The programme works out on an arrange of around £500k purchases per day (excluding EBT purchases). So the £1m first day and £750k yesterday suggest that they are working on the basis that it’s better to buy the shares when they are cheap. PIs should be thinking the same IMO.

I’m expecting more director buys in the coming days, probably tomorrow due to the close period from Wednesday. Expect positive news each day, that’s in addition to the daily share but back reminder RNS. I think the market will react very positively to this director buy. It’s clear the short attack holds no water but the fear is that it will fall anyway. The BOD have played it well, we should see strong rebound gains in the coming weeks.

Can any of the long term holders clarify what came out of the shadow fall report and short in October 2021 when this fell from £10? I would have thought any account concerns would have been put to bed and the books thoroughly scrutinised?

We dont know what we will be getting from this contract. All yet to be negotiated. Once we know then we can value the contract.

For sure MMS are loading up for the next big push. Those on large gains cutting back. Still well below fair value but the speculative potential with takeover rumours is incredible.

What would the offer have to be now? £300m? Not sure but around £2 unless they get in early enough but any low ball would be rejected.

28p and 30p need to be cleared and then it’s plain sailing to 40p and Institutional investors.

I invested here sub £1 (no longer invested) but can’t help but think there isn’t much meat on the bone at the current price. I would hesitate to short but certainly looks like it’s primed to drift downwards until next results, which have to be stellar to not push it further down which seems unlikely with all the issues in the background and the seemingly creative accounting regarding delivery numbers and dates.

This is a strange bet for MW, usually they go down the financial irregularities route but here they’ve made a fairly binary bet of the drill outcome. I wonder if they have just make a quick buck and closed it off. The other option is they have some tangible questions over the historic drill/seismic data which would have to be an insider, buts that’s all been third party verified. The current map os fairly high considering no oil is flowing. I know - the size of the prize and all that but that’s a long way from actually justifying them cap in terms of production/revenue. If the drill fails could this drop to £100m or is that just crazy?
