RE: Completed my first transfer to ISA15 Mar 2025 09:40
The choice of generator(s) was always difficult. If they bought small ones and there was too much gas for them to handle , they'd be criticised by certain trolls on here. And if they bought generators that were too big for the available gas flows to power them up, it would be even more embarrassing.
It was further complicated by Kala re-entering the arena! How much gas would they able to use in what time frames? Their financing was the best offer ever and could not be ignored - no dilution , no interest to pay , and our benefactors , the Pension Fund and the Doc , could relax instead of playing the parts of Midas and Atlas at the same time, with no finite end date for their support.
Pension Fund can look forward to reaching that SP of 11p that they paid yonks ago , and the Doc can see TLOU repaying his loans with much more certainty.
But TLOU and Kala still need to draw up an agreement that is mutually acceptable , as TG did with Synergen Met , and that was a master stroke imho. They fell by the wayside and it cost TLOU very little financially. We lost time, non-productive time due to Covid. But, no doubt, TG is now better prepared
to draw up a similar deal with Kala to safeguard TLOU.
Kala are actively looking for other gas sites for their Data Centres - and their confidence is not based on creating the first green lance but on using an established portable gas to electricity self contained pieces of kit. This deal is beyond my wildest expectations , worthy of a Dicken's novel!
The fairy story is looking like it will come true and will make a wonderful film one day. And Donkey is still quoting TG from the days pre-dating Kala's interest. Tunnel vision or what?
