I know Winni, hence I posted on Hot Copper , against my personal interests, because I risk losing out on my buy next week if the Aussies go on a spending spree having believed my post. My intention was to avoid panic selling by Aussies , leaving us UK holders to look after each other.

There is little doubt this fiasco is down to nobody involved in the delisting realising that Brits had ISA accounts. Colm should have been fully conversant with the Trades ISA but he is not the most quick witted individual. He once caused us grief on the SP with his loose tongue, by being too optimistic about reaching a critical path milestone which proved to be impossible in his timescale? Cannot remember what it was or when but he learned his lesson.

The rest of our directors are based in Australia or Botswana and may have been unaware that we Brits had capital gains exemption on Tlou profits in our ISA accounts.

To be fair none of us considered that ISAs might not have been considered by TLOU when they delisted. Hence the lack of news from Brisbane?

They may not realise even now that the price drop is nothing to worry about. Once everyone has their new ASX shares back in their ISA the last ones to act could catch a cold by getting fewer shares in their ISA that they sold from their share dealing account. The price rise back to a sensible level will surely have started. Tlou will have lost a few long term holders along the way but at 0.8c those people should reconsider whether this is the buy of the century at the current price. I hope they still have some of their cash left? Small Fry , ttrust me , you sold lots of shares. The current shareprice is caused by us Brits selling at any price! IT IS GOING TO BE SHORT TERM , I PRAY PEOPLE UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. ESPECIALLY TG who caused this in the first place. There is a danger that could be concerned at these prices and could pack up!

Sold most of the other share dealing shares @0.9c for settlement next Tuesday so it is proving very painless. If TG is reading this he can be pleased I was not stuffed in the end (pardon the pun). 208k for £6 including commission is pretty good.

One Tues or Wednesday I am hopeful I'll be able to buy back at less than 0.9c because us Brits are selling ever cheaper each day to ensure we sell quickly. And those that are oblivious to the UK ISA think the price is bad news! Buying ISA is done in AUD and is free , selling nominee shares is done in GBP (imho) but is 10 aud commission minimum.

So instead of paying £40 for Bed and ISA , I paid 13Aud (£6+) and got 208,518 free shares from the deal! Spread is currently 0.9c and 1c currently!

First winner and latest winner , 3 placed and 1 unplaced.

Happily I backed the latest winner at 10.5/1 - I do love Rachael Blackmore who road both winners. I am in the top 10k on the leader board. Nobody got the first 6 winners today with one race left.

I put two bags of rubbish into the waste bin and saw a £10 note resting on the top!!! So my luck might be in!

Not terribly impressive, from the little I understood , but this looks like the crypto business we heard about last year. They could appreciate having the Wisdom of Solomon on board if he introduced Kala to Tlou. Solomon's mines has a familiar ring?

It seems like Winni was right - the only dealers in TLOU are those of us trying to get our ASX newby shares back into an ISA.

We are all trying to sell at the max and buy at the minimum price, and we are inadvertently dropping the price because we worry about who will buy our sells? The answer, as Winni suggested, are that the buyers are those who have settled their sells , moved the cash to theirISA, and bought back!

This is the exact opposite of pyramid sales - the price is falling as people become desperate to sell in advance of the imminent rise because of the Data centre news , and the knock on bonuses of producing better gas flows without having to worry about paying for them!

I am being nosey here - how much has it cost those of you who were issued with paper certificates paid to get those shares into your isa's? Useless information probably because I won't live long enough to see another delisting of a share from my portfolio?

By April 6th there is a chance that we'll see much higher SP's than now , but at sensible SP's the normal volatility of share prices might be favourable if we wait long enough to buy back? It is extraordinary to be able to sell on a declining market , Spread is currently 1c to 1.1c so I am hopeful of buying back more than I sold earlier today for 1.2c

IG has missed out by not allowing Bed and Isa on TLOU. Hope I am not tempting fate by saying that! We'll see whether the spread of 1c to 1.1c moves up or down from there overnight? It is the UK ISA transfers that is giving these false values - the business case is overwhelmingly in favour of steep rises imho! The next RNS will be interesting - how much Kala is prepared to advance interest free? And whether is will be piecemeal or the whole loan immediately. TG will be able to build a restaurant and a hotel for Data centre staff perhaps? No idea how many staff will end up working near Lesedi but it could be quite a few between all the various possibilities? Solar will add to them , and Orapa pipeline though Hydrogen will conflict with Kala if they produce a lance soon. Long term - the demand for gas looks enormous ?

Gee, TG is as close to a company income now , from either of two sources, as he has been in Botswana. Last time was SM who let us down with false ambition (a Green lance within 6 months) but this time the options look very tangible.

