I can enter a sell and have it accepted!

I just tried to sell 4000 @ 4c (effectively a dummy sell) and was able to cancel it too! And I have received interest on my £165 of £1.50 which should be 4.5%

I deposited the money half expecting their suspension of my account beyond day 1! Might put a sell of 22c on the books tonight fot a bit of fun. Over half a million dollars!!! A bot might pick it up and report it and start the price rise early??????

The shareholders are definitely undecided judging by the lack of trades.

Some days were bank holidays oop north or darn sarf , and they were different dates! e.g. ASX was trading yesterday !

Blooming IG are messing me around royally - I have reduced the share dealing account to no shares because I have not a clue what is going on there! And they have made it commission free so day trading is more attractive without a buy and sell commission of £6 in total tilting the odds against success.

And my ISA is blocked with no explanation why!! I am reticent to phone because I am so angry without them winding me up further with some ridiculous explanation of why they are not dealing with my complaint!! They said 8 weeks and it feels like 8 months!!! Have not heard a thing , not even the customary acknowledgements that are automatically produced.

Do write to the Aussie office or the Omsbudsman because they seem to be hoping I am going to die before they correct my accounts? I have £175 in the share dealing , currently showing as -£130 !! That is the result of their handling of that account! Have not tried selling for obvious reasons. TLOU stalemate could break any day now!!!

One trade at 1.9c gained me £3k on paper. I have tried to buy for over a week to achieve that myself. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

Unfortunately my computer advised me avoid loading it because it lead to a url that had its certificate revoked.

I have a strong suspicion that the number of people who have deserted TLOU over 10 years is neglible. Nathan resigned but still holds a high number of shares. Lynah died from Covid - that harmless pandemic for some on here - how daft are they? If TLOU was the basket case that some suggest the solidarity would not be there! Shareholders who have left have been smart. Many of them can buy back even now and own loads more shares than they dumped! This amazes me but I have been expecting the price to rocket forever , the lockdown period was the exception but I was still too scared to risk selling and buying back! The jump to over 4c was another false new dawn but one day 4c will look cheap. Kala announcing what their maximum level of funding interest free might do it. If they are insincere then we'll need upbeat gas flows for the PPA , as phase 1 rather than phase 2.

Kala words "We look forward to rapidly deploying this facility and scaling up operations with Tlou.” include ' look forward ' (something we have done for decade) but also 'rapidly' which could be a forewarning if a trigger point I expect during 2025.

Lockdowns and Botswana (+ rest of the world) going massively into debt imho scuppered EVERYTHING TLOU HAD LINED UP. We survived 3 or 4 years , not knowing how many years it would take to lift LOCKDOWNS , and by then potential investors were broke or fantastically wealthy. The latter section had bigger fish to fry. Has TG landed a catch with Kala Data? I hope so.

Covid what Covid?

The Covid that closed down #3 to reduce the expenditure for the unknown number of YEARS it would take for the pandemic to be controlled. #4 was also wound down to continue some dewatering within our means for HOW LONG?

The company was in a great position in November 2019 , 9c as opposed to 2c today. We are well in advance of the position on the infrastructure and #6 is better than #3 ever was, but the dewatering/gas flows issue has not evaporated. I'd like see a 2025 podcast with the addition of the Data Centre news - surely 9c in 2019 should be fraction of where we are today? 11p or 22c simply has to be very close?

I get the despondency that is felt on here. I am not immune to it. Everytime I look at my watchlist I look at CBA who pay around £350 dividends twice a year on fewer shares than the dividend and have risen from Aud100 to Aud166 during TLOU's lifetime. My TLOU shares were worth over £100k and are now about 20% of that. I did own CBA online for a while but sold them to buy TLOU on one of the false dawns I keep enduring.

Such a shame the TG/Andrew Scott/Colm broadcasts came to an end (Andrew moved jobs). If anyone doubts how much Covid affected us , watch this interview just before it struck and put the project back years ....

Just seen the date ..... and it is #3 , not #4 (or #6 , which would be bad news).

1+ on HotCopper (I think) somebody posted an aerial photograph of the ground and said there were 3 air holes which you can make out. The relevance escaped me , until you posted!

Perhaps these were vertical drills to access the finings? Perhaps they put a hose pipe down the hole to wash the finings along the channels.

The last 6 months were possibly the biggest transformation if TLOU since I bought my first share in them.

