ATYM is holding up incredibly well, considering the copper price. Some of the other copper miners are being hammered.

I once made a comment about that discord group and ended up with a lunatic adding my name to a fake sweatshop email, which muppets then posted to twitter; causing me to have to abandon my account after getting a nutter saying that my true identity was a German guy called Thomas and he was 'tracking me down'...

One thing that might play out here, which I mentioned many months ago is that a certain person will buy the entire company for peanuts and then sell the Minto shares on the open market.

As I have explained 100 times. Funds can trade at a discount or premium to their NAV. That happens all the time. What matters for PERE is:

- how much debt they have - it's substantial
- how they'll pay a return to investors; unless Minto pays a dividend, the PERE revenue will be zero and hence ROI will be zero
- how much corporate governance there is - that is now close to zero.

Those factors all influence the share price of PERE, not just the Minto share price.

Why is somebody that makes true statements about a company a troll?

In contrast, somebody who offers no genuine fundamentals about PERE whatsoever, but who keeps screeming the virtues of the company - they are definitely a ramper.

I think you'll find that 100% of what I've said is true. What has happened is precisely what I told you many months ago. There is something very strange playing out here. That is incredibly obvious, when the Minto Metals video only gives a passing remark about a company in England called Pembridge.

They'd do the share price a huge favour by paying a dividend, like i3 Energy does.

Regarding investor relations, I've had a poor experience with UOG. I received no reply to email and they did not return my call. Basically, they are non contactable. Most small companies that I invest in, *do* reply to shareholders.

What's the best guess at an offer price?

In terms of Institutional Investors. If Stockopedia (LSEG/Refinitiv data) is to be trusted, no funds have significantly reduced their Capita holdings.

I've always been surprised that the Beta of this share is so high (6.97), which indicates that movements will be outsized compared to the index, but I have no idea *WHY* that is. Perhaps it's due to the relatively small free float. 72% of the shares are held by funds/large investors.

@NOFEAR: Likewise. I've never lost even 1p in CPI. I've been in/out many times since early last year. I'm now sitting on a loss, but am not too concerned. I've been in this position 20+ times with Capita and take a longer view.

It's a similar story over at BOO, with some muppets saying the business is going bust, because they have no idea about the company. I guess investment is a zero -sum game and profits inevitably have to come from those muppet's pockets!

@PFen: What would you say about the prices of Boohoo or Asos? Boo has been dropping relentlessly, but they have no debt. There are lots of shares like this at the moment. Granted, CPI has always been a dog, but I very much doubt that it's going to go bust as the debt is reducing and they *claimed* they'd be debt-free by the end of 2022.

Short sellers want to driver shares down to reidiculously low levels and then let them bounce up to make a fortune. It's a game.

Sounds like they got a good price for the Williamson diamond stash. The new deal sounds better than having them sit in a government safe for years.

If that was true, then they'd produce amazing returns. But they don't. Most produce a return lower than the index. That's a fact.... Same goes for fund managers. You have a lot of advantages as a PI compared to a fund manager.

Give the amount of cash they'll soon have, I would have thought the ASH decline issue can easily be rectified with new wells. I can't see why they'd need to do a placing.

In terms of debt, it is still my understanding that Capita intends to be debt-free by the end of 2022. I've not yet seen ay changes to the statement made on the Half Year Results on 6 Aug 2021:

My guess is that it's a take-it-or-leave situation.... South American countries are doing even worse to the copper/silver miners. Scary times to be an investor.
