it was odx themselves that said they could not afford the losses and may have to give it away - posters just reflected on the announcement from the company.

my guestimate was £2m max - they got £1.3? and up to £1m in royalties.
the £4m seems extremely fishy all round with some being from creative accounting - yet now auditors are delaying release so maybe not so legit after all.
why they would get extra after some kenya study makes no sense - and the market ain't buying this jam either from the sp.

meanwhile the gov dispute still hanging and no substantial sales of ft.....the turnaround may not being "starting now"

fakey2 bought in at i suspect 3.5p ish after sl*gging off the company repeatedly for months multiple times a day.... he probably thought the sale of cd4 would be a good trading opportunity and then start uber pumping. he does not have faith in the company just thinks a bit of pumping on here will help him make money.

nothing wrong in that but be honest - and don't lie about other posters who have been truthful and then accuse them of lying. the history of everybody postings is there for all to see.

This company needs strong leadership after the colin debacle, and instead we appear to have a complete clown show who's only apparent graft has been to arrange an incentive scheme to line their pockets further on top of excessive wages. How much time was wasted arranging that incentive package for themselves when the place was burning around them, should it not be all hands on decks to sell h&n, or provide regular investor updates with clear achievable timelines and progress reports. It just seems to be a really badly run company at the moment. I'd like to get behind it and support, as would others, but at the moment it just seems I'd be supporting them funnel more money into their pockets through their self awarded incentive scheme.

Illuminati - I think the staff are clearly low level. Fair enough if they were dredging the locals in Alva...not exactly much expectation of calibre ...but where they currently are should be better staff.

Unfortunately he is proving to be exactly what some of us said in April...having given him the time as specified by the company for his walk around and unveiling of plans.

The bod are not interested in sh...they blew a possible gov contract by not understanding it and basically letting themselves be used for no financial gain at all. They then crippled the company by wasting money on huge numbers of staff to make zilch.

They could not get approvals in time because they continually messed up application forms that needed to be returned.

They have never been able to sell anything substantial in 30 years...they won't suddenly wave a magic wand and solve it ..not with the tracksuit king in charge. He is a historical failure in every dept he is put in...but his failure seems to be continually rewarded with promotion.

I feel sorry for " decent " investors who are holding at a loss..and tbh I don't think they will get their money back.
There are others that will most likely get karma.

tuan - to be fair they did rns the dam contract. however that did show the magnitude of contract that they consider rns worthy. this was not a huge figure - although it was the possible potential as well . so this shows what should be rns worthy with ft sales - which is worrying.

however your point is taken - after 30 years the company seems unable to survive on sales.

trader - she has said tonight in a post that if we don't refer to her she won't respond.
i am not sure i believe her as this has not been the case for months where she has chased us both around the board...but i am willing to give her a last chance.....if she doesnt stalk me anymore i won't refer to her anymore.

it is quite logical to me...anyone at a loss would be tempted pump the share to try and "help" the sp especially if you are deluded to believe that what is written on here has any sway.

unfortunately the posters that pump on here do not have any sort of coherent argument so have to resort to use one of two tactics a) pump with unicorn poo chooo chooo coments b) attack / abuse or try to discredit any critical posters. neither of which say anything about the company and therefore ultimately don't work. if anything they paint a picture of a desperate share with equally desperate holders.

personally i can't see any argument for odx going forward at this time......maybe there is one? and i am missing something.....unfortunately there is no one on here capable of providing it.

the update in 9 days time will be desperate in my view. they may well achieve some tax rebate with creative accounting - if they can get it past the auditors..but there will be nothing tangible on FT - or we would have had rns to indicate any decent contracts.

i know exactly what the choo choo crowd will say then...having said lets wait and see the results.......it will then be "wait for kenya result"
this result will be towards xmas in my view - so more months of pain....secondly there is something very fishy about the whole thing....i certainly would not be counting any chickens