The DOC appears to have taken a back seat to count his holding and let Tlou and Kala Data iron out their futures. Unlimited gas for Kala over 40 years and a huge acreage to grow into. And interest free loans with extremely easy terms (a proportion of partnership earnings from Kalam, so no income , no repayments) looks to me like a marriage made in heaven for both parties.

The size, frequency, and acceptable use of those interest free loans will take time to agree. After the RFP fiasco, the contract needs to be watertight bearing in mind there has to be limits, and then what if they are reached?

The thorniest problem for me is how much TLOU will be allowed to borrow and spend on producing the PPA for BPC. And how much of our gas goes to each project? At some point BPC income will be enough to support itself. Then the problem is no more! But how long will it take?

Very tight limits will force placings/dilution depending upon the level of earnings from Kala. Some awkward maths involved but I'm optimistic they'll sort it out so placings can be avoided.

Clueless must have the excuse of being very young if I fathered him.

Must have been during the 2019 - 2022 period when lockdown encouraged many new dog owners to pay £2500 upwards for a dog that previously was below a grand! Clueless mum did not raise her prices , and buying Poppy a mate was too expensive for my budget, much cheaper to buy myself one for the night?

Maybe I had Covid cos I don't remember copulating with any one since Liz died. But those years were very uncomfortable and , without the Doc's attitude to TLOU's future , Covid could have taken TLOU to the cleaners. The Botwana Herald or Sketch or News of the World, or whatever obsolete paper you read, clearly never reported Covid, lack of a vaccine worldwide, and no light at the end of the tunnel within sight or imagination.

Went to hospital today for a check up. Was praised for doing my own physio so no need to see a professional now I have been given the all clear to do everyday things without worrying about the collarbone. It has a kink in it but the Dr. said it would flatten off in time and would look normal. That blows my mind tbh, how does bone change shape?

He thought the roundabout where I broke the collarbone was resurfaced last week due to my mishap, after previous mishaps perhaps? It is smooth and the road possibly looks wider than it was. The centre island is not a lot of use, so reducing it makes sense.

MFM , optimistically, I don't think it will take long for me to be proved right , whereas Donkey's expectations might take a lifetime. Enough gas for 40 years will be a lifetime for many of us. But Mambo , and Boomsland and the Orapa pipeline will be huge by then?

Covid never happened? Neither did nationalisation, civil war, Seka has not reached the county of the race track yet , far less challenged TLOU at the front of the GRID, your faux pas have ended!

All my TLOU RNS are still intact , we never heard whether they are available like everything else you never discuss!

My laptop is working with 0% Battery but will not boot unless it is plugged into the mains for a few minutes. I got a refund for Ebay because the CMOS battery never arrived before the Easter break! Bought a couple at Coop for £5 , opened the compute took out the old CMOS and tested it was flat! It was still on 3v and the new ones are 3.1v so waster of money!

And 3 yellow lights must actually be warning that there is a fault on the main battery!!!! I swapped my new battery back to the old one. It showed it was EXCELLENT and the old one is FAIR , but the Excellent one is non-existent if I run BIOS diagnosis!!! So EXCELLENT and NON-EXISTENT depending which report or actual test you use!!! The computer does not recognise the DELL charger , yet it runs the machine and charges my phone via USB port . So annoying! Not as annoying as Donkey though.

What has Botswana got to do with anything?

They have BPC who have an agreement to buy our electricity, and if they don't for some Donkeyish reason, TLOU have the whole of Southern Africa via SAPP for higher prices than the locals can afford!

As for the GOVT, they have given TLOU all the necessary authorities to continue with the current agenda.

M&S don't exist to sell to Mrs and Mrs Smith , they know that if they do not buy then Mr and Mrs Jones will buy the unwanted goods! And if , for some unimaginable reason , BPC do not pay for cheaper, cleaner power , will it be a difficult decision to double, treble etc etc the amount of gas we give to the UAE for quicker loan repayments and more hard cash to boot. BUT power is in demand so TLOU's problem is how to satisfy demand for both gas and electricity? The obvious answer is to produce more gas and more electricity ,and that is not a ridiculous plan to chase! More equity and dilution? Or higher loans from Kala? There is nothing to think about until we hear what Kala are prepared to finance. If they are only interested in Data Centre advancement then 25% cash from a bigger fund will help TLOU supply BPC with electricity. You have never argued on any point of view Donkey - now why is that? I want to be corrected if I am wrong - but you are always wrong - and do not welcome counter arguments. In the early days you might have been trying to get better prices for yourself - but nowadays the challenge is to get in before the price reaches a logical price! 11p for the Pension Fund's magnificent help has been my target forever and 11p ( 22.8c on ASX) is overdue imho. 10 x today's price will cover all my losses since I got into buying shares!

