I'm 'guessing' that the extension of the timeline for what should have been a more straightforward Strategic Review, is due to more tangable outcomes that are being pursued - perhaps with the initial or other Parties to the approach or indeed alternative avenues. Again, we'll have to wait and see but certainly a key time to be invested imho, despite the aforementioned price move off the low volume trades.

The share price has been relatively stable for a while, albeit a bit of slippage in the last week or so - that on a fairly low volume. Not any significant indication of price direction imo - let's see how this plays out in the coming weeks and whether we'll get the major catalyst off the Strategic Review due.

.....and if in the RNS they mention the Approaches already made with prospects for wider activity in that context, given the existent interest....this BB gets very busy, lol. Atb

We've already had 2 approaches to the company, which actually prompted the Review in the first place. We're in a Stronger position now than we were then, so the Review itself should provide a good basis to enter into wider discussions imho. Those approaches already made will have been just the start imo & a prelude to more interesting times ahead.

My own view again is that the Review will provide the basisvto actively pursue the Sale of the company - a Chinese based buyer being the most likely party to secure a deal. Imho

Takeover, Acquisition, a continuation of operations as they are.....with perhaps a Special Dividend thrown in?? The current price disconect only provides a great Opportunity to BUY into the stock tbh, especially given the underlying tangable factors underpinning the business. I think the Operational Review is more about establishing a baseline for external Parties looking to acquire the Company, imho - with our now Strengthened position, I think we have very interesting times ahead for the Company & its Shareholders. The Review will just be the start of things.

A bit of price drift is neither here nor there and can be reasonably expected as impacts on some investment positions. However, the progress being made is undeniable and initiatives, especially with China, looking to accelerate that progress. The review currently being undertaken was promoted by initial external approaches that the Company received. Who knows what's happening alongside that, whether negotiations are being undertaken or other approaches to or from the company are being evaluated. What we do know is that Operational progress is continuing full pace and any operatonal review should only strengthen the Company's position in any potential initiatives involving other parties. A milestone time to be holding the stock imho, irrespective of the 'current' disconnect in the Share price. A big correction coming IMHO!

Confident statements indeed from those who actually know what's going on - from the 26th Sept Half Year review. Admittedly, lots of false dawns in the past IMNSB along with inrealistic timeframes - I think we're in a very much different place now. Atb

Maybe people like the 'relative' stability of an Aim listed stock, with a solid organic growth of the business and a substantive progression towards continuation of such.....as well as the prospects towards other possible major catalysts such as the introduction of dividends (which may encourage more Institutional investment) or the Sale of the Company. Alternatively, there are plenty of large ftse companies at a more mature stage but very little capital growth room or O&G boom or bust investments about. I like the way MMX is progressing and certainly wouldn't be relinquishing my investment here at this juncture - indeed, will only increase it subject to the availability of funds. Each to their own - atb

If you sold a major portion of your holding some weeks ago, you shouldn't have any real attachment to the stock or shareprice. If you have some 'residual' holding, then perhaps find an alternative investment IF you feel so negative about the stock. The shareprice is to a large extent out of ours and the Company's hand, the priority being to continue making operational progress - to that end MMX, led by Toby Hall, has delivered on point. We have the Strategic review still being conducted, which was initiated off the advances the Company received from other parties and the news as communicated today. Everything shaping up well for those of us still comfortably invested and a defining tome in the Company's evolution - certainly not a time I would be out of the investment, especially after holding for so long. Whilst some may have sold a few due to impatience, others of us who have been invested for a similar amount if time, are now looking to increase our Holdings as we move into a new, profitable era for the Company. It's the way it is but very comfortable with my already significant holding here, which hopefully will increase in the coming weeks.

I think it's safe to assume (and prudent), that no Dividend policy would be decided upon ahead of the Review process being completed, regardless of what any individual Shareholders would like. As Sunday mentioned, MMX has transformed under Toby Hall's leadership, so I'm comfortable enough letting him steer the Company forward into a even stronger position before decisive action on any dividend or sale is implemented. As long as we're making operational progress, everything else will follow and I have every confidence the CEO will deliver on significantly increasing the shareholder value under discussion - otherwise I would sell. However, going by the progress being made, I would increase my holding if the requisite funds were available. Imo & comfortable holding!

We may be appraised of the conclusion of the strategic review tomorrow or just an update on its progress. Whilst being important, it shouldn't of itself divert us from the operational progress being made and the other initiatives being implemented to strengthen the company's position in the sector. This isn't about a Company looking at a lifeline by being bought out but more viewing the options available for a rapidly growing company in an expanding sector. inho

The Takeover talk on the BB is a continuation of sentiments expressed previously and on numerous occasions by members of the Management team. Consolidation through acquiring another business is also obviously an option as is the continuation in building up the Company and the introduction of a regular Dividend. We have no details about the approaches already made to the Company but do know that we've continued to make excellent operational progress since then. As previously stated, we're in a WIN / WIN situation with either scenario and in line with the stated aims of significantly increasing Shareholder value.

I believe Toby Hall will deliver what he says he will, as he's continually shown since taking over the helm at MMX. Let's wait and see. Atb

We may not get the conclusion of the review by that date but some form of update on its progress. However, it's reassuring to know the Company are already receiving approaches and are actively looking to maximise returns for Shareholders. As previously stated, we're in a much Stronger position now from which to negotiate any deals and attract further interest. Further news also as the company push through on operational targets, through the other initiatives mentioned.
