unfortunately there was more likely someone who turned £300k into £8k on the sp crash...
why would odx get anywhere near ath on FT...remember the high came from supposition that they would cash in on a gov contract and sell a test in a pandemic..

trader - i honestly don't think they have much faith in odx either....despite what they say
the "significant" sale of cd4 rns and lack of response showed that even they were knocked

they just be pumping hoping to get money back....they think attacking us is defending their stock.
they are not going to persuade any newbies to invest

been thinking for awhile that maybe we should have threads for odx and then others where people can talk about anything else (eg b*tchin about others)

so what on there do you want to discuss? number of staff is the only "news" i can see.
scientists are good if they are coming up with more products? otherwise sales staff might be better? especially in usa

however good to get an article - about time odx raised its profile....might even get the track suit king off the sun lounger!

i am not that bright but haven't lost an argument on this board from memory. but to be fair i haven't had to clash with the more intelligent posters. it is mostly been clashing with the ones that have no reasoning between their ramps and end up having to throw cyber insults.

you stating that £7.9k is a significant buy and that someone obviously did their DD....unfortunately says quite a lot about you....and your understanding of the stock market.

Joe...well if some one buys that have to get it from someone ..who therefore sells. So technically it is both.

Actually it is a trade so it is both a buy and a sell.
I think you only have to look at the figures that were lost on here by some to see it is not a big trade.

You have no idea how measured the trade was unless it was yours. Also just because someone might have deeply considered the trade beforehand does not make it a good decision.

Plenty of us considered carefully before buying 10 or 20 times that amount .and got it wrong..badly

It could have been an attempt to pump the SP...counting on the likes of some of the posters to run with it.

Remember the bod had just placed and are mindful that the places need to recover their cash...especially should they want to try and use their services again in the future

agree with wolf - any divis will have to be paid to all SH.

my only question was that if a restructure happened to list on another exchange....the shares held by HL for example may not be possible to sell directly as they dont work with all exchanges....HL would try to find a way around it - i did ask....my fear would be that it may take more time...and maybe more costs.

that is pocket money for some share traders/investors
if it was a buy then they are probably counting on it being at its lowest point.

got 3 weeks before an update - which could be ugly....sp could easily drift lower and who knows what the results will bring?...delays by auditors are not usually a good sign

a lot of cd4 could well be priced in - and the £1m royalties could take some time.

i would be worried about a "fudging" of future FT income in the september results - i think the market would punish if that were the case

certainly for rubbish and lifestyle companies. the market is too tough for them to be pumped at the moment

I suspect the time will depend on if it goes to court. Though even a settlement could be left to the Very last moment. Personally I think it will take months. Which is no bad thing as it gives me salad time to come up with a plan.

As for your merger bit? I don't see what bod could have done to rescue the SP...you either have a great plan and product to sell to a specific market..or you don't
If you don't you are not going to be able to fool people for long in current market conditions - no matter what you say...Salad man used his pass up in April. Now the market wants to see what he has got in his pants....

joe - the problem with the increase in revenue slant that odx were stating is that is compared to a year that was hit by pandemic. so of course revenues were up v previous year. the chinese have not bought any more - surprisingly (*wink*) - and so odx is now pinning everything on the us - where they previously hadn't really sold.

in my opinion it will be very much wait and see.....
unfortunately there does not seem to be other news drivers - other than sales of FT - so sp could struggle