It is clearly the priority to get the shortest lead time done and dusted. Redirect flared gas to where Kala need it and do the legal bits to protect us. We escaped potential bankruptcy when SM failed , but St. Tony only Covid days due to his foresight.

If Kala plan the TG strategy , start very small and build from there , then sharing #4 and #6 might be possible, otherwise I don't think they will share them.

The three parties need to agree which well is going to be used for which project. If Kala has many generators they might need #6 otherwise #4 looks sensible to me.

And BPC will need the other one to be boosted to the roof tops.

So redirecting flared gas for KALA wil be the priority for a few months , and once their loan is sorted , Tony will be able to boost gas production and future wells for the PPA . BPC will be happy that TG is sorted financially for extra drills and staff that may now be affordable without huge time delays or failures.

I guess sharing the wells is conceivable if TLOU have the final word on developments. Any arguments about whether extra resource go to Kala or PPA wells, could become what percentage will each of the projects get using the necessary switching gear?

If Kala do an SM switch gear will be redundant unless we are supplying both the Botswana Grid and Sapp independently 😜 or SM and Hydrogen resurfaces.

I sold 1 million @ 1.2c last night and the spread before my order showed at 1.2c and 1.3c , then changed to 1.1c and 1.2c , during my partial fills which completed after 5am this morning

£40 bed and isa charge i.e. A$82 , leaves room for another $69 , more than enough for me , 6m shares, from April 6th. Hoping the price does not jump until I have bought back that 1m+

A$13 is less than £6.50 which seems quite competitive imho

Close was 1.2c , ASX use price of last trade whilst LSE use the mid-point of the closing spread. I would have bought the minimum number possible on IG at 1.4c were I not asleep , that would have stopped my 1.2c being the closing price. Weighted average trade sizes should be used so the volumes are the significant factor rather than the price.

Not had a reply from IG on my Bed and Isa request.

I have £11k+ left for 2024/5 ISA deposits and decided to sell approximately that amount and then £20k from April 6th will be enough to do the rest.

My order is in and the charge is only around AUD $23 .

To buy them back in my ISA is free for both the £11k and the residue next year.

So I am not sure why I was concerned about the costs - I was allowing several hundred quid but it looks like £78 (Jarvis loss) and £22 for IG , which is not bad as long as I am not shafted on the difference between my sell and buys.

I am selling at 1.4c and hoping to buy at 1.5c this month. Next month I might try to close my Share Dealing account and just keep the ISA is they allow that.

Time for Liverpool v PSG that should take my mind off shares!

Lateral thinking needed in Doncaster I think? Obviously PPA is playing second fiddle to a fast buck from Data centre. BPC clearly see the benefit of this approach! How short sighted is the ass.

The Kala agreement has clearly been the focus for the last few months , and why not? We have had no regular income forever and now it is very close. And all we have to do is redirect flared gas to an access point for the Data Centre. I trust Kala are grabbing gas from wherever it is available and know how to connect it to their kit. And I hope the kit is ready and waiting.

I am a little surprised BPC are happy with this arrangement - but that might explain why progress is so slow? No urgency until now , but now new Arab money comes into the equation which could open doors that have been firmly shut until now. Why did TG raise the possibility of selling outside of BPC? That is the question?

Buy is up from 1.4 to 1.5c so the message is out.

Kala is an Arab compnay , so Saint Tony is renting out our desert to house their kit. So he is selling sand to the Arabs - has proved me right on the delay for the TX lines etc, possibly adding Solar for the Data Centre, and ultimately , subject to Kala being successful we'll have 50% of their business? And it s costing us the flared gas that was bringing in nought!! Price rise must be coming soon surely?

Good news and it seems TG's ideas about selling ouside of BPC if they don't play ball was correct after all. Bought a few @ 1.4c to celebrate and no commission charged on my ISA. I did a dummy buy over the weekend and the commission varied with the limit. 0.7c was $26 1.7c was over $50 for 3m shares. Charges were $10 minimum for a fixed % of the trade price.

I am assuming that up to 10$ is now free. Tempting to find the maximum trade for NO COMMISSION and repeatedly buy that number??? Waiting to hear if I get the same response as Alan did on Bed and Isa. Speed is of the essence now that we look to have two sources of revenue.

Perhaps I'll get the same response Alan - but I quoted Corporate Actions email which can be read as though Bed and Isa is available to me.

It is complicated - capital gains will be in AUD but the tax man will want GBP subject to the prevailing fx rates. I'm now questioning whether an IG ISA is really an ISA at all? Maybe my potential profits were never tax free unless they were in UK stocks.

Stamp duty on IG / ASX trades does not exist btw!

I received this email today. I am reading that Bed and ISA is valid for my accounts so have complied with their email.

I am hoping they will not consider ISA allowances because most of these shares were already in my ISA - but I doubt I'll get away with it?

ISA's are not that great given how easily mine was dissected so easily.
