I agree with you entirely - TLOU should have the whole history on their own site. I can see what they have done and that was addressed by MFM from what I remember!

It looks clear that the TLOU pages were built around London announcements until 31st December , when TLOU switched to the ASX equivalent service lock stock and barrel.

So we are seeing the announcements made via ASX since Jan 1st i.e. 4 of them!

I infer from that , Tlou only made announcements prior to Jan 1st via AIM.

As MFM says, TLOU will have to modify their home pages to retrieve the London announcements from other than ASX. The alternative is unthinkable , i.e. to dump a decade of announcements onto ASX in one fell swoop.

As you suggest, RNS and ASX equiv. may not allow Companies unlimited access to their platform. I dunno , but to protect themselves from a rogue announcement it is possible all announcements are vetted by the host first.

I pity whoever has 613 announcements to vet!

The ambiguous use of LSE is certainly a nuisance.

Personally I think that TLOU will be removed eventually and RNS is over for most of us maybe.

I still have all 7 pages on both laptop and Iphone, which I assume must be cached on both machines??? Seems odd because I rarely look at RNS on Iphone because the screen is too small. So why would any be cached , far less all 7 pages?

LSE own the RNS service (Always thought R was for Reuters tbh, but it is R for Regulatory News Service) which is there for PLC's i.e. British companies!

Commonwealth countries can be included , and having shares on AIM looks like guaranteed membership. TLOU ain't on LSE and is not a British PLC so what do you expect?

TLOU comply and chatrooms pick everything up from there IF THEY ARE SO INCLINED , just like MFM suggested in a roundabout way.

I bought yesterday at 2.1c both days.

I am happy to report IG allowed me to spend the £47+ I had left today , and no commission was payable on either, except for the invisible FX conversion fee from GBP to AUD , a % of the prevailing fx rate. Cannot think how I'd know what the rate was , just what rate they gave me? Faith in IG needed there?

On AIM not only was there a £3 or £8 commission but the minimum trade was over £90.

If anyone has a Dell Inspiron 7400 and battery charging problems (like I have had for several months, charger not recognised!) , I think I have solved it. A new CMOS battery was due yesterday from Ebay! Not arrived yet , but once the CMOS battery gets low enough it finally tells you it is useless by flashing the charge leds incessantly! 3 yellows to each white led! For two months I got one of each and then they stopped turning on making me doubt the charger itself! To get to the CMOS battery you have open the computer up - I'd forgotten they exist to keep the BIOS settings! I have had limited success by changing BIOS but whenever I swapped rooms the BIOS reset automatically between plugging into different rooms.

Sometimes , 10% ? , the charge light would stay lit and it would charge to 100% knowing it was a 65watt Dell charger! Then on plug change it said charger unknown and I'd lose a low % of main battery until it got to 5% and lower and problems arose! I nearly bought another new Dell charger but this one is only a couple of years old. And the USB-C connector will keep machine running but not charge the battery at all! I bought one of those chargers too! And a new machine battery!

£2 CMOS CR2032 will hopefully fix it - it has an Intel i7 processor so I was reluctant to throw it away. Thank X I stuck with it and maybe both chargers will recharge the battery once BIOS stays put! Living alone is rubbish , at work somebody would have thought of the CMOS battery and stopped me from resetting BIOS and expecting it to work. The default must be DO NOT CHARGE IF CHARGER IS UNKNOWN? Smart machines are the bane of my life!

Now I am under the ISA umbrella , and Tlou.L shares have been swapped for TOU.AX it is high time for the share price to forge ahead from 1.9c

The flare in the pdf video looks very strong to my uneducated eye - I await news of who will get what of it. Kala need a gas supply , BPC are expecting some electricity from our/their TX lines. BOTH will be the best news because Kala will not take long to be up and running, so work on actual CBM power production can follow on soon after. ASX is open

Even simpler mfm - the last RNS confirms TLOU are no longer on LSE (Stock Exchange) so chatroom LSE no longer supports TLOU.L but still allows to chat.

It never did support tou.ax or other ASX shares come to that. CBA for example.

I was too tired to sit up last night so quit monitoring IG as 1:10 am.

