But more likely , seeing those actors passed on a while back no doubt, it is someone in IG circles in a dungeon - Count of Monte Christo?

Are the other brokers mentioning a Custodian and what , if any , fees they are likely to charge? The main shareholders are not worried about their investments with holdings on ASX or the Bots exchange but I wonder if Stephen Hemsley and other substantial shareholders in the UK are on ASX or were in LSE/AIM, rip. Surely an RNS about main shareholders is overdue with millions of countless shares in limbo with my 1000 shares in the Cherries and others in HMV, Avanti , SXX , USOP, that spread my risk.

Their CEO's were/are paid a fortune to waste our money . TG has been in a different league but marries in haste too often? Selling to SAPP was touted as easy , giving discounts to special UK investors to raise cash within 24 hrs was calamitous for the shareprice, and divorcing AIM on a whim without telling us he did not know it would pan out was his worst mistake?

Simply ripping up GBP shares and reissuing ASX shares on a one for basis sounded simples. It happens often when companies revalue and buy back old shares to issue new shares on a 10 for 1 basis and price rises tenfold? Does doing that across different exchanges matter? Of course it does especially when those exchanges work on different currencies and FX comes into it.

Our investments will have gone half way round the world - we are a mining company but TLOU are going through the core for the shortest route instead of using Elon Musk or Richard Branson to move them through space in a few hours.

How much is it going to cost to achieve parity for us? More or less than the costs of staying on AIM? Rash decisions are to blame imho. We should have been told how the change would be executed so we could have rejected the proposal if it looked as pathetic as it does now. And knowing what they know now WOULD TLOU HAVE CONTINUED?

My LSE ISA shares have been transferred from my ISA nominee sharedealing account value nil!

My nominee account and ISA both holds my original ASX TOU shares so I have not a clue whether my ISA status survives for LSE/TLOU. This is not what I expected in the slightest! It reinforces the thought that I had that LSE shares are held by IG/London Office and my ASX/TOU shares are held by IG/Sydney almost like two independent companies for dealing purposes.

It remains for Sydney to buy/transfer/other my non-existent LSE shares presumably for zero cost to me under ASX???

I don't have enough ISA credit to be able to buy my shares in 2024/2025 tax year.

After April I'll have my £20k 2025/26 allowance which will hopefully cover whatever is going on here. This is becoming a can of worms.

Sono , I just looked at my ISA and, as you'd expect on a Wednesday at 10am, my ASX holding showing ASX is closed!

My LSE shares however show the SELL option and I tested it (I always have the confirm option set on), knowing it would not sell any of them.

I got back a contract note estimate , sell at 0.68p , £3 commission , BUT WITH A POSTSCRIPT that says the market is closed. LSE is decidely open so they must have been talking about TLOU marketplace on LSE.

Imagine my heirs taking over my finances - this is impossible to understand knowing the full story - for them it would be a nightmare?

talking about my sons, the older one warned me about having online deliveries where I stipulate a "safe place" if I am out when they deliver.

Apparently , doing that absolves liability from the delivery service who can claim you said it is safe - even if it is your doorstep in full view of the public.

Both accounts have held LSE and ASX shares over many years. I still don't have news of when LSE shares will be converted to ASX shares - I am relying on TB to get that news from Brisbane and to then share it.

No worries on ISA account and ASX shares being together.

When I had CBA/ASX shares paying me dividends , the dividend was in AUD in my IG sharedealing account and I used AUD to buy most of my TOU/ASX holding. Then I made a mistake and sold Commonwealth Bank of Australia to buy TOU/ASX on one of the false new dawns when I expected TOU to imitate Harrier jets with VTO's! CBA , which have been through several brokers in the time I was given them 50 odd years ago rose from $100 to $150 AUD and I still get 2 dividends a year in GBP from them.

Once TLOU reach a plateau on the sp - I may buy a few CBA for their dividends!

The free shares were free from a £1000 endowment policy which matured after 25 yrs in the 90's. It was with Colonial Mutual Life who ended up at CBA eventually. Divis are around £400 twice a year. Not bad for the few quid a month they cost me. Liz's h/k allowance was £6 a week at that time so the insurance would have been much less? Maybe £6 per month? Happy days!

TV licence £7 a year! I worked for a finance house in Yorkshire and they had a TV licence scheme that embarrassed them when APR rate became essential on such agreements. You repaid 50p per week for 16 weeks (£8 for £7 licence) sounds like 14%+? But the reducing period and loan amount ,as you repaid it, came to several hundred % APR . Peanuts to payday loans nowadays but not in those days. You got the licence immediately of course so it was popular.

The GTC surely ended in 2024 , thinking about it.

the buyer represents tlou i suppose, and the sellers are our brokers on our behalf for nominee accounts. money is not the currency imho, the currencies will be lse shares and asx shares - and our brokers will credit the asx shares back to us? that is too simple or it can be done instantly - so the custodian , whoever that is?, must be piggy in the middle.

