If there's a deal to be announced, they're probably going to be very careful about saying as little as possible. Let's see how this plays out. I want to purchase more, as previously stated. If I get the funds to do so, I'll post the trade accordingly. Until then, let's await the RNS re: the Strategic Review and at least take some comfort in continuing progress on the Operational front, if not unequivical news re: Negotiations or outcomes pertaining to said review. I think the 42 Million shares at 1.2p, hitting the market on the 20th Dec, certainly doesn't help the short term share price. Ususally/often a Share price will trend towards the placing price, hence the bearish overview asserting itself. It's a shame as the longer term potential looks fairly good conditional on the MOU moving towards a firm contract.That's not a given yet but hopefully for shareholders at some point. Gla

.....obviously also depends if they enter into a prohibitive draw down facility with a finance provider, consisten with the permissions obtained by the company & indicated in their Sept RNS re: Financing for the actual drilling operations. The wording / sentiment seems to be focused on that option with its rather than securing an alternative JV partnership - time will tell but ultimately the important thing is to advance those drilling operations. Evening Superoty, Just having a look at this after your mentio & clarification ofbthe consolidation, on the MATD board. I think the extended timeframe for the start of actual drilling activities for H2 2018, will see investors watching from the sidelines for some time. It'll be interesting when that time approaches & one to watch perhaps. Maybe after the MATD drills, I'll revisit this one. Atb & gl

Sure bakky, I understand that but perhaps they could give us a broad indication of timescales (if possible) based on their own projections.

They may mutually decide to make an announcement on the day. Alternatively, we may just get a blanket statement saying the review process is ongoing and the market will be notified in due course. I think it's a positive that the review process is still ongoing only insofar as we can infer parties are actively engaged on some form of negotiation - if that wasn't the case, I can't see such a review still being ongoing. Further credence to that in the initial RNS re: the unsolicited approaches received. I'm hoping someone (credible) will be there to ask some probing questions to the team and relay the information received, back to the BB. I still have every confidence we'll end up with a great deal, to significantly enhance our value as shareholders here - not sure exactly when though. Questions on a timing for dividends would also not be amiss ;)

I wonder if they'll release the RNS on the strategic review, on the same day as the AGM? I've seen companies release good news to time in with their AGMs, but obviously all we know atm is that the review is ongoing.

Maybe someone can send Toby Hall a list of questions beforehand, that he can cover at the AGM (?)

How are you going to advance that objective, beyond the suuccesful strategic implementation already taking place Toby. If you'd care to elucidate on that point at the AGM please. The outcome of the Strategic Review aside and with significant progress in profitability, I wouldn't imagine it'll be long until the company are in a position to start paying a Dividend - that should be extremely attractive to larger Institutional investors whose parameters for Buying necessitate such. The impact on the Share price would be obvious. I wonder what the timeframes for the introduction of such a Dividend are - hopefully Toby can clarify at the AGM (and I can purchase further Stock before then).

I wish I had more funds available to Buy stock tbh - some very interesting times ahead for us, as the Company goes from strength to strength - the price disconect only makes it more opportunistic to do so.

Maybe the worst time to sell after holding for 7 years. I think it was that underlying reason, that perhaps prompted the on board melt down. Post sales disonance aside, his 800k disposal has obviously impacted the share price, whose stock has a generally low trading volume, albeit no impact on the actual progress being made by the Company itself. Having said that, I genuinely hope he does well with his Oilers, although that particular sector will have its own unique challenges . Atb & gl
