I'll only top up once clarification re: the CULS is made. They've 'theoretically' been able to address such issues in the past, but instead have been subjected to the onerous conditions, which will have to now be addressed.

Agreed, the CULS could significantly & adversely affect the Share Price downwards, hence a major uncertainty atm & as past precedent suggests on impact to the price.

They'll need that significant output increase & monetisation of demand to facillitate the further acquisition strategy planned. From that perspective, I would have prefered a straight cash return for the turbines, instead of the tie in with RUR and their share price movement.

Its good to see they actually responded - a further update is definately needed.

I was in a 'dump' of a stock once, which also gave out similar warnings that Riddler quite rightly warned on. As I mentioned to him at the time, the writing may have been on the wall but we all like a complete out & out gamble sometime - however, my very limited exposure to the stock reflected the risk involved. Guess what - administration and a complete loss of investment, which I took squarely on the chin with hardly a second thought. The point is, I knew exactly what I was doing whereas Riddler's posts may have significantly benefitted those less aware of the stock's inherent risk etc. That's my perspective on the with re: Riddler's posting - I'm glad he does. Iris has thirty days in which to make an application for leave to appeal the matter in the Malaysian Court of Appeal. The Court also awarded the costs in favour of IPSA."

I think riddlers trying to present an objective viewpoint based on the points listed. The merits of such can be assessed by individual investors & based on their own approach to risk & understanding of the stock / markets. I don't think a blanket condemnation of his posts facilitates informed decision making. All good Riddler, hope your well too - trying to post responsibly can get you flamed. ;)

Morning SKK, that's what I've been saying all along but some people just dont get it. I've had Comms with the Company and their outlook is the same, hence why I've often said they're 'uber bullish' about whats happening. That's also why I'm still trying to secure a larger holding at this moment. Norrab's point is well made about the specific domains targeting key GEOs as well as strategic names for the large Latin American/Spanish & Chinese markets. The Takeover of .CO by Neustar was sudden & announced last time. A similar thing will happen for TLDH, with the Company now well positioned to move into its revenue generating stage. That's why I'm Buying further and holding tight. Atb

Agreed, but more importantly, consider the global populations of Spanish speaking people throughout Spain, Latin America etc........! Along with the GEOS & .Shopping in Chinese, M+M have done very well indeed. Most people wont get it until its too late!

Norrab, Miami city has a population of circa 400k, however more importantly, it has a metro poulation of over 5.5Million. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miami_metropolitan_area The GEO domain will be targeting the whole Metro area, just as .London will be more then just the central London area. Over 5.5 Million population on the GEO is a great coup for TLDH.

I would think that given the type of prospective partners involved in any Takeover move, we're most likely to see a straight Cash payment on Minds + Machines stock. Transacting on an all Cash basis shouldnt present a problem to their own cash resources. Anyway, interesting to see how that unfolds.

On that point Paul, it's literally just been announced that Neustar have taken over .CO! The consolidation in the industry is expected as even our CEO publicly stated. I'm expecting approaches this year, as I've previously posted, whether any such moves will be accepted or not. Interesting times :)

They've got Cats there norrab Lol. I was thinking of spending a few days at the Raffles Hotel and then move over to a beach front one, when I visit Singapore. Probably go later in the year, weather & schedule dependent. Might bring back joco a pressie :)
