Apologies Ripley, I looked at your history and saw similar posts which looked a bit random.

I was not referring to you about being a big head, I promise you. Nobody on here will have thought I meant you I assure you. We have a resident poster who does nothing but tell us that TG and TLOU are not as good as most of us believe. The latest RNS has shut him up for the time being but he'll be posting soon enough no doubt and you'll see for yourself.

Our CEO has guided us very well without earning revenue for almost 10 years - I cannot see him falling short once that changes. The Botswana Pension Fund and Dr Ian Campbell will know the man better than any of us and are convinced he is a winner, so roll on his third project in CBM and even higher profits than 1Bn and 3.5Bn that the first two projects produced in Australia since year 2005. He expected TLOU to outstrip both of them and chose Botswana for higher returns , less red tape and a massive customer base waiting in southern Africa. In 10 years he has been plagued by delays but TLOU is a different beast in the planning to the original concept of being a Calor gas delivery service. Lorries and cylinders! We are going to be supplying electricity into the grid from CBM next year , and Solar power will follow.

Thank you for not flying off the handle at my mistake, and welcome to these pages for the few months they may survive. Once we leave one LSE (AIM) , this LSE site may no host this share for much longer.

So they have zero value until USOP move them back to an exchange (which won't happen in all likelihood but they are still messing about in Nevada.

From that it appears to mean had I left my TLOU/LSE shares on account , they would not have been lost. Hope this is true of all brokers. Don't ask me how they arrived at £18, I haven't a clue.

ripley looks like a bot to me. so don't expect a response.

it reads to me that, come year end, lse/tlou shares will be stuck i.e. not tradeble.

the bot does not know that tlou might be looking after our shares for us. sadly, neither do we yet! the original rns says tlou will cover the costs but not how they plan to cover the variety of methods available from broker to broker.

if not, why not? with all his self-acclaimed 100% perfect knowledge, you'd think he'd be please to prove he is not living in a dream world. age, sex, home, broker , education, etc etc - he has told us nothing. that is fine for those who are private but for a prolific poster , we should know a little about those who post a lot. if he told us he was mentally ******ed it would put his posts into context. perhaps he expects us to have worked that out years ago?

I have reached settlement day on my sell and Jarvis had my account bang up to date, so pleased about that. Withdrew the money, no troulble at all, except it said it would reach my account in 3 to 4 working days. I expected it to be hours, or minutes, not days.

I'll leave you all to sleep - the silence lowers the Blood Pressure - I had not realised how the troll on here is the major topic. TG's latest RNS is brim full of confidence imho,and, if we were all certain of what happens to our AIM shares , the price would surely have been multiples of the current price. X-O have not told me how they'll manage my ISA transfer into ASX outside of my X-O account , and TLOU have not explained the process from their point of view either.

It is not very long to New Year , the anniversary of last years fall and 4 broken ribs, I was hoping for a painless one this year. But will it be? For a company that is progressing so slowly, why are are rushing around with just a few weeks to complete the housekeeping so often????

I still have to find out what an ASX depositary account actually is , from a Brit's point of view when dealing with Australia. And it looks like my brokers are not sure either? A different sort of pain, but New year is a slight worry.

While I am praising IG, please note this - it can save you a loais a grief on IG.

They are very flexible you can buy ASX shares (AUD) using AUD or GBP.

I used to get ASX/CBA dividends credited as AUD of course! Commonwealth bank of Australia.

So if I bought LSE/TLOU I'd pay FX charges. But if I bought ASX/TOU shares using dollars I save them! So most of my ASX shares are from CBA dividends.

Their Frequent Trader rate applies on LSE but not on ASX.

To qualify you need to do 3 or more trades (all deals count e.g. 2LSE 1ASX is 3) in a calendar month and then the following month is FTR (£3 per UK trade). 3 x £8 is £24 to qualify. And thereafter 3x£3 eah month retains FTR for the following month! Accumulating 5x3 followed by 1x3 does not qualify.

Needless to say 3 x £5.20 or £5.50 (10AUD) is much less to get back FTR.

I am finished with share dealing so FTR is of no interest any more but I am totally committed to TLOU , for which I have high hopes! Should not have sold CBA to buy TOU shares. They have risen 50% to 150aud whilst TOU have dropped to current levels. But that is due to change for certain imho.

