IMO - There is no chance of the Board answering 50+ Qs, so we either cut it down, or may end up with no extra info.
It's also not worth tabling emotive qs, such as, what have you done to justify your pay.

I've sent my Qs directly, just 2, and will leave the Company Secretary to worry about de-duping etc.

Either way, it's still a longshot that we will get any decent answers, but hope I'm wrong.

PS not sure why they can't run the AGM via Zoom - would be a good turnout I think, and saves the cost of tea & biscuits

LME nickel stocks at the lowest point for well over 18 months, and with Shanghai stocks around their record low (albeit much smaller scale than London). Could be an increasing squeeze with a continued price rise.

With this excellent market backdrop I predict that the AMC share price will drift down in Sept!

It would seem quite hard to not make a success of a business that has a product that’s in demand/price zooming, with apparent government support/concessions, very loyal and patient shareholders/owners and probably more goodies in the ground to discover.

I’m not looking to be an overnight millionaire, but do want improved communications, and quicker, but steady, progress. Is it time for a change of leadership?

So a compulsory takeover at just over 4p - everyone gets to keep their jobs, but loyal shareholders, who put up more money in 2019, miss out out on this massive opportunity. Will the Directors push for a fairer price? We shall see.

Henners - thanks for your thoughts (always good to hear others views and learn). I was actually attempting to allude to Adam's position being influenced by a 3rd party, but do you think Adam would be content to be just an Amur employee? Seems a big stepdown to swallow?

Interestingly (or perhaps not!), he hasn't added a new place of work. My guess is that there has been some sort of settlement agreement, and he's busy tending his garden (in December). Could actually be a good sign that the Board are reviewing costs and trimming back, possibly influenced by a 3rd party - could Adam Habib be a similar situation?

I know it's Christmas in Russia, but an update from the BoD is well overdue and I'd expect one within 10 days or so.

I have seen situations, and also been invested, where regimes use the rules to seize assets. Companies left with nothing. So there is, literally, a risk of losing the license. Not a big enough one to make me sell, but it’s still there.

Missing the deadline after so much time is poor - COVID-19 is not a cogent argument. But the main thing that the BoD have got seriously wrong is the lack of disclosure from a month ago. An RNS in Oct, announcing a 3-month delay, would not be great but would have been the better option.
