to get sucked by the behaviour of some on here. easy to feel the need to respond and defend yourself against lies etc.

for me one of the biggest types of clowns on here - are those that have nothing to say about the company - just other posters. like why? do you not know anything about the company you are invested in? why would you be more interested in anon posters than the bod which have almost totally destroyed share holder value

at least the happy clappy spammers have a clear agenda behind their work of lying and deceiving . it is clearly wasted as nobody is falling for it - they think they are going to affect the market and attract buyers in their droves - whilst the reality is that the total trades for the last couple of weeks have proved otherwise.

they bought because bio were hovering around and hoovering up shares. we all hoped for big things

Company have said Kenya results in autumn..firstly .1st September is summer. Secondly autumn is aim speak for Xmas

FinnCrap have put a target of 12p...which is conveniently aligned as if by magic to the director rewards.
FinnCrap is not independent as they are paid for by odx..they arranged the placing..and it is their interest to see price rise as otherwise the bucket shop flippers won't trust them again in the future.
FinnCrap will not be held responsible for their projection and it quite frankly isn't worth the paper it is written on.

My advice would be to go through financial statements when they come out. Try to determine future income from ft and then think how reasonable 12p sounds.

Remember there are zillions of shares to be offloaded North of 4p...so 12p is a lot further away than it seems

Rumours can end up being true or false. The rumour of placings released by Tom w ended up being very true.

Time will tell on any suspension. I would have expected some comment by either the pr (Wally will make you broke ) or the company. If people are spreading fake stories on Tom w..he would comment in my experience.

I suspect all will be clearer on Thursday ...every sh has to make their own decision on whether or not to stay in.
