Hello Vern, I'd be reluctant to expect outcomes just based on a generalisednegative view of Aim stocks. We choose to invest in such stocks and unlike many companies in that market, MMX are revenue generating, strengthening their position and delivering on targets set. There may be a disconnect with the progress made and current share price but that in itself provides an opportunity for those wishing to enter new positions or increase current holding levels. Those of us already holding can either accept the Managements stated intention of markedly increasing Shareholder value (hence the current review) or sell out and pursue other investments. I view this as a milestone period in the Company's evolution and look forward to a very significant ROI in the very near term. Atb

We've had the 'informal approaches' that instigated the Strategic review and are now in an even stronger position from that time with further significant initiatives due in the near term. Good to be invested here at this time and I look forward to seeing them greatly increase Shareholder value as promised.

The Strategic Review was initiated due to certain informal approaches by several parties, according to the May RNS. We should be getting the results of that Review / Update next Tuesday. There's been continual reference to Acquisitions / Mergers or an actual Sale of the Company, so it should be interesting to see the outcome of said review and whether MMX will actually officially engage in any Takeover talks etc. Very interesting times ahead and good to be holding the stock, especially given the strengthening trading position as indicated in the recent RNSs.

Obviously the 'boys from ADVFN' would know, lol! As norrab quite rightly points out, this is a WIN / WIN situation, with shareholders benefitting from a Takeover or regular Dividend outcome. The introduction of the Dividend, as recently indicated by the Management, would open up the stock to wider, larger scale investments by Institutions who require such parameters to invest - the effect on the Share price would be obvious. With the low operating cost and revenue indications, any ROI looking forward can reasonably be expected to be very favourable to investors Buying in at these levels. However, with the traction being made in China, launch of other key domains and developments already communicated to the Market, I believe we'll see a move by a Chinese based party to acquire the business soon. Toby Halls focus is to develop and grow the business for which he's acquitted himself admirably so far. However, my own view is that MMX will be made an offer they wont easily be able to turn down, especially as they're very conscious & focused in returning Shareholder value. Whatever the eventual outcome, we should get some update soon and the WIN /WIN situation regardless.

Takeover will do that......and we should be getting an update on due course.

Onwards & Upwards after that excellent update yesterday. This investment is shaping up extremely well now and notwithstanding the Takeover speculation etc, operational progress is continuing at an impressive pace. Some very exciting developments to look forward to as the Company moves from Strength to strength. Great to be invested in MMX for that.

This was recommendedbon another bb, but I would strongly suggest a good read of the last Trading Update! Not very encouraging!

I'm expecting GCM to open significantly higher on Monday as new investors become aware of the stock and scramble for the limited free float available - very likely to move into the 100p+ territory imho. Apart from historic precedence for a £2-£3 price level on much less significant News, the target price there is anywhere from 1200p- 1480p. That, along with the nature of the MOU party and recent China involved talks at the highest Govt. level, would suggest the GCM share price sustaining and moving well beyond the 100p level in the coming days imho.

It'll be interesting to see what level of discount thats set at as - I'm setting a limit buy arnd 50p as the we move towards a final announcement in the coming weeks. Could be totally wrong of course and fully accepted, just as the new Management may or may not be able to turn this around. Will just see what happens. Gla

Im sure any Placing will be closer to recent lows then any idealistic price you may wish for, so let's see what effect that has on the Share price in the coming weeks and beyond short term volatility. Atb

If you say so but I would rather not "trust you" as you ask but prefer to use my own discernment and experience in the matter. I'll see how the price reacts in the coming weeks leading to the potential Placement and any subsequent degeneration of said price as partys to such financing effect accordingly. There are larger factors at play and the company are far from a bona fide recovery position atm. Atb

I hardly post on anything tbh as residing in a different timezone now - if you want to talk about a completely different company on this board to divert attention away from Brammer, you're welcome - that itself suggests the lack of knowledge / insight that you complain of (I can happily state the investment case for MMX here, if I was so inclined). Again, I'll reiterate the salient points I was trying to make, whether events transpire as I believe they will or not. The possibility of a Placing is a distinct one, which can be coroborated through todays RNS. There is no short term recovery for Brammer and any profit taking / degeneration of the share price in the intervening time can be taken into perspective of a shorter term, significant price appreciation from a significant recent low - again, no referencing from todays intra day low as you 'conveniently' presumed in your previous outburst. Let's see how the price reacts in the coming weeks leading up to the possible Fundraising, rather then get silly & defensive now. Atb

Now you're just getting abusive for no reason, rather then discuss the company in a rational manner. I indicated the very real possibility of a price reduction leading up to a possible Placing, as indicated, with some profits also being realized off recent low levels - whoeantioned anything about intraday lows as the reference point. I made, imho, a very valid point so dont really appreciate an ultra defensive response based on what I perceive as fear for such a further decline in the share price - I also don't want to continue the debate with you unless you so wish - it was an opinion which we can evaluate in the coming weeks without having any immature outbursts now. Btw, TLDH rebranded as MMX and is circa 10p from its original 4p when I called it ;) Atb

I'm not so sure we'll see that steady climb you expect starsailor as we could just as easily see shorter term profit taking, with a steady decline over the coming weeks - Operational recovery is a long way off and the possibiity of a Placement much more imminant within that timeframe. Will see how it transpires anyway. Atb
