I think there are only 2 possible US companies that this deal could be with. Either could easily buy HE1 with their spare cash.

I want this to be significant but the Blue Star Helium price didn’t change on this news today, and HE1’s stake only currently worth £10m. I think it’s undervalued but not expecting any major excitement on our share price today.

Yes, the Tanzanian government’s pronouncement on production timeline (18 months/Nov 27).

As someone else has said, announcing a farm out partner with decent terms for Tanzania is key. Obviously a takeover, or even a new FD, would help the SP. That said, expect the unexpected with HE1!

My prediction is that causes very little reaction to the SP as it was expected, and the Nov 27 production date looks very ambitious to me. Would be delighted if I’m wrong and the market is impressed and we hit 1p.

Hl have sent out details of all retail allocations - all seem to be 100% of request, including those in the multiple millions of shares.

They don’t offend me, but you’ve missed my point. I was saying that your comments are NOT all fact based.

The chances of all their positions going against them at once is statistically very unlikely (lottery ticket type odds). This probability is built into such risk models.

To me this shows that you are professing to demonstrate more knowledge than you actually have. The fact that you always leap to defend your statements is also unusual (most show a sense of humility).

I’ve no interest in picking a fight, but think this type of challenge helps to flush out balanced views, and for people to listen to both positive and negative views (even though I’d love this to zoom to the moon, holding a fairly meaningful long position myself)

Are you sure about this? 10m HE1 shares are worth £60k. A 10% rise would equal a £6k potential loss. You think that would bankrupt a MM?

It just helps, I think, for people to know that someone who seems to be pumping this with numerous postings

e.g. giving 2 options that this could either be a takeover, or that (and I quote) "Large hedge funds are front-running the Day 25 results from Tanzania",

are probably selling.

As always folks, it's down to you to understand what's going on, and don't rely on others with loads of "recommendations" from other strangers.

I don't think you will answer these 2 qs McNol, but

- have you traded HE1 over the last 7 days?

- do you still standby your statement that a large hedge fund is buying (has bought into) HE1?

Not trick questions, and I trade some shares, just wanted to know your position so that your comments are known in context.

I guess that’s my point - this is over 2.5x that size / 26 million shares. In 5 years I have not been able to do that on this stock. Perhaps just a sign of increased liquidity today?

The sudden rise and then drift back has been seen many times before with HE1. You can deduce why yourself.

However, this is the first time I’ve been able to place a dummy trade to sell £200k of shares (with HL). So either market makers are short, or there’s a big buyer out there. We could see this bounce back a bit this afternoon.

IMV you are over egging this. It's sub £1m and you are suggesting it's a large hedge fund? I disagree.

I haven't worked out how much a hedge fund may/could have purchased this week, but sub £1m I think. That being the case, this is way too small for a "large hedge fund". I'm still sceptical that there's any institutional type buyer. Hope I'm wrong of course.

Now being offered 0.7p for £50ks worth. Couldn’t get a quote for more than £10k at 9am.

What is going on?

On HL I can’t get a quote to buy just £300s worth, but offered 0.61p to sell £10k!

I wouldn’t want to be out of this over the weekend!
