Nothing new24 Jul 2018 09:25
A few observations from me, away from the petty sniping
- Amur, like many small companies, has a risk of running out of cash. This is not new but the fact that recents announcements continue, around tieups with Russian companies to develop the transportation etc, give me confidence (although not 100% assurance of course). So for me, working capital is not a major concern
- there is no doubt that we have valuable minerals. There is a very strong probability that we can economically dig them out and get them to market. So no concern there (unlike the situation here some years ago). So this risk has reduced for me
- there could be further share solution - however, I don’t mind if I end up getting 80p rather than 100p. Tactically I am also topping up my holding at 3-4p so that my £ return is likely to be similar
- main thing that remains Is getting the capital finance. PFS is a key step, but I want this to be a compelling PFS that captures the max value for AMC (including me). So I can wait and expect it in Q4 ‘18
Weighing this all up, I am still keeping my holding and increasing it by a small % when the price suits. Good luck to the LTH
