The company seems to be in lala land. Its loosing money - £330m cash outflow - ignore the debt adjustment and writedown, they dont come out of cash, atleast not directly or immediately. There was £700m cash. So that gives you 6 months!

Sure there has to be a huge change in strategy to preserve the core offering, but its like they keep going along like everything will be OK.

EDR up 10%, shame this hasn't pushed head from the 1.4p level. At this level this surely must be the Wressle company of choice now.

We've hit a technical floor with 3p being hit in August then bouncing back to 6.3p with the FCA new token approval. Tempted to buy more on the back of that alone, I always do better trading technically than investing. The big question is what impact the new tokens will have on the share price. I feel like this needs another unexpected positive announcement to move it along, there have been indications that something else is coming, but what?

JL - are you really going to post on here multiple times every day until you are ready to buy in April? There’s a whole world of companies out there that you could be investing in, don’t limit yourself or become obsessed with a specific company just because you lost money here in the past. Your fear that this will rise while you are not in is palpable.

Even with funding is it worth anything considering it costs more to produce BTC that its worth?

July 23 is when the CLNs need to be repaid. I dont think we will get out of Q1 without a fund raise but I think for a small amount for admin. Larger fund raise in July 2023 to pay outstanding CLNs. In both cases the share price needs to have recovered or the dilution will be painful indeed. I believe it will recover strongly over the next few months.

A few things, if you consider we are under valued that is a catalyst in itself. Fintech and micro cap way down. Once cash starts to return to the speculative end of the market Mode should benefit.
Additional coins - I know its already out there but the announcements will help increase company profile.
500k users - threshold should be crossed soon if not already
More deals on salary / retailers - if we can just get one big name that will be a great catalyst
Mode card - a potential next step but would require some funding and it seems that mode may decide to not go down that route
BTC rally - not holding my breath on this one but if crypto returns to favour earlier than expected mode will be sure to benefit.
Takeover -we have the app, the coins and the license. This could be very appealing to a larger player. Those involved know this hence the move to take 30%. That's the clearest signal that this is some corporate activity going on in the background. They now have the decision making power and a significant dilution is not in their interest as they will have to foot the bill.

EOG's interims were a couple of weeks before EDR's. EDR's results where noted with a separate RNS.

Will our spending on Serenity be subject to the 80% investment allowance?

Why? 7.5p would be a good start IMO. Mode was way over valued when you bought it and hence lost lots of money but now it is very under valued (a good time to buy FYI). Fintech now unpopular and difficult to secure financing to develop the compnay hence the CLNs. The majority of the CLNs can not be converted due to the 'concert party' holding more than 30%. Most likely outcome is the CLNs will be repaid in cash following fund raise. Hopefully we will be at a much higher share price by that time (july 2023).

JL76 seems to discount any possibility of the share price rising but also doesnt like the options price moving to 7.5p? A funny thing to be bothered about when you are not invested. He knows and is worried that this can do 100% in a day with the right news, especially with the price on the floor. We know plenty of good news in coming over the next few months.

Current cash should be in the region of £2m once all Serenity bills are paid, that is not including the £2m to be released from Escrow. Serenity duster was a shame but it has led to this being way undervalued.

Multiple tokens, especially ether should drive all areas of the business. This isn’t going to be making huge profits anytime soon but it’s a tiny company laying the groundwork for a serious growth once fintech comes back into favour.

Well there’s the Inezgane prospects, Iniskea licence extension, Serenity next steps. Small company with a good producing asset and some interesting prospects.

Why didnt they just shut down mining when BTC hits x and/or energy prices hit y = no profit? Surely the loss would be less than trying to continue mining?

Isn’t the current compressor running at near capacity? What will we do with the extra glow from the horizontal?
