That pre-dates Tou involvement , and the right still exists for Botala.
It will be interesting to see if they take the option now because I cannot remember them doing it for TLOU. Unless the Govt was represented by the Pension Fund of course.
In 2016, 31.5m of 237m shares issued was just over 15%. Pension Fund owns 208m currently from 1.26bn . Looking for that , this guy popped up ....