Maurice, I misread your X-O dealings posts but why would you open a non-ISA account with anyone? X-O at £5.99 per trade is competitive against IG's GBP commission of £8 (but not FTR of £3) and they charge a % of the trade value on ASX subject to a minimum of 10aud (£5.20 on my latest ASX deal). 10AUD charge will cover most people's normal trades of 4 figures before the % bites. Their FX rate is generous too. I like IG up to now. TLOU don't half give us short notice though. AIM dead in 2025 is not that far away. Xmas drink looming? We can afford a half pint between us I reckon?

Good old Tony - I was not thinking that during the process mind you.

I decided to move my Nominee shares into my X-O ISA and sold 245k!

I then asked Jarvis to move the proceeds to my ISA to buy them back!

They said I have to request that after settlement date. Boo!

She did however say she'd pass my query about moving the ISA shares to ASX to Corp. Actions.

And now I realise why I was so delighted! I am an idiot!

I set up a deposit to my IG ISA account and deleted the existing one to my nominee account!

Hell's teeth my bank were totally obstructive , the business bit was simple and then they went into the back of a cat's r's on why I was opening the account and the history behind it! Basically covering my bank from refund requests if I was being scammed?

I kept running into dead ends but finally got to the crucial question!

I ticket investment money first, then buying a product , and finally I looked closely at the list and saw DEPOSIT TO MY OWN ACCOUNT and that opened the path to a successful NEW PAYEE!

I'd lost the will to live by then but deposited the funds OK and to my amazement got 249k shares so TG had gained me 4k shares?????

And just now I remembered I rounded £1888 up to £2000 and 9p that remained from last week. All the same I sold and bought at the best prices today so far.

0.0772p sell and 0.799p buy. £1888 would have been 235k , down 10k shares, but the £112 rounding amount offsets 10k very slightly.

So my current account is depleted until I withdraw the cash from X-O.

I await X-O advice on the ISA account and then I'll only have £13k left in good old US Oil and Gas which I gave up on yonks ago. At least Jarvis do not charge custody fees. I expect they'll want to close my accounts after I move my ISA to IG if they are unable to offer the same.

HB , I am amazed you could switch exchanges at zero cost.

They charge for BED and ISA in the same currency (£40 I think last time I did that?) for GBP currency accounts. I am wondering if TLOU will be charged instead of you?

I think I'll sit tight on both brokers and 4 accounts and see what happens.

Bed and ISA is a sell and rebuy and if the price difference results in a big loss they limit the charge to a maximum of £40. Dealing with TLOU is an education - problems to solve everywhere - no wonder Donkey struggles to keep up now he does not have a teaching assistant or a drink of milk.

Most articles I found relate to ADR (American depositaries) but amongst them is the above link for anyone who has the patience to read it (I do not and have not).

Scot I think you are safe at the moment - the vote will go through I am sire and then TLPU will have to announce the full details of their actions.

I am with Jarvis (X-O) and they have told me I cannot hold ASX shares in either of my accounts with them but they will issue advise once they know the rules.

Personally I hope that Jarvis will accomodate TLOU in the ASX depositary that is planned once we know the nitty gritty.

Depositaries exist for foreign (not on ASX) stocks in Australia.

Brokers (maybe only Australian ones) can trade through the depositary on behalf of Aussies who otherwise could not.

We are going the other way of course , Brits trading aussie shares. So wait and see what transpires , TG promised us one TOU share for each TLOU at no cost to ourselves, and I believe the guy.

In 9 years you have never found in favour TLOU on anything - and you accuse us of being biased against the biggest fool that ever lived.

TG on the verge of his 3rd success for us, for you, he is doomed to fail.

Tlou have targets of 2MW , then 3MW , then 10MW (foisted on them by Lefoko) and 25MW for an existing virtually complete TX line.

Botala represented in the field by Sekaname have gone from 100MW, to 97MW, to 6MW and achieved nothing yet in the same period as TLOU.

And they can be compared to TLOU?

If you are correct and they have not yet realise horizontal drills are superior to vertical drills at the depths of Botwana coal , they are as stupid as you are.