My buy @ 2.1c was completed at 1:24 am and my ISA gained 50k shares.

I sold my remaing Share Dealing shares @ 2.4c and I hope I am finished with that account.

No commission on my ISA apart from FX charges maybe! I'll have to see if my ISA was with sterling (I had to enter £ value) or A$.

If this was the status quo in 2015 or 2016 I'd never have bothered with TLOU!

I am half a million shares out of pocket , and up to £100 in IG charges , and I have not a clue where my cash deposits ended up in this fiasco. I am sorry if some of you have joined IG because of my early recommendations.

Lord knows what they have done with my accounts , from my statements CFD does not feature so it is not straight-forward because my share dealing account is showing in the black yet again! When it is in the red I am not asked to fund the accountant which suggests CFD features (you cannot lose more than you invested in CFD but you can lose the lot) are being applied.

£120 deposit and £55 currency conversion was my cash value for certain!

Just caught up with your post Winni. Went to see AFCB beat Fulham with a first minute goal which puts us above Brighton and Fulham on goal difference and with 6 games for each to play , tonight we are close to playing Euro footer next season.

Not sure that I want us to qualify - injuries from more frequent matches seem likely and can destroy small clubs who don't have huge squads - and those that do!

No wonder I could not find the right value to trade - since the previous position they have magically found a successful run of credits - I simply do not understand what is going on at IG?

No cash no shares and my position is changing every few minutes.

Page 2 contains the £3800 first transfer but £3838 failure has ended up at £3869

so far. Off to my Covid jab and tonight I'll find out how much of the 3869 I can spend and at what price. Could have have bought at 2.2c this morning if they'd accepted the figure I thought was available. It has to be something connected to CFD features I feel! The account is suppose be Share Dealing only. I am wondering if they are as mystified as I am why the numbers are moving for no reason? And they have been wondering since 17th December because they did something wrong trying to swap out LSE to ASX shares?

Did they do a dummy run that failed and then backed out to restore the positions BUT CFD HAD BEEN PART OF THE DUMMY and was either forgotten or caused the problem and they are still unaware of it? I had a reputation for always getting to the bottom of problems when I was working. A strength for obvious reasons but also a weakness because time-scales suffered and time is money in banks.

Having sat up beyond 3am to see my final sell settle in my Share Dealing Account, the credit never happened! Market opened at 1am so 2 more hours wasted of beauty sleep.

I woke at 7:02 and the money was there, A$7899.17 , exactly right, BUT IG only show the GBP equivalent which was £3838+

I transferred 3838GBP to my ISA and got Insufficient Funds just like EVERYTHING I attempt to do in Sterling for weeks!

You can see I moved £3800 , £38 and £2 successfully leaving 36p which I took too! I was amazed to see 25p remained so I took that and called it a day!

Next time I looked it said I was £2.61 in the red , before it rose to £7+ before reversing into the black up to £15+

My ISA is now funded with £3840.61p after £3838 was rejected?

It disney make any sense at all.

Did TLOU dump AIM because the Kala deal would make further placings unnecessary , interest free debt is perfect for further fund raising.

TLOU could hardly tell the world what was proposed for fear of upsetting our partners - hence the radio silence.

It remains to be seen whether those interest free loans can be used to enhance BPC demands for energy but TLOU's earnings will be their's to do with as they feel fit you'd hope.

The Doc did not participate in the last placing having underwritten some earlier ones. Were crypto preliminary talks making interest free loans look possible? The jigsaw corners are in place , time to find the straight pieces.

As for covertibles, can you not see what undiluted shares are worth for current shareholders? Doc has 357,142,856 Pension Fund 208,521,092 TG 75,000,000 numbers , which if they stay undiluted, make the value of the loans pale into insignificance. They'll take their loans back as cash and interest 100%. It is plain as day!

They are not hostile or the Doc would have bought us out years ago! MM, another poster you are unfit to walk behind, feared that!

If Botala have an order for 6 lorry loads of CBM , does it matter if they get 6 lorry loads from one well or 60 wells? The Gas Flow and size of the order will determine how long it takes to fill that order and how many days and hours will need to be worked. IF gas flows are strong perhaps they can work a 3 day week, otherwise they might need to work up to 24/7