.076p is 12% up on .625p which won't change here on LSE for obvious reasons.

Will they remove TLOU from their coverage once LSE are flipped to ASX? Or will this remain as the status quo for a bit longer?

Market cap of 19.48 m AUD (@1.5c) is the equivalent of £9.898 million based on 1.3 Bn shares. Approximately what TLOU expected to earn for 10 Mw p.a. some 8 or 9 years ago. Hopefully up a tad since then.

Had an eye-test yesterday and was looking forward to being able to read small print again. But my prescription was identical this time to last time so was disappointed. The explanation? Cataracts are in the early stages of development, the left eye is more affected than my master eye. My optician said there was a note on my clinical records saying the onset has started but it was not very advanced. 50% of over 60's are expected to get cataracts (the lens goes cloudy which obscures the view) but they will not operate on them until they are far worse than mine. He did change the magnification factor by a quarter of a point (2.5 to 2.75 I think) but the stigmatism numbers were the same.

Blimey, Oil and Gas is theoretically going to be pushed as are Non-electric cars! Surely TLOU’s Green Gas is going to be encouraged as a new business???

My mishap on the bike last Saturday has disconbobulated most of my actions but I kept the Berlingo and Scooter for this eventuality, or losing my leg if another aneurysm shuts down the inverted vein that replaces 3 arteries in my left leg. It will be 6 years next month they save the leg - great plumbing by my Saintly vascular team in 2019.

And now I can see I must have insured the car late in October beciase of my diary on here. A diary punctuated by a biblical account of how bad TLOU are from you! Can you see now why you make me so angry? Thank goodness for LSE for my diary. But why is there no record of payment to Bank of Scotland in Gmail or my ny personal bank statements?

I can remember sorting my vehicles out a while ago and I separated my Log Book fot car and bike and put them in an envelope , folder or something else on their own! I have wasted 2 days and cannot find them.

In 2024 I got a tax reminder with a code , and then in May a SORN with it's code.

NEITHER OF THEM IS ACCEPTED TO TAX THE CAR!!!! Bloody ridiculous!

So I needed the LOG Book online. I phoned them and did not enter a number after the other two failed on the phone, Evetually I ws connected to a queue for manual (womanual in fact) attention. She was useless and stuck to the same rules as online - so I needed the VIN for her to handle it! I decided to have another look for the LOG BOOKS instead of buying bew log books @ £25 each online.

Went to my bloody bedroom that needs cleaning up - red stuff everywhere - and lo nd behold , underneath the bedside cabinet that I head-butted was a log book for the car but bot the bike!!!! The number was not recognised so I was sent a second log book soon after both dated April 2019!!!

Poppy likes shredding paper into tiny pieces and I am wondering if she got the envelope , maybe when I was at football?

Anyway I paid £25 for the car log book and am taxed - but online the car i showing as SORN which is what the Police will believe until it changes in the next few days. I have a confirmation of tax paid on my phone so I need to carry it with me!

Off to the shops in the car to stock up on dog food and beers - and the ANPR at the end of my drive - so I am expecting it to get me 10 yards into my journey!!!!

yesterday 2-0 win versus ****nal after a letter dropped into my snail mail from dvla driver medical group.

they were happy to tell me that "you satisfy the medical standards for safe driving" and i should take their letter to my dr. should i need to discus it with her. she was yet to be informed by dvla.

getting quotes for the berlingo insurance, i am horrified at the quotes i found. £750 then £950 and above from hastings direct whom i used to like. confused.com is the lowest so far at £360 (with aviva) and i need to phone bank of scotland after 10am to see what it will cost to renew the policy i cancelled in may when i requested a sorn and got a refund on the unused part. that was less than £300 back in february. road tax is only £20 pa. emmissions are too low to register a number.

Guys, I am sure old age is taking greater affect, or is it effect, on me and my memory is so iffy.

In May of last year I did a SORN on the car , and took it off the road.

In Sept or October I put it back on the road and DVLA are happy it is taxed until next October, the MOT is valid until early April , and that it is currently insured.

However, I am looking to see when and where I insured it and how much it cost me and I cannot find a blooming thing in Gmail or my Bank account online.

I am almost certain I was shocked at my quotes from the online quoters - up £500 or even more - until I contacted Bank of Scotland whom I insured with last year.

I think they came in under £300 and is was only a few quid more than last year in February.

So can anybody tell me how I find out who I am insured with etc online?

I am in too much discomfort to start hunting the house for the paperwork but I could not find my log book when I was reasonably fit and had to buy a new one to re-tax the car because Swansea would not recognise the log book or SORN reference or my tax reminder references and renew my £20 p.a. road tax! Cost me £25 for a new log book - how great was that?

Afaics I am something like £270 in pocket though I am sure I must have paid up to get my road tax approved. I am reticent to shake the tree too hard in case I end up having to pay a second time (effectively a third time for this year).

I am now wondering if my diary (this site) has a record of my dealings. It is partly why I post so much - so I can ask you lot about my goings on that I forget.