Tlou may end up drilling a vertical shaft to clear a blockage in a channel and could conceivably extract gas as a shortcut to the surface. A last resort because 99% of a vertical drillsis nowhere near any coal or gas , whereas every inch of a horizontal drill is never going to be far from a seam. It must be similar to fracking without the danger of explosives.

How is throwing a dart at isolated pockets of gas better than travelling sideways through those pockets , connecting them up as we go. But I doubt there are any significant pockets to find. Hundreds of yards horizontally is effectively making its own pocket compared to vertical drills making ONE the depth of a seam - a few feet. 75 to 250 yds versus a fixed few feet of coal?

Is Botala immune to civil war, change of govt etc etc blah blah blah ?

Every picture tells a story! Transformer, Tx line , and photo 4p versus sfa at Botala!

Words instead of a worthwhile picture (they might be able to toast a thin cut loaf).

TLOU are being honest and admit the flows are unsteady - if the Botala picture is their best flare photo , and why would they show anything else, then they are still years behind TLOU.

TG is being up front - the two F's are all that is between us and our first commercial energy delivery. FLOWS need to be steadied , and FUNDING to do just that. We are on the brink of being the first and ONLY CBM ENERGY supplier with 2MW i.e. a third of Botala's 6MW target which is a sixteenth of their 97MW PPA throughout COVID. And who on here said COVID was not a hindrance to anybody but TLOU?? Unbelievable stupidity!!! The universal debts from COVID are MASSIVE in every economy for decades to come. And startup TLOU are less than year from their first revenue! Pure genius imho TG has achieved the impossible and BOTS does not see that.

The picture from 4th October shows how powerful the gas flow must be.

TBH I'd have thought it looks to be strong enough to blow coal finings into the flare.

Contrast to the flare in the corner of the map further down the RNS and they are chalk and cheese!

My guess is the wafty image was from #3 and #4 before #6 came online!

And #6 is the force majeure , with some help from #4 after it was modified from lessons learned on #6? I wonder whether coal finings are restricting flows on both?

That photo confirms what I believe - TG did not need to prove the gas will flow - the proof is in that photo. Spending money producing unuseable gas would be foolhardy. The engine/generator next year changes that immensely. Coal finings and excess water will then become the 100% priority and imho TG loves a challenge. Going for a target of 2MW shows optimism , I thought they might target 1MW or maybe even lower.

Cheers TB, fixed quote showed a spread to 0.86p which would allow me 95k+ shares (plus 19k+ on ASX). Entered 95k+ and it offered me them at 0.825p!

Upped the number to 99k+ and that straight through , leaving 9p in my account.

FP Quote will be sorely missed when we leave LSE. But I ended up with 118k shares across the two platforms. £5.20 commission on 19k (10aud)and £3 for the 99k @ frequent trader rate.

Managed to CANCEL the outstanding ASX partial fill.

Still cannot use the balance on AIM because it is a closed market!

How did AIM become ASE???? AU Artificial Unintelligence on a typo I guess? Did they mispell Donkey (ASE).

Having fun (not) on the new IG platform - I loved the old one - mobile phones have probably effed up the user friendly original platform!

ASE limit bid for 8am was rejected (exchange closed) whereas it was OK to enter them in advance. I wanted 124k shares @ 0.8p!

I switched to ASX and 124k @ $0.018 was too much!!! Rejected for lack of funds!

I tried loads of diminishing shares and , with hindsight , it seems like they accepted 112k+ @ $0.017 but I never realised!!!

Then I saw I had I order accepted!!! I checked , and for the whole world , it looked like I was selling 112k+ @ $0.016 and 19k+ were a partial fill????

In reality, it was actually 112k @ $0.017 so I had committed £170+ or my total funds more like!

Cannot freeze it there so I can use the balance on AIM tomorrow morning - and even worse I cannot seem to up my $0.017c to $0.018c and end up with less than 112k on ASX!

TDW were so much better - I did not even need to fund the account provided I funded it by settlement date. Will see if I can cancel to buy or $0.017 and if not take my chance on AIM at 8am if I am awake! At least I know $0.017c is too low to buy on ASX! The only way is UP from now on! Well done TB for getting in early!

A definite BUY for anybody but Donkey, for whom it was probably a SELL and he has never been wrong. TLOU would be over the moon if they had discounted placings by 1.471% off the average prices and were oversubscribed on previous offers!

I reckon 0.786p was probably a BUY too.
