Fwiw ..I don't think odx will crash in September though I am expecting the SP to be battered .

They have enough cash to pay directors wages....and I suspect the gov dispute will drag on...so the track suit will happily spread jam tomorrow...and this will be lapped up by the chuckle twins and the rest of the Choo Choo brigade.

I see odx as more of a slow death by a thousand cuts... They might survive a year but they will need to start selling the niche product ft. I can't see them getting another placing...and so the long term future looks grim

i can see 2.5p as a potential bottom - though we could bounce around. just not sure who would risk buy in prior to delayed results being announced?
the issue is that i don't think the results will rescue the SP...they are going to have to try jam tomorrow on FT - but it has been 9 months almost since the track suit king took over and so far nada on any substantial contracts.

be interesting to see if any update on gov dispute and overdraft facility. if the bank don't extend that speaks volumes

if odx goes pear shaped - you will find a lot of the chooo chooo brigade will disappear in a puff of green smoke. you will probably never hear from them again. however don't say you weren't given fair warning of the potential dangers of staying invested.

As dsaf says..they made such a huge profit on selling whilst tweeting big things are coming.. and the rest of us got suckered in..now they could easily afford

JC...I suspect that they were told to buy at 4p in the placing/open offer as it would look terrible if that didn't. Not just to share holders but the bucket shop flippers.

If they really think it will go to 12p..then anything even slightly over 4p would be a bargain.

It would also send a strong message to the market..which I think existing sh would welcome.
As I said if the directors are not willing to load up then why should new investors ?

jc - they could have bought at any time prior to 2 months before announcement of final results. the sp has been "cheap" for months.

dsaf - the auditors would have to sign off that the company is a "going concern"
they have some cash but we don't know cash burn....if they lose the gov dispute that is their cash wiped out

they are then dependent on the FT which they have already admitted needs funding.

the plot thickens...maybe that that is why the directors are not buying more shares at this so called "cheap" price?

And still the directors don't load up and buy???

Why not ? I mean if you were running a company that you knew well and really thought you could get it to 12p...you would remortgage the house..the sun lounger ..the Corby trouser press.