I have no doubt we'll be there in 2025!

Or is he? He has TLOU so close to becoming a dual power producer for the UAE and Botswana , and if everybody knew about TLOU Energy , the share price today would be through the roof. We used to sing NoOne's heard of us , we don't care, we are Bournemouth, super Bournemouth, super Bournemouth from the SARF! (South) in our Div 2,3 and 4 days.

This season that is no longer true - I understand that Bournemouth shirts are now to be found in many countries, success on the pitch is the key. And Cherries are thought to be growing as quite a few fans' second team.

TLOU have been securing success , slowly but steadily for 10 years , under their pitch at Lesedi, and the structures on the surface are coming along in this season TLOU's 2025/26.

You clearly were not taught to avoid religion in coversations - you blaspheme at our precious St. Tony the whole time! And you expect to be supported rather than berated whilst St. Tony turns you , the Fiddler , into the Rich man played by Topol (Xavier?) if you have invested your 30 pieces of silver like Judas as any sane individual would, if they heard and understood the TLOU story. 2.2c for shares that are bound to multibag as soon as people hear that Botswana has a new industry , in both gas and electricity that is operational and earning an income , they'll be repeating the stampede that pushed to early TLOU from 6p to 17p. But 17p will not be the buffer this time , it will be 35c+ on ASX.

It is clear to me that TG dumped AIM because he was hoping the UAE deal would giving him interest free loans would mean that placings of new issues was going to unnecessary. If Kala let us down then it may be worth rejoining London Stock Exchange but it won't be AIM it will be a FTSE number (350, 250 or 100?). Only Kala know the truth. And we'll soon know how serious they are. My money is strongly backin that they are deadly serious - TLOU was heaven sent at a near perfect time. And their partnership is so mutual.

Interest free and repaid out from our joint earnings with 25% pocket money to survive on? It is better than too good to be true in my book.

I never noticed the Govt barriers for some reason.

They had an 18m delay on the RFP when their documentation denied the only 2 or 3 bidders (whilst KE and Sekaname were both tendering) the right to bid due to a clerical error! The injured parties then became cautious and the urgency to produce gas within a couple of years in cylinders was gone! Urgency was replaced by diligence from all the parties , and somehow , TLOU changed their plan to become a CBM powered electricity provider.

I thought Sekaname (KE dropped out) had done the same but it seems like they are still planning to produce gas rather than electricity.

Eric and Lefoku both backed TLOU as far as they could , and are probably as frustrated as shareholders it has taken so long.

TG got beyond the RFP stage , was held up in the dewatering phase at Lesedi , and then was stopped in his tracks by Covid and lockdowns.

His financial backing from shareholders dried up , the price dropped to ridiculous levels , and without the DOC and the Pension Fund , TLOU would be gone, imho!

Donkey was right when he said Botswana was unable to afford to bail TLOU out - they could have paid in advance for gas or electricity to give TLOU working capital but the diamond industry was in decline , and energy costs were soaring , and Covid did not have vaccines .... there was no guarantee that TLOU would go live ever!

TLOU survived all that and imho the future looks rosy with two incomes looking possible/probable in 2025. The Govt have sat back and let TG go at his own pace , no doubt impatiently , but the project looks to be derisked with agreements for funds from the UAE agreed interest free, and 25% of profits rising to 50% , from the Data Centre earnings, giving us our first rewards.

BPC have agreed to the Data Centre proposals which is further support, but they can see the Data Centre has all but guaranteed TLOU's future! By 2027

it looks likely TLOU will be established, again imho.

Botswana paperwork has long been completed according to the RNS's so I don't share Donkey's gloom! BPC are selling electricity at a loss - once TLOU are contributing to the Grid - BPC will certainly reduce their losses on TLOU power and maybe will make a profit on it? The incentive to get more power from TLOU rather than other resources will be great! Will Botswana break the bank at that stage to support TLOU (if they need it - it depends on Kala small print as to what TLOU can do with Kala loans). In other words , will Kala allow TLOU to borrow Kala money to support BPC?