Life is not too sweet however. I am walking Poppy by using my mobility scooter and my weight has jumped 10 lbs since I last weighed myself. I lost "hope" in the first two words - so it is safe to say the predictive text word for today is "hope". Got to admit I am disappointed the ASX price has not risen much this year - but I guess the ASX investors are as anxious as us to find out what is going on the flipping LSE shares.

I you are sat on the one they fail to miss. With the piles you have from never having been wrong in you investing career, TLOU will save you buying haemerrhoid cream. I have little doubt that if the flip had been completed within the first few hours of the New Year, then many of you may have sold up by now. This enforced delay, if you decide to hold , could be the best result of your life. And if it is not , then the lucky person who picks up your cheap shares will prosper instead. And you will have the pleasure of helping , probably a very rich guy , feather his nest in an otherwise difficult trading market. I am trying to think of a lucky break that TLOU has been rewarded with - and 2025 is the year it will happen imho. It is long overdue.

Good and bad new for January.

Just got a revised credit rating which has regained the lost 3 pts in December so is perfect again.

Still no news on my TLOU shares which is annoying.

And after a good 5-1 win from 0-1 down , on the way home on the bike I had low side crash 1/2 a mile from home. Bike was not running perfectly so I joined the queue of cars and edged forward on vehicle at a time until i was at the roundabout proper. I was a bit too cautious pulling away in case it misfired but a clown of a car driver who had not even reached the roundabout when I started to move , raced me for the gap! I braked with my brand new tyres and that or ice on the road made the front slide off to the right and down I went at not much more than 0 mph I'd guess. I broke my collarbone, and my left foot was trapped under 400 lbs+ of metal. I have cracks on the inside and outside of my ankle and I believe GOUT in that ankle too.

I need to tell the Dr. what tablets I am taking I guess but the Indametacin is helping the inside of the ankle where th gout might be.

Bruises galore , almost one continuous one from my thigh to my backside don't help either.

A couple of blokes have wheeled to the bike to one of their houses so I don't know how damaged it is. Fingers crossed it is ok. They x-rayed ny lungs because the shoulder pain stratched to my chest. But thankfully they were OK and our wonderful health service let me out in time for the 11:20pm last bus. The 300 yds walk (foot shuffle) from the bus stop to home was agony after the severe pain moved to my ankle. Hope they both heal as quickly as my ribs did.

I put his failed 2 year option down to terribly bad luck. Sods law , Covid waited for him to do that and then struck so the option price was higher than the market price.

He had all the time in the world to arrange the ASX for AIM shares to be new lamps for old and promise it would be actioned for free. I haven't a clue why he thought that or what is actually going on , and neither do the brokers , it seems.

A Q&A session could have been set up so we all knew what we were voting for if we passed the resolution - the RNS did not help us know what to expect in the slightest - and our brokers were as vague as the RNS. I am gutted that some of our long-term holders have sold up at unimaginable prices a few years ago. The price was over 5p and rising at the time of the options. That special placing to UK sophisticates , came with a massive discount that the Aussie's probably blame on Brits , resulting in a fall to 3.5p

That was the broken springboard for the fall to less than 2p and heaven forbid 1p.

That special placement was to get money on the cheap instead of funding a full-blown placing. Whose fault was it? Not the Brits who participated I'd suggest they raised valuable cash within 24 hours even though they were excluded from, imho, the half price 8.8p deal after 2 yrs without Covid, at an option of 4.4p

Covid delays were a critical factor imho huge!

More haste, less speed , has never been truer in TLOU's history. The coast is clear in 2025 afaics just some sand dunes to get over. I expected the price to boom in 2025 - I see the AUD hit record highs against the £ recently - Aussies would have been doing ok on the AIM market - and we will have fewer AUD shares for any new money. TLOU seem to be screwing all of us!

I feared that Jarvis X-O were pushing towards issuing certificates and sold up for cash.

I mentioned at the time that IG charge £100 per certificate to add them to your IG accounts. Per line was mentioned so AIM shares in an ISA and their sharedealing(nominee) account might be £200 unless they declare the total line for each stock across accounts?

I funded my IG accounts with my X-O sales and bought TLOU/LSE shares on my IG ISA.

So I still have 4 totals for TLOU LSE (£) ASX (AUD) in each account ISA/nominee.

If TLOU have £100 or £200 to pay for handling certificates - this is not very appealing.

I am guessing it is a fixed price so 1 or 1m shares will cost the same?

And if we shareholders have to pay it then TLOU will have mislead us in the RNS where they promised it would cost us personally. My Jarvis X-O shares cost me £78 and a loss of 10k shares so around £138 - I am not expecting TLOU to accept that loss.

Jarvis do not trade on ASX so certificates were necessary (or selling of AIM shares).

I strongly hope that my existing IG accounts will not require certificates and the 1 for 1 deal will be effectively the renaming of the shares and where they reside (London or Sydney). And costs will be minimal to whoever is charged for the flip??
