RE: First revenue2 Apr 2025 13:30
Just took a longer look at Botala video , and listened to the start of the Q/A session.
Botala seem to be where TLOU were when the price rose to 17p on AIM.
That was pre-dewatering and pre-lockdowns , those little incidents that cost somewhere up to 7 years lost in total.
I was never sure in that period how TLOU moved from the cylinders and lorries project we all expected , to becoming a CBM Power provider. And I still don't know.
Botala , as Winni stated, are going the original path , attempting to deliver gas in cylinders on lorries, which was always a fairly sure fire success story - hence the 17p!
Flow rates do not matter! If it takes 5 seconds to fill a cylinder , or 5 hours, what does it matter? Delivery will follow a few days later anyway!
Producing real-time electricity is a different kettle of fish!!!
TLOU will need constant gas flows.
BUT .... and HUGE BUT .... until the gas is at that point we have KALA who will work with whatever gas is available! Crypto miners in the USA are grabbing disused oil facilities that are still leaking gas so TLOU is a breath of fresh methane to Kala because we are targetting them specifically.
Listening to Botala's Chris, he is echoing TG with his slowly, slowly, catch a monkey approach. It saved us going to wall , but Arab camels are around the corner, monkeys are redundant , 17p days cannot be far away imho.
Donkey's beliefs are now apparent! He is quoting all Chris's thoughts verbatim! The old LNG idea, amounts of CO2 in the gas, the clay surrounding the seams etc etc ......
He'll arrive one day at seeing how TG thinks , maybe , a big maybe!
I liked Chris, the sort of guy you'd be happy to buy a car from. They'll save some time not having to build the TX lines but they are still where TLOU were a decade ago. They are yet to find out how long "open holes" last - I take these to be Donkey's vertical drilled wells? To my mind a water well with a rope and a handle versus a reservoir (horizontal drills) for water! Limited lives imho. Bit at $220k per well they'll just dig another well or two. Meanwhile the horozontal ways will last considerably longer, and produce increasing flows (as they dewater) rather than decreasing flows as the pressures die down from the first dewatering on vertical drills.
IG have not replied and I still cannot withdraw any cash! They are paying 4.5% interest hopefully. I funded last night and tried to buy @ 2.6c (from a 2.5c to 2.9c spread) but still got "insufficient funds" error.
This morning I did a dummy buy on the fixed price quote and that looked OK as far as it got. Commission of £3 would have been charged on an AIM stock.
Only a few days until my ISA is renewed with up to £20k. Will see how that works then! Zero commission on ASX TOU?
